简单比较一下。
1：Arca Swiss P0
Load 20kg
weight 400g
msrp $300
这个特别喜欢。轻巧，牢靠，而且有top pan。特点它的造型跟一般的球头倒过来一样
，球体是不动的，而是housing动。靠拧紧中间的那个环来锁。盲操作特好使。用在
gitzo 1系上很合适。在traveller上面略微粗了一点点。腿收的不是特别紧。
2：Arca Swiss Z1
load 59kg
weight 680g
msrp $548
这个跟P0比特别粗壮。double pan. 比较方便。锁紧后很牢。但是发现所有的球头似乎
都会在锁紧后略微动一点点。有时会觉得不爽。
3：Arca Swiss D4M
load 没找到。不过够用。

msrp $711
这个很好用。不是球台，也不是geared head。D4是geared，但是要$1100。
可以独立调节xy轴，非常方便。放松后可以近似球头。double pan。

年情况来说有些复杂：
因为我搜的区间还没开放，我以明年6/2~6/16（都是周六）例：
1.海航不提供直飞结果，都需要中转一次那种。我知道不是每天就有直飞，但flexible
date看了前后一周，都没有。
2. UA点数只有Swiss和Lufthansa能兑换35k，自家的不行。那两家你知道兑换经常有问
题，而且不能免费指定座位。而多年飞UA的一个不方便就是回美国的时候，第一站总要
取行李，麻烦。
3. BA网站上搜国泰rewards ticket，somehow，搜不到，不知道是不是买光了。
回到我感兴趣的范围，现在最便宜的现金是Swiss air，$800多往返，但考虑到指定座
位，就变成$970了。次好就是CA，YYZ转机，$1070，比Swiss总计能少两个小时。但目
前只能priceline出票，CA自己网站还不能出。
我AA点数因为信用卡攒了些，所以如果可能我会优先飞国泰或者JAL，如果不行就飞CA
了。

，做了lunge,push up,hip raise with leg curl on a Swiss ball, chest press on
a Swiss ball，一路做下来到Plank的时候就开始想吐，勉强做完，又坚持做了side
plank和crunch，做第一组side crunch的时候坚持不下去了，觉得坚持的结果会很难看
。就草草收工了。
记得以前有人问过有关想吐的问题，查询“吐”又没查到，为啥我上次饿也想吐，这次
饱也想吐呢？各位路过的大侠请指点我一下。
今天整体锻炼质量不高。但是体会到这个hip raise with leg curl on a Swiss ball
的厉害，我以前都只是做hip raise，不知道加上leg curl竟然是这样的效果，都能感
觉到汗（还是油？）从毛孔迸出来，最后觉得脚趾都要抽筋一样。我非常吃惊。 |

产地，表盘的材料，好像mineral是最不好的，产地我个人觉得瑞士，意大利都比较好
，像很多牌子虽然是日本或者美国或者瑞士的牌子，但是都是咱们国内组装的，或者香
港，我觉得还是原产瑞士的好，通常瑞士产的表会在表盘下面标注swiss made,通常网
站也会说origin：switzerland,如果表盘标注swiss part,或者swiss move，通常只是
表明只是部分零件或者表芯是瑞士产的，实际上国内或者香港组装的。另外你这个价格
也可以买到意大利产的locman，我挺喜欢那款表的，比较时尚，价格也不太高，我曾经
送给我外甥女一款那个表，我老公也有一款打高尔夫的时候带着，表盘大大的，还有朋
友问过，觉得好看。另外就是Rado，Movado, Bulova,你要求的这个价格打折后的都有
可能买的瑞士原产的，但是200美金的价格买机械表可能性比较小。【 在

对于用药我是这么想的。一开始我的菜被虫吃的不行，我坚持着不用药，但是最后菜都
快要死光光了，我想这样下去我就没有自己种的菜了，就得买菜吃。买的那个菜一个虫
眼都没有，得撒多少药啊。我如果自己撒点药，撒的肯定少啊，而且用的也是毒性很弱
的药，菜菜活下来了，吃上了，还是比买的 菜放心多了啊。我用的药，用完了地里还
是很多虫，菜还是被吃的不少虫眼，但是菜菜活下来了。
我觉得hd, lowes里面给garden用的很多都是毒性很弱的药，按照上面的说明用，应该
问题不大。而且我们也不会用很多，不得已才用。我能接受。等水平高了，也许慢慢能
找到很多organic pest control的方法，但是暂时先这样吧。
一些organic或者物理的方法，比如1）种些味道很重何以驱虫的植物比如marigol,旱金

站了。
表又分两种，一种叫做石英表，一种叫做机械表。其实瑞士表严格意义上来说只包括机
械表。除了复古款式以外，现在的机械表，一般是全自动机械表。
其实和汽车发动机最重要，相机感光器最重要一样，手表其实机芯最重要。但是问题是
，重要归重要，大家买的时候却基本不会看，因为手表不是买了机芯就好的，就好比冲
Canon，Pentax去也不单是为了里面的芯的，买BMW还是Toyota也不是比比发动机就能比
出来的。
自从Swatch改变瑞士钟表业面貌以来，大部分低档瑞士手表的机芯都由ETA来制造，或
者在ETA机芯的基础上改进。而ETA的机芯还输出到其他地区，例如中国香港，生产当地
的品牌。凡是有ETA机芯的，可以称为Swiss Move了。但是离Swiss Made还有差距。
Swiss Made表示不仅机芯是瑞士的，而且手表也是在瑞士组装的。
ETA机芯当然也分好坏，主要是功能上的差别，例如最简单的只有三根针，复杂的可以
加上日历和星期。部分ETA机芯型号可以看下图。
