double push实在是不敢做了。我打算今年还报chicago inline marathon，估计我这老
胳膊老腿儿的只能报10K了；给我儿子会报8岁及以下的100m dash，和14岁及以下组的
2mile。你如果练着还行的话，干脆也报个10K或者半马得了。
等你见着鞋了，就知道inline固定的螺丝就是平的了。有关轴承，我的经验还真就是
Bones Swiss和BSB Swiss的好，而且极耐用，我的第一套BSB Swiss，用了3年了，也洗
了好几次了，还就是挺快的；其它杂牌子的ABEC-7甚至ABEC-9，滑几次就不行了。你是
工科的，技术含量的话我就外行了。 |

发帖数: 843 | 5 很多人刚从水冰转轮滑时，都觉得自己不会滑了。尤其是你的hustler的ankel support
很高，估计比jet要高3cm左右；而且4x110mm的离地间隙又比你的RAM高了3cm多，刚穿
上轮滑鞋肯定别扭，多滑多摔，总会掌握的。
你的新轮子和轴承能转1min，够不错的了。刚才试了试，我的110mm轮子在Bones Swiss
6 Ball也就才能转110sec，Bones Red能转100sec；儿子用的84mm轮子，在BSB Swiss
上能转45sec，在PowerSlide ABEC-7上能转35sec，如果用BSB Swiss 688的mini轴承，
能转60sec。等你的轴承过了磨合期，洗完再上上Bones Speed Cream，应该比现在更好。
有关每个轮子续滑性不一样的问题，可能跟你上轴承时的力度不一样有关。我每次洗完
轴承再上回轮子时，都用frame axle从两侧压紧（上个跟帖的图5、6、7），再上回
frame上，这样基本能避免这个问题。另外，洗完轴承时顺手再把轮子左右对调，同时
作个rotation（你看我轮子反面都标着号）。

嘉嘉先用ABEC-1，也就是最基本的，然后用ABEC-5，比ABEC-5高的还有ABEC-7和ABEC-9
?从你的描述看，换了轴承后感觉会明显不一样？轴承还需要磨合，3次左右是最佳状态
？那一般多长时间得换？Bone-Swiss是最棒的轴承，远超出ABEC级别，但是很贵？Bone
-Red，同一个品牌，不同型号，中国产，比Bone-Swiss差，但还是比ABEC级别的好，价
格上比Bone-Swiss便宜一半，所以性价比不错？除了这些，还有一种micro bearings，
你叫他BSB 688，BSB是品牌吗？688是一种参数？嘉嘉5岁参加比赛的时候用的就是BSB

其实最基本的很好记
1. 披萨里面是Mozzarella，这也是美国消耗量最大的cheese
2. 芝士汉堡里放的是Cheddar，至少默许值是Cheddar，就是金黄黄色的那种
3. 三明治里放的是Swiss，至少默许值是Swiss，乳白色，有洞
你知道了以上三种，基本上达到了本土红脖的水准。
4. 做菜的时候放的最常见的是Parmesan，尤其是意大利菜。另外有时候侍者上完菜会
问你要不要刮一些cheese在菜上，那一般都是Parmesan。
5. 奶油味比较浓的有法国的Brie和Camembert，后者逼格高一些，都属于软奶酪，通常
用来抹面包吃，我很喜欢
6. 荷兰的豪达奶酪Gouda，有嚼劲，我很喜欢
7. Blue cheese，很咸，不容易适应
8. 鲜奶酪，比如cottage cheese, feta cheese, 其实Mozzarella也是鲜奶酪 |

The upper house of the Swiss parliament on Thursday narrowly approved
legalizing adoptions by gay couples.
The Council of States voted 21-19 on the legislation, which would allow gay
couples in registered partnerships to adopt. Politicians supporting the new
law say it reflects the reality of Swiss families in 2012.
The lower house must now consider the legislation. |
