notarized statement from the student declaring domicile in NJ for a period
of one year.
大概就是一个宣誓书，本来在新州住满一年这样的宣誓，但是好像是要去银行或者
townhall盖章之类的。
所以问问有人知道吗？是要去银行或者townhall呢，找谁呢？

他才不管你签的是什么内容呢。你签字前面写着大概是sworn before me on the ____
date of _____, 2014这样的话，就行了。

，对内容不负任何责任，要负责的是你自己。
你的委托书如果是中文的，你可以自己翻译，用法律格式写，自己查affidavit of
translation，大概意思是你满足18岁，新泽西具名，保证翻译准确，下面除了你签字
的地方，也要有notary签字的地方，就是sworn before me on the _____ date of ___
_月。然后当着notary public 签名，他帮你签字认证。你那着他的签字和章到county
clerk 那里，clerk再给这个notary 证明他是合法有效的，然后再拿到state做所谓的
appostill, 那着州的订好的认证，做一份copy，填好领馆表，带上你的有效证件，再
拿去领馆做authentication。

camera的county或者city。当然在法庭上你是可以尝试argue证据不足，法官也许会
dismiss这个case。但是你自己要承担风险，也有可能法官不买你的帐。
比如seattle的规定是：

情况是警察在405 express toll lane pull over了我，说我在左边的toll lane上开
55mph，限速60mph，别的车要从右边的道超我，给我开了罚单，原因是fail to drive
on the right side of road
request了discovery，他的sworn statement上说，在mile post 16 pull over了我，
我当时速度55mph，他跟了1mile，我都是这个速度，其间有其他车从右侧车道超过我。
然后他用了引号说我说“认为慢车开在左侧是正确的”。
问题是，我当时并没有这样讲，我跟他讲分明是，我在merging zone，有车并进来toll

说明二：女书，是书中所写的清代中叶瑶族妇女（或者湖南妇女）中流传的一种女性用
来交流思想的书面语。不同于一般汉字（只有男性才有可能学习），女书更像是一种拼
音文字，所以容易在受教育程度比较低的女性人群中传播。
说明三：老同，old same，类似于结拜姐妹，但比一般意义上的结拜姐妹（sworn sist
ers）更正式，更亲密，更长久。

我很满意。这与几年前刚用上iphone的感觉类似，觉得技术革新真是改变人类生活的
好东西。保护眼睛，不用常充电，小巧易携带，这些优点都逐渐体会到了。我一开始也
下载了不少中文书(www.shucang.com)和版权过期的经典外文书，小拼字游戏(amazon)
等等。弄了几十本以后，就觉得太值了。 但是, 拥有了书不等于就会去读---对我来说
，免费的陈列性新书不容易看进去；而以前看过的书，我感觉用kindle查找也不方便。
kindle翻页比较慢，这对我寻找需要的段落很不力： 我一般只是记得大致章节和内容
，用kindle没法快速翻阅到材料的位置。
我倒是一直有逛书店的习惯--或是连锁大店如B&N，或是小门面的专业及二手书店，这
些都是消磨个把小时的好地方。大店可以喝茶休息，翻翻新书；小店有不少寻觅偶遇的
乐趣。 另外，书店多半有点人世的嘈杂，时人当下的趣味。对我来说，它们是比令人
昏昏欲睡的图书馆更好的休闲去处。 有了kindle之后，去书店更有趣了。以前在新书
