这学期准备申请州内学费，可以省点钱，过日子不容易啊。学校要求有一个sworn，
notarized statement from the student declaring domicile in NJ for a period
of one year.
大概就是一个宣誓书，本来在新州住满一年这样的宣誓，但是好像是要去银行或者
townhall盖章之类的。
所以问问有人知道吗？是要去银行或者townhall呢，找谁呢？

配偶移民。需要的材料有结婚证，照片，G-325A。但不知要什么材料证明“bona fides
of your marriage”。
我通过她表姐认识她，谈了半年回国结婚。没有共同财产或租约也还没小孩，好像只有
准备“ Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties having personal
knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship.”不知怎么准备这个？
写个文件让参加婚礼的亲戚或朋友签名？要公证吗？这个材料就足够吗还是需要别的材
料？

想，终于快了。果然，不到一周，4月8号收到了纸质的RFE。主要是三项内容：一个是
体检，一个人EVL，还有就是党员。前两个都在意料之中。但是关于党员，虽然有也所
准备，但是没有想到RFE的内容非常具体。我在申请的时候根据版上的模板已经提交了

背景：F-1 ---> J-1 ---> H1b。EB1a 140通过于2016年9月，经验总结链接：http://www.mitbbs.com/article_t/Immigration/33791391.html。主申党员，出国（退党）10年。
Time line：
体检: 10/03/2016. 16年8月和9月USCIS停止处理EB1，正好我140九月初通过，但是正
在准备搬家，所以无法去做体检。9月底搬完家到密西西比，拖到十月初终于找了一个
20mile之外的诊所做完了体检。当时老婆在喂奶，想不打疫苗做个抽血抗体算了（以前
打过但是报告找不到了），医生死活不愿说USCIS很严格，非打不可，翻了半天书说这
些疫苗对喂奶没有影响，我们只好从了，一人打了三针包括flu。一个人200多刀，还算
合理。但是疫苗是自己找了个family doctor打的，保险cover。
然后自己开始填485整理材料。因为党员的缘故一直忐忑不安，正好当时TSC无数党员被

Steep Increases Proposed for PATH Fares and Tolls at Hudson Crossings

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey proposed its steepest toll
increase in modern memory on Friday, unveiling a plan that would raise the
cost of crossing the tunnels and bridges that span the Hudson River by 50
percent for most drivers and raise the price of a monthly PATH train pass by
