s*****6 发帖数: 254 | 4 I am not too sure about AA, but other airlines requires at least 60K miles (
UA: 65K, DL: 60K) for a round-trip economy flight. But, please note that it
's not always possible to get the flight for the minimum miles; sometimes
more miles are needed. For example, I cannot find a round-trip economy
flight for 60K miles using DL; I need 120K miles for my flight.

s*****6 发帖数: 254 | 5 If you did not provide your frequent flyer number before your flight, you
can submit a retroactive mileage request after your flight. However, you
have to do it within 6 months of your flight.

s*****6 发帖数: 254 | 6 In general, for Continental Airlines, you need 65K miles in your OnePass
account to exchange a round-trip ticket from USA-China. For domestic travel
(within North America), 25K miles is needed for round-trip travel during "
Saver" periods, and 50K miles is needed for round-trip travel during "
Standard" periods. There are also other factors affecting the number of
miles you earn from a flight. For example, your status with the airline (i.

s*****6 发帖数: 254 | 10 It depends on your major. Some majors allow that while others say no. What
's the norm for your major? Look at your colleagues/advisor etc.

s*****6 发帖数: 254 | 11 Actually, there are three universities in Singapore: NUS, NTU, and SMU.
There are other smaller/lesser known ones as well. For example, SIM
University. Of course, only NUS and NTU are considered comprehensive
universities.

s*****6 发帖数: 254 | 17 It all depends on your major (area of specialization). I have a friend who

szu2006 |

s*****6 发帖数: 254 | 18 I think it also depends on your major. For example, my friend in MIS said
you cannot submit the same paper to more than one conference, because MIS
conferences typically have proceedings, and proceedings mean copyright.
However, in finance/economics, we do it all the time with no problem.

I totally agree with FakeSleeper. The economy is bad right now, and the
company is trying to reduce its costs. Understandable.
I suggest you take this job while looking for another job. This way, you
still have some income.

|
s*****6 发帖数: 254 | 26 That's right. If you have the American Express HHonors Credit Card (no fee)
, you just need to spend $20K in one calendar year to get Gold VIP. What I
was saying in my previous post is that being a Gold VIP does not
automatically give you access to the Executive Lounge (you need Diamond VIP
for that). However, if you are upgraded to a room on the Executive Level,
then you get access to the lounge.

expired US visa. I am not too sure about H1B.

and have lots of stores (there's also an IKEA nearby). The nearest beach is
Cocoa Beach, which is about 45 mins away. If you don't mind driving a
