我家附近有个跆拳道馆，里面的教练号称是韩国部队的跆拳道冠军。
去年带肚皮去见了教练一次，肚皮表现的非常扭捏，被告知回家再等一阵。
今年趁着肚皮周末去了一个karate party，玩得不错，推妈决定再try一次。
这次专门挑肚皮的一个小朋友去上课的时候去观摩。教练让肚皮坐在门口看，结果胆小
鬼非要我陪坐。期间教练让他也去打打拳踢踢腿，每次都说no，然后被我push进去也还
似模似样。之后教练跟我说，这个娃ready了。
我问肚皮要不要去学打架（没办法，小孩非要管这个叫打架），他说不，但是想接着看
。我们就又看了半堂高级课。
这堂课有肚皮小朋友的姐姐，姐姐8岁，练了一年了，拿到了蓝带，差三级就是黑带了
。据小姐姐的妈妈讲，大概两个月可以升一级，所以大点开始学就是省钱。

cancel the art class, since it is 4:00-5:00 and the taekwondo is 5:15-5:45.
And on Sunday morning, the soccer is 9:00-10:30 but the taekwondo is 10:00-
10:45. I am still thinking whether I should send lailai to the soccer just
for 45 minutes or less.
But I just like this class. It looks so fun.

六中午吃饭的时间。想给他换个别的体育活动的课。
我这附近还有一家gym教得是比较正规的体操，练倒立什么的。接着练gymnastics, 可
能对锻炼孩子的灵活性和胆量（不怕高）好。另外我听说四岁男娃可以练习karate,
taekwondo， 将来可能不会被欺负。 想问一下，这么大的男孩子是学体操好还是
Martial Arts好？另外，karate 和 taekwondo有什么区别呢？
我知道游泳不错，不过冬天就不太方便了。我打算夏天让他学一下游泳。同时还上个什
么别的。有经验的家长请给点建议。

台湾跆拳道选手杨淑君在亚运遭判决失格一事持续发酵，除了引发民间情绪对立，更升级到国际层次，台、中、韩政府都特别针对此事发表声明。
台湾总统马英九昨天第二次对此事发言。马英九强调，中华民国是个讲道理、有感情的国家，对于选手遭受不公平、不正义，一定要据理力争，亚跆盟(亚洲跆拳道联盟)使用的语言污辱了台湾，“我们一定要讨回公道”。马英九并且要求亚跆盟道歉。
*台高层官员强烈抗议*
马英九所指的是亚跆盟星期四在联盟网站上发布新闻稿，标题是“中华台北有令人震惊的骗术”。由于当时该争议事件尚未进行调查，却发布结果性的新闻稿，所以引起台湾政坛反弹。
对此亚跆盟会长李大淳表示他“不知道网页写些什么”，不过表达“遗憾”。
台湾的国家安全会议(国安会)已经将此事定调为“危机事件”。
台湾行政院星期五召开中外记者会，播放比赛现场完整录像。行政院副院长陈冲表示，录像显示引起争议的电子感应贴片，于比赛前即已取下，比赛中全程都未配戴，可证明杨淑君的清白。

个人名字乍一看是华人，其实不是，就是棒子。这个世界跆拳道联盟总部在南韩，头目
是南韩人，也完全被南韩控制。本来像亚运会这样的国际比赛，至少从形式上说应该有
亚运裁判组和大会裁判委员会为最高仲裁机构，而从新闻里面可以看到，结果作出最高
仲裁的是该项目单项国际组织的负责人，我不知道这本身是否符合程序。 类似的跆拳
道比赛裁判不公受南韩势力影响的例子举不胜数，奥运的时候大家还记得吗？还有，
还记得前几天在杭州举行的某电玩大赛吗？ 因为是中韩合办的，所以居然服务器被棒
子控制，最后波兰队在和南韩队的比赛中，突然与服务器的连接中断了，当然那些波兰
人也很猖狂，当场谩骂中国人，但是也是类似别人作恶中国作为东道主买单的例子。

淑君，但亞洲跆拳道聯盟（Asian Taekwondo Union）擺明了要蠻幹，昨天在官網上發
佈英文新聞稿，標題：「中華台北使用驚人騙術」（Shocking Act of Deception by
Chinese Taipei），指控楊淑君和台灣的教練團使詐，文末要對楊淑君及兩名教練禁賽
，也要調查台灣的跆拳道協會。
世界跆拳道聯盟秘書長梁振錫昨再次召開記者會，先證實楊淑君所穿的電子襪並未禁用
，他說：「一代產品還是可以用，只是楊淑君感應晶片貼的位置不對，不應貼在腳後跟

灣人，無不對此事件以如此粗糙的方式處理，深表憤慨。由於網友們與新聞媒體大肆撻
伐，再加上現正值五都選舉已進入白熱化的階段，楊淑君被「做掉」的新聞，也從一個
單純的體育事件，躍上了政治版面。
根據眾多媒體的推論，楊淑君的失格事件的發生，很有可能是跆拳道的技術委員為了討
好地主隊選手，才下如此重手，讓奪金希望濃厚的楊淑君率先出局，也因此導致「這都
是阿共的陰謀」此類的話，更是充斥於網路。此番陰謀論，以販賣新聞角度，與挑起族
群矛盾來說，實在是賣點十足，可是如果回歸體育，楊淑君這次所遇到的事件，則是再
次的凸顯跆拳道運動人為介入的因素過大，所形成的比賽不公情況。
首先從當天比賽的執法人員說起。當天執法的4位裁判，主審是來自於菲律賓的費南德
茲(Stephen Fernandez)。而另外3位裁判為中國籍、科威特籍與塔吉克籍。所以如果就
中國陰謀論來推理，最有可能動手腳的乃是當天的中國籍裁判。不過，據台灣媒體所做
出的報導，當天最後做出裁決的乃是韓裔菲律賓籍的技術委員洪性天，而非其他4位裁

〔特派記者龍柏安／廣州報導〕楊淑君含冤被判失格事件，各項事實證明根本是惡整楊
淑君，但亞洲跆拳道聯盟（Asian Taekwondo Union）擺明了要蠻幹，昨天在官網上發
佈英文新聞稿，標題：「中華台北使用驚人騙術」（Shocking Act of Deception by
Chinese Taipei），指控楊淑君和台灣的教練團使詐，文末要對楊淑君及兩名教練禁賽
，也要調查台灣的跆拳道協會。
世界跆拳道聯盟秘書長梁振錫昨再次召開記者會，先證實楊淑君所穿的電子襪並未禁用
，他說：「一代產品還是可以用，只是楊淑君感應晶片貼的位置不對，不應貼在腳後跟
。」且拒絕對整起事件道歉。

不過整場記者會梁振錫的說詞反反覆覆，前後矛盾，後來他又改口，聲稱那款電子晶片
