我可以给mm建议一下。
1.没必要去please周围美国人，他们也是人，而且，可以说，很多美国人从骨子里是瞧
不起外国人的，所以，please也不能改变根本问题，不如自然的表现自己，给自己也没
有那么大的压力。我被周围的人称做talker，我可以和很多人第一面就自来熟，因为我
从不刻意去掩饰什么，所以，mm说话的时候放松也许会有意想不到的效果。
2.我常常告诫自己说，对别人不要太刻薄，对自己要太刻薄，这样，很多事情你会想到
它好的一面，心情就好的多。
3.来健身版灌灌水，多锻炼锻炼，心情会好很多，或者在开始的时候，把锻炼想成是一
种发泄也好呀， 在心情郁闷的时候。

all talk to ourselves, we may not sound the words out but every one talks
to him/her self. what is wrong with it? you can improve your attention
deficit by looking into the talker's eyes and remind yourself that someone
is addressing you. |

二、我不清楚怎样解释‘“圣经”“新约”明确要求女人在教会要“闭口不言”’。
我不知道这个教导是不是绝对的，或“明确”。

are lots of variations. That's what Ven. Henepola Gunaratana mentioned in
his book "Mindfulness In Plain English", which I gave a link above. His
approach is also just one of them.
Those channeling examples are prevalent in many places and throughout the
history, and those people are more motivated to meditate. I am a talker
about it now though, as I don't meditate often.

一向不是个好talker.当年就是在谈了一百遍我的intrests,

面前是个戴着眼镜,气宇不凡的男生.还好,看起来挺能侃的.

其实还是有变通的。比如面试的话还是可以握完手，聊完天气坐定后，把Jacket脱下来
的。Conference的 keynote speaker最好一直穿着，但一般的talker也可以脱成只是衬
衫领带，最好是dress shirt罗。Banquet的时候若有奖拿，还是suit up的好，最好是
用袖扣的 tuxedo shirt。
不过，美国人民不讲究，差不多就行了。 |

我一向勿大欢喜法国宁。迭帮比养从来就是big talker，欢喜老栾，act tough。我啊
勿晓得法国宁有啥好老栾格？一次大战，二次大战，趟趟被德国宁踏平，而且是老快地
踏平，用硬盘的闲话讲就是屎都给打出来了。最差的就是二次大战。阿拉上海宁奉帮总
统咬紧牙关，拿中国迭戈污一样格国家污一样格人民，足足抗击了日本宁8年。侧那，
法国宁，几个礼拜就一脚去了。
索马里，美国宁吃过亏。Black Hawk Down，是再经典不过格反渗透反游击战例。美国
宁原本以为凭借技术优势通过立体垂直作战，可以把黑夹里打得落花流水。结果美国宁
忘记了，第一这是非本土作战，第二对方处于人口密集地带，第三反美反西方人口比例
比较高，第三全民皆兵，第四这是个视人命如草芥格国度。结果一打，敌人越打越多。
好在美国宁当时还有地面部队支援，包括巴基斯坦的维和部队，好歹大部分人员都撤离
出来，大部分尸体被抢了出来。讲起来，双方都可以宣布惨胜。索马里宁死得比较多。
美国宁当时主要毛病出在情报不准。

我了解big 4里面的人员往往是面试表现优秀的人，但不见得是今后能够工作出色的人
。大部分人很aggressive，特别是mananger level的人有很多都很难相处。永无休止的
加班往往是因为manager和partner“作”出来的。因为大部分时间,底下人是为了清Q,
为了填写各种没实质意义的表格或者为了迎合某些经理,合伙人的个人风格在dressing
working paper.
我对四大实在望而生畏，也不再喜欢那种高强度，高负荷的工作性质。毕竟人生里，工
作只是一部分。

是没有公开招聘。给他email了一份简历，一个星期之后收到电话面试，电话里面安排
了on site。On site之后迟迟没有音信，于是就主动写了信问能不能再给个面试机会。
他们真的就给了第二次面试机会。第二次面试之后，第二天另一个controller电话跟我
谈offer。前后一共面试了7个人， 3个Vice president，manufacture, resources, HR
，2个senior manager， Sales, IT，还有2个controller，分别管operation，
finance。
