，该扔就扔，该小叮当就小叮当。但白菜从头到尾，除了那个有ref帮忙的那个drive，

早上4：00就爬起来了，旅馆的服务人员会过来帮忙敲门。
4：30坐旅馆帮叫的出租车5美元去机场。
一路上红灯根本不停，4：45就到了。
后来才明白晚上在红灯停车是很危险的，会被打劫。
国内班机候机室比汽车站还小。
5：00在机场的 TAME 航空公司售票处买了12月26日从昆卡（Cuenca）回基多（Quito）
的机票，63.48美元。
去加拉帕戈斯群岛（Galapagos Islands）还挺麻烦。
要检查行李防止带入有害动植物。
还要填表做统计。
基多的天气还是不好。
云太低太厚，飞机不能降落。
所有的飞机都在亚马逊雨林那边的小镇 Lago Agrio 等待命令。
我们的飞机本来7：30起飞，结果一直等到10：30才飞走，倒是第一架从小镇 Lago
Agrio 飞过来的。
在瓜亚基尔（Guayaquil）短暂停留后，飞机下午1：30到达加拉帕戈斯群岛的 Baltra
岛。
飞机到达前，空姐把所有行李厢打开，猛往里喷杀虫水，很搞笑，不知道管不管用。
这个机场原来是美国在第二次世界大战中为了防止日本攻击巴拿马运河而兴建的军用机
场。

正点到瓜亚基尔，取了行李赶快去退票。
还好，AeroGal 航空公司还有架飞机今晚飞昆卡。
退 TAME 航空公司的机票59.25美元，买 AeroGal 航空公司的机票61.25美元。
然后在机场存包，4个小时以内3美元。
打车5美元（肯定贵了）去瓜亚基尔河堤景区 Malecon 2000。
直接打车到 MAAC 下，就是人类学和当代艺术博物馆（Museo Antropologico y de
Arte Contemporaneo）。
就在河堤区 Malecon 2000 的北部。
我就三，四个小时的时间，逛逛河堤区就好了，博物馆就不进了。
从这里往北部可以看到五颜六色的 Las Penas 地区和它上面的 Cerro Santa Ana 地区。
顶端那个灯塔应该是 Plaza de Honores。
Cerro Santa Ana 地区原来是个非常危险的贫民区，现在经过改造和重兵把守，要好很
多。
不过我就没有时间去了。

，你不入戏怎么能行？
村民反正砍不死，管他们呢。钱可以抢劫士兵的吧。其实你如果不升级武器，并不需要
什么钱。各种materials都是靠打猎或者抢的。到最后一般都都用不掉。
Tame那个我直接放弃了。这次的技能树太多没用的了，还要的点数超级高。为啥可以购
买马车这也是个技能啊？为啥还要3点啊？潜水时间加长也要3点啊？
我感觉真有用的技能不超过10个，把那几个学了就可以轻松消灭几乎所有敌人了。其他
除非是强迫症，否则就不管算了。
鳄鱼那个还凑合吧，一般一两下死不了，可以跑路。毒蛇真是猝不及防，一口就掉2/3

product达到maximum效果的combination。
洗好头用毛巾擦到最干不能更干，这时候头发的湿度刚好上product。
1. 先用paul mitchell's super skinny hair serum，挤两下，在指尖抹匀，让每根指
头之间都有一层薄薄的serum，然后让头发垂下，用手指轻轻的run through发尾比较干
枯毛躁的地方（上面不干枯的地方不用）。
2. baby oil和cottonseed curl booster合用。挤3-4下curl booster，然后倒一点
baby oil在手心，然后象给手擦hand lotion一样把两个product混合起来布满整个手心
手背和十指之间。然后，先让头发尽量分散的垂下，可以头向一边倒，让头发垂在身体
侧边，和向前鞠躬让头发向前垂下，擦几下product然后交替这几个动作。要注意手不
要一来就很鲁莽的直接向头发上bia ji一下糊上去，这样会使手上大部分的product都

我今天才知道最近用护发素的方法，和用发膜的正确方法
我以前一直以为发膜就是更strong的护发素。。。。实际上两样东西
一个人的头发能留多长，是取决于一个人的头发寿命的。头发的寿命到头了，就开始发
尾枯萎分叉或者断落，总之不是健康的部分只到那个长度，就是整根头发脱掉。打比方
如果一个人的头发一年能长15厘米，头发的平均寿命是3年，那么这个人的头发基本上
长到45厘米的时候就不太长了。这个头发的寿命可能可以通过后天的一些滋补能够延长
一些，但基本是由基因决定的。在这个漫长的3年中，我们要全程的尽量让头发健康。
通过长时间的坚持努力，头发会更加健壮的。那些头发长到很长还很健壮不分叉不枯萎
的，consider yourself lucky！我就是头发长到超过锁骨差不多10厘米的地方，再往
下就不怎么长得动了。。
首先减少头发非自然断落是肯定的，尽量避免头发打结，解结的时候最容易把头发拉掉
