发帖数: 181 | 1 TTU-OU 的比赛从下半场才开始看，一看到比分24-7，就有一种不祥的预感啊。
这场比赛真的很出乎意料，Norman的主场一直都是很稳的，特别是TTU最近几次在
norman打的一点脾气都么有。再加上今年他们打的也不好。
但仔细想想，也不是那么意外。上场打Kansas，上半场就是极其挣扎，但是kansas确实
是太弱了，再加上下半场的防守大爆发，也算是有惊无险，但是OU的诸多问题再次被凸
显一次。整个上半场的防守都很烂，感觉队员都很松懈，kansas很多都是easy first
down，被认为“kansas 本赛季打的最好的一个半场”，NND，可见我们半场打的何其烂
。然后就是临近半场结束前，红区5码线内，连着有至少5次进攻吧，由于孱弱的
running，被硬生生防成field goal了。印象中，在红区内，先是两次running，负的码
数，然后又想试试最擅长的passing，结果防守队员太密集，也没搞成。
今天终于遇到一个比kansas要强的队了，OU 问题依旧，没有一丝一毫的改善。红区进

The rest 4 teams in Leaders Division are much worse than expected. Michigan,
Michigan State, and Nebraska from Legends can easily win any teams from
Leaders. Even Northwestern and Iowa have a reasonable chance.
If an upset happens at ccg, then BIG will send its no.6 or no.7 team to Rose

there are more
and more alumni team founded in the bay area.
As far as i know: Shandong Univ. was the oldest one, then we had Tsinghua,
Beida, Jiaoda,
and Fudan.
There was a alumni team tournament last month, which was reported in World

better hitter than any VB players from Tsinghua, but we get a lady setter

used to be the main setter in BJ campus univ team.
For tennis, we got at least 4-5 guys as either single 4.0 level or
double 4.0 level.

从版上学习了很多，不过大部分时间只潜水。
最近有一事请教大家。
小孩儿今年12岁，
他在一个俱乐部踢球已经有五年了。
昨天收到一封email，说教练推荐他去一个travel team 。
大概十选一的比例。
我们夫妻讨论了一下，
爸爸支持去，没有理由，觉得选上就该去。
我不支持去，因为
这个孩子素质不是太好，比如跑动不积极。所以五年来，换过不同位置，最后一直踢后
卫。但是他很focus，所以有球来就去踢跑，比较敬业吧。
还有邮件里写，上个周已经挑了十个孩子，但是队里还要五个，他是五个之一。所以我
觉得很可能是替补。
travel team 花钱不少。估计每年4，5千至少。大概要维持六七年。美国打工还是苦，
很难讲能维持这么久。

做t的进攻比我想像的好，压力很小。ct打的比较差，主要原因是侦查和信息的交流存
在问题。
2）inferno(vs team 3)：ct：2：10， t: 6:6
做ct防守问题还是比较大。team3 集中进攻A区。我们这边A区的防守以前压为主，
lambo 压力很大，经常要与三个t（kaka+daniel+？）对枪。flush抽水还好，但仅此不
够，lambo的死亡率很高，安全回撤的机会很小，所以要多想想如何支援队友。
另外后来支援阁楼，个人认为不好。其次就是考虑下后撤防守。newbie大部分时间蹲在
二层阁楼，训练的时候我说过那里的优缺点以及呆在那里的主要任务，多想想。
t的进攻开始不畅，原因在我，情绪较低。 后来按照训练时候打，基本就控制住ct了。
3）nuke(vs team4) : ct: 5:7, t:5:7 (比分需要确认，team 1的队友帮我想想）
上下半场打的都还好，有赢的机会。ct是常用站位，没啥说的，大家打的还好。下半场
，按照训练中的思路打了几个战术，主要是围绕A打，5人内场打A还好 |

首先感谢我们全体队员csscrim,logi,chenchen,k,cutecat,00,tava，一晚上从9点（中
部时间）一直到凌晨快两点，我们的队员都能保证不迟到早退，我现在戴了5个小时耳
机已经头晕脑涨的不行了，所以我们队员能够按照赛前的安排按时现身确实很不容易~
赛前我们队被hype的很高，我什么都没说，结果是1胜2负，我也很满意~因为我们每场
都至少有两名lv4在打，而战术也基本都贯彻出来了，有些局输得有点遗憾，不过临场
的经验也就是从遗憾中积累出来的~
第一场d2对team 1 13：0 WIN
其实是半只team 1，他们缺了主力，我们临时补给他们两个，所以他们基本没什么战术
，我们好歹也用了很大精力在讲解d2上，赢了也很正常。csscrim的多次push进b很好的
摸清了T的主攻方向，我们A的防守也比我想象中发挥的出色~
第二场inf对team 4 10：14 LOSE
这场我们上了3个lv4。。上来ct的几次push b还是很有成效，不过A区的防守还是有些
混乱，对于对方的阁楼进攻应对的不够好，其实按理说可以把T逼迫到二楼狭小的空间

个印度人一个德国人,一个manager是香港人。
先讲德国人年过五十，最怕的就是手下超过自己，除了老人之外，年纪比他轻的多的，
包括白人，都只安排重复性学不到任何东西的劳动，导致年轻人都干两三年就走了，但
是手下有一些工作了很久从别的组转过来的技术积累很多的白人。
印度人年过三十，平时很努力，手下招的有三四个印度人和两三个白人，每个都在这个
组工作了十年以上。
Manager手下还有一些工作了很久技术积累很多的白人，其中一个北欧的最是乐于助人
，基本上对什么人都是知无不言。
最后香港manager把印度人提升到了manager的位子. 从这时开始德国人手下的资深白人
就一个个走了，最后六个人组里走的包括他自己就只剩下三个人，并且除了他自己没有
白人。
印度manager手下的白人也走了一个。但是因为香港manager手下的team是稳定的，所
以这些白人的离开并没有造成很大的影响。
印度人到了manager位子之后想方设法提携别的印度人，比如说至今为止招进来几个印

凌晨5点，和朋友在电话上笑说最后这个班竟然没有CODE，是不是睡觉时候漏掉了code
传呼，正拿出呼机检查，蛐蛐就叫开了：CODE BLUE in ICU。赶紧跑过去，一路上呼机
响个不停，我以为就是重复呼叫，就没看，没想到到了ICU，护士迎面问我run 哪一个
？这才意识到ICU 有两个病人同时CODE！立刻左右为难起来，惶急之下，赶紧看住院医
在哪儿---没看见我的住院医，倒看见mICU team 的住院医和intern 小跑过来，说看见
呼机有两个CODE BLUE，就过来帮忙，真是救苦救难的team work!
我们 run 的这一个，很快就过来了；这时候mICU team又被呼叫，他们有个病人就快
CODE了，于是他们就把正run的另一个CODE交给我们，跑掉了。他们才离开，刚救过来
的那个就重新CODE了，不过这次mICU没有很快回来，结果是我去run了那个full CODE。
这一次可比第一次顽固得多了，好几轮epi/Atropine 都没缓过来；幸亏我还想起了
Bicarb，一只下去，立竿见影的恢复 |
