多做深蹲死提训练大肌群提高激素分泌，同时也产生大量的micro tear。
少跑慢跑我觉得没有道理，你跑步是想提高有氧能力，那跑得又慢又少有什么意义？相
反3～6分钟之间的interval跑期间慢跑恢复个2分钟左右，做3～5组，每周这样训练1～
2次，我觉得比较合适。
每周大剂量训练中间安排2～3天的休息时间，让micro tear有机会修补，这样才是长肌
肉的王道。
还有一个问题，需要看你的体质，你到底是易胖型还是难增肌型。我这样的易胖型，也
不要多大块头的，控制饮食拼命训练就可以。如果是难增肌型的，可能需要控制一些运
动量。

就是开始运动时，它们会给关节一个反作用力，韧带越紧，反作用力越大。小时候挑运
动员都会看看跟腱长不长，柔韧性好不好等等。
肌肉的拉伸是另外一个目的。肌肉在经过长时间运动后，会产生micro tear，并且会堆
积乳酸。micro tear经过修补以后造成更多的肌肉纤维分支或者是使肌肉纤维变粗，这
两种形式都会使人更强壮。micro tear有可能会造成血液不流通变成scar tissue，这样
一来没法吸收养分修补纤维，二来内部堆积的乳酸没有血液进入被带走，就造成肌肉疲
劳不容易恢复，scar tissue长时间不能修复造成肌肉损伤。肌肉拉伸可以帮助拉长肌肉
纤维，一方面帮助scar tissue恢复正常，另外一方面由于肌肉的这种运动，帮助血液更
好地流入乳酸堆积处，帮助身体恢复。肌肉拉伸可以用徒手的方式，更好一些的可以用
foam roller或者按摩球，有条件的找到技术出色的按摩师，可以帮助揉开scar tissue
放松肌肉。如果自己弄，最好的方法是有一种多边形的有机玻璃刮板，按照肌肉的纹理

小时回家，一下车就发现膝盖剧痛，很难伸直。后在家休息了两天，一个礼拜后走路多
了膝盖会痛，一瘸一瘸，伸曲会痛，只好去看家庭医生，然后做了MRI,发现：High
signal around th media collateral ligament. Partial tear of the medial
collateral ligament is suspected.
The lateral collateral ligament is within normal limits. Quadricept tendon
is within normal limits. Questionable sprain of the patellar tendon at the

发帖数: 1703 | 8 我的右肩打球伤可能要做手术了，伤已经有七八个月了，前天orthopedics diagnose
“posterior labrum tear”。建议作arthroscopic手术。
试过了很多保守疗法，physical therapy, chiro,针灸，冰敷热敷，好像没有什么太明
显效果，至少没有使pain completely go away. 疼痛时好时坏，多数时候不是太疼，
而且睡觉也无碍。但是总是有刺痛感，打球不行，对生活工作也满烦心的。
上网查了很多关于肩伤的资料，各种肩伤里面包括rotate cuff injury, 诊断的labrum
tear好像症状和我自己的感觉是比较相似。但是两个月前做过的MRI report里面，没
有查出问题，报告里说 “labrum appears to be intact”. orthopedics 说可能是因
为比较小的tear,MRI有时诊断不出来。只有arthroscopic手术可以做出比较准确的判断。
现在有两个选择，作这个arthroscopic手术，需要很长的恢复期。六个星期戴sling,然

这个和游戏引擎有关，而且因人而异，如果你觉得有很严重的tearing那么最好还是打
开vsync。
我记得玩mass effect 3的时候，过场动画就有很严重的tearing. 那还是个DX9的游戏
。Crysis 3反而不觉得有这种问题。 |

我自小就憎恨读希腊文，究竟什么原因，即在今天我还是不能明白。我酷爱拉丁文，当
然不是启蒙老师教的，而是所谓文法先生教的拉丁文，因为学习阅读、书写、计算时所
读的初步拉丁文，和一切希腊文一样，在我是同样感到艰涩而厌倦。什么缘故？当然是
随着罪恶和渺茫的生命而来的：“我是血气，不过是一阵去而不返的风。”[24]我过去
和现在所以能阅读各种书籍和写出我所要写的文字都靠我早年所读的书；这些最早获得
的学识，比了逼我背诵的不知哪一个埃涅阿斯的流浪故事[25]，当然更好、更可靠。当
时我为狄多的死，为她的失恋自尽[26]而流泪；而同时，这可怜的我，对那些故事使我
离弃你天主而死亡，却不曾流一滴泪。
还有比我这个不知可怜自己的可怜人，只知哭狄多的殉情而不知哭自己因不爱你天主、
我心灵的光明、灵魂的粮食、孕育我精神思想的力量而死亡的人更可怜吗？我不爱你，
我背弃你而趋向邪途，我在荒邪中到处听到“好啊！好啊！”的声音。人世间的友谊是
背弃你而趋于淫乱，“好啊！好啊！”的喝采声，是为了使我以不随波逐浪为可耻。对
这些我不痛哭，却去痛哭：

貓和我的因緣
2000年, 我家老二新婚, 小夫妻買了兩隻喜馬拉亞種出生才14天的小貓. 一隻取名"
Bluey", 一隻"Joey". 姐妹倆, 可愛極了. 沒幾年, 老二的兩個孩子相繼出世. 夫妻倆
為了孩子們, 忙得不可開交. 沒時間去照顧兩隻貓. 長得滿滿的長毛沒人剪. 只見一團
毛, 不見貓. 我看她們太可憐了. 就領了回家. 我細心照顧它們. 她們都懂我說的. 和
我生活了六年. 現在快十五歲了. 按人壽來算, 7x15, 她們相當一百零五歲了. 我一直

on the most vulnerable point. I was always wondering
that how can my heart be so hard that I never really
cried with tears, be it watching a movie or whatever.
But I found I do have some tears after all when I was
watching it yesterday.
The little girl died from famine and inexperienced caring,
the boy, from depression after the loss of his sister.
Tragedy are all like this, show you how good it is then
tear it up with merciless cruelty |
