official organization that recognizes this program. 这里是填教育部吧，还是要
填学校本身？感觉中国大学的专业没有什么认证的机构，都是要经过教育部审批，是吧

A. 上海外企，中型公司，会负责把研发中心搭起来，同时负责公司的技术路线，以及
在中国的技术合作及推广。薪水基本match我现在的薪水，但是没有住房补贴这些，只
给了一些搬家费，每年会根据公司和个人情况发bonus up to 30%,但这个不是一定的，
比如今年就很可能没有；title不错，但这个是对外的，在内部估计也就是Sr. Manager
的level；
B. 西部一省会城市大型外企研发中心，一般的研发经理，薪水大概是我现在的70-75%
左右，也有target bonus20%，但也要看公司和个人情况，但公司HR告诉我过去几年都
有，另外还有每年大概20%的补贴，但这个每年只能拿一部分，三年才能拿完；
C. 一国外start-up，总共才10几个人，中国是重点市场之一，让我去负责中国市场开
拓和客户支持服务，可行的话也许会在中国开一个小office，同时把manufacturing慢
慢搬到中国去；
D. 美国本地一家大公司，在国内有很多业务，招我去国内的合资厂从技术上面负责一

没信儿，11月底加速处理了一下，现在接到通知要visa screen，据说要3个月时间，这
起见老公咋办？工作是不是还合法，一旦h1b被拒，他就要在15天呢回国，对吧？大家
有遇见类似的情况吗？h1b要求补充材料被拒的可能性有多大？谢谢大家的帮助和解答。

本想等我弄完I-485后再来折腾这些东西的。但这两天收到好多来自申友的、要求给材料的短信，也能体会到大家与我当时一样的心情。所以，就先把letter templates整理下下，并更新在这个贴子后面了。有留下email地址的申友，我已把letter templates发到你的信箱里，请查收。至于还未留email地址，就请不要再给我留email地址了，直接在本贴后面拷就是了。（当然，如果是想给俺包子的话，俺是会张大口袋接的 ---- 俺也想ZAN点儿，等GC到手后，发几个给曾经帮助过我的前辈们，：）

我有9个审稿邀请，18个来回（R1,R2,R3），一个最佳审稿人奖。有一个杂志主编写的
推荐信
估计问题不大
3. 原始贡献
这点在PL里面是放在第一点说的，我工作上的贡献说了一半，学术上的说了一半
1）研发了一个图像处理产品，获得了一专业杂志的奖：the plugin of the Month
2)又研发了一个图像处理产品，获得很多业界职业人士positive review。附上了收集
打印的positive review，一共40页。
3）附上了公司自己写的news release，上面说我为产品2）付出了大量的经历，是主要
研发。附上了google搜索的转发这个news release的网站，有300多个（都是用的一样
的新闻通稿）
4）附上了GOOGLE搜索我产品的记录，有300多万条
5）谈到了我的引用。我的引用很弱，一共就33个独立。所以强调了发的文章很新，但
是去年发的最新的11月文章，引用就已经到了8个。

人在美国做生物医学基础研究的博士后, 想移民懊洲. 但好象除Medical technologist
60分外, 职业评分均为50. 这样要120有点困难 (35-40 years old,couple with two
kids,wife is a technician/biologist in the lab, no 雅思 yet)
不知象我们的情况是否有希望移民, 有无申请技巧, 先去懊洲找博士后是否会保证移民
成功.

一般来说可能是先来工作走其他路数比如雇主帮助,但是否能保证就不知道了
我们这里有不少生物博士,也许他们可以提供些建议

想携妻子办澳洲技术移民，可能要个人申请，或者地方政府担保
但也在尽量找工作和雇主担保，但要做坏的打算。。
有几个问题：
1。是否要考雅思？美国的学习经历不能代替英语考试吗？
2。Australia Engineering 的技术移民资格评估
按我的求学背景，我能算哪一种申请人
non-recognised qualification
还是
accredited qualifications
还有我能否算是Engineering Professional,
其他Engineering Technologist 或Engineering Associate
看起来是，2，3年学制的学位.
另外，国内学位证书有学校的英文盖章件是否就可以了
在美国的学位证书复印件怎样认证?要去当地公证机关，还是学校有类似的服务。
