这种一般滑In bound的，AT爬上山脚跟一锁就可以往下冲了）。

Backcountry最常用的ski binding是tech bindings, frame AT bindings和telemark
bindings, 都是像XC ski binding一样上山的时候脚跟可以不固定的. 我知道也有人最
初的时候是背着alpine skis， 靠snowshoeing上山的 |
