Temple U，IIT 还有 旧金山大学. Pepperdine 虽然综合排名比较高，50左右，但金融
项目只有1年且费用贵，我就否掉了。现在让我纠结的是去denver 还是Temple?
Temple 在费城，Fox商学院2011年USnews 最佳商学院排名63（商学院
排名有没有参考意义？美国企业招人会在乎这个吗？）但综排只有132，国内名气较小
。在费城还有Drexecl和宾大排在Temple前面（我不知道我了解到的信息对不对？），
就业环境又不好，想留在费城找工作，应该可能性比较小。

警察志愿者也因击毙黑人而被捕。总结一下这些引起媒体高度关注的警民事件，有两个

2. 这个校长坚持要举债超过130M在校区里建一个football stadium。但是传统里
Temple University 一直是在使用 Philadelphia Eagle 的体育场，一是因为并不远，
学生们可以直接坐地铁过去，二是Eagle 的体育场有足够大的停车场以及各种附属设施
，以及便利的高速入口. 而且州政府最近已经给了几千万的钱给Eagle，条件就是让
Temple University继续使用那个场地。如果Temple 再建立一个体育场，那么州政府的
钱就打水飘了。最重要的就是Temple University位于城市内部而且不邻近任何高速公
路的出口。如果在校内建立一个football stadium，那么引来的交通将成为一个恶梦。
事实上这个校长决定要修这个体育场之后一直就受到各种抗议和反对。今年三月份

的就是大名鼎鼎的Temple Square啦~~ 来之前，总是听到很多人说， Salt Lake City
除了摩门就啥都没有了。在我看来，Salt Lake City地理位置非常特殊,环绕着它的有
雪山,大湖,由沙漠,还有远处绿色的洛基。据说当年"杨白汗“先知带领众弟子颠沛流离
来到Utah，杨先知用他手中的拐杖敲了一下脚下的土地，说“我们就在这里建吧。。。
。“，现在的大temple就拨地而起了。Salt Lake City另外一所很有名的大学就是用他
的名字来命名的。
temple square修的很好看，有日常用的小教堂一座，大音乐厅一间，世界上数一
数二的管风琴一架，（怀疑数二的在temple square对面的convention center里面）--
-这是后话啦。。。 还有Great Temple啦，不过连一般的信众都不能允许进入，只有教
内级别较高的官员才能一睹芳容，据说里面是举行最高宗教仪式的场所。 有的时候不
得不承认，当人有了信仰之后，身体就会变得强壮 |

周末就要去盐湖城了，可是到现在被搞得一头雾水
原计划周末飞到盐湖城，先去黄石下周末再回来逛逛Temple
可是看到Temple的网页（http://lds.org/church/temples/salt-lake?lang=eng#tab=date）说7月4号开始关闭
不过再查好像有免费导游的是Temple square，他的的网页http://www.visittemplesquare.com/就没有说关门
他两到底是不是一回事啊？如果7月4号以后关门我可能不得不这周末先去temple了，然
后后面黄石的酒店全要改，影响太大了
哪位熟悉盐湖城的朋友帮我看看，我们要参加的教堂导游到底7月4号以后有没有啊？
我们应该到哪个地址找导游啊，最好给出具体地址，我们初到全靠GPS?
还有车应该停在哪里？

二月份的时候，终于熬不住了，book了去cancun的vacation package。 基本上这边键一按，钱欻的飞走，那边立马到HA, Gymboree, Gap, 77Kids, J&J, JCrew, Justice..各个网站 转了一溜够。没完没了的冬天，太打击购物热情了。好不容易找到了借口，提前开始买夏装。 生女娃，不就为了这个moment？想象一下，碧海蓝天，白沙棕榈，matchy matchy, 我老人家热血沸腾。。。

发帖数: 1311 | 48 吃：高棉菜我们全是在pub street解决。Red Piano打的是Angelina Jolie的招牌，一
看便知道有高于50%的可能不好吃，然而我们还是冒着这样巨大的风险去尝试了一下，
以证实我们的预测。不去也罢。Khmer Kitchen非常超值，除了fruit shake太淡，淡得
我连喝了三杯还没过瘾，只好回到我的最爱Temple去再喝了一杯。Temple的菜和shake
都非常不错。Red Piano对面那家叫什么名字？也很好。
河东边的泰国餐馆Chivit，从Lonely Planet上看到的，有很漂亮的小院子，在里面吃
饭非常舒服，菜也很好吃，可惜偶尔能闻到河里的水有点儿臭:P 传说中的中餐木房子
实在令人大失所望，北京饺子馆的饺子馅儿虽然很奇怪，倒还好吃，不过环境不怎样，
价钱还不便宜，我还是宁愿吃Temple。
住：我们住的是Smiley's，房间布置得倒是很好，小庭院也颇怡人，不过离市中心还是
远了点儿，晚上吃完饭走回去要10多分钟。如果再去我会住Golden Temple或者Shadow
of Angkor，虽然都没进去看过，赫赫，至少地段都很方便，吃饭上网购物 |

饭店吃早餐，非常丰盛。
然后8：00出发开始今天的参观。
先去参观雅典卫城（Acropolis）。
门票我12欧元新同学学生票6欧元，一共18欧元。
这个票可以在4天之内参观雅典（Athens）的6处景点，包括：
雅典卫城
古代市场（Ancient Agora）
罗马市场（Roman Agora）及哈德良图书馆（Hadrian's Library）
凯拉米克斯遗址（Kerameikos）
奥林匹亚宙斯神庙（Temple of Olympian Zeus）
狄俄倪索斯剧场暨“酒神剧场”（Theatre of Dionysus）
我们从阿迪库斯音乐厅（Odeon of Herodes Atticus）这边上山去雅典卫城。
爬到一半看下面的阿迪库斯音乐厅。
这里每年夏天举行雅典和埃皮达鲁斯艺术节（Athens & Epidaurus Festival）的时候
，都会有一些音乐会或者歌剧舞剧之类的在这个古老的
剧场里举行。
就好象在故宫里开音乐会那个意思。
很可惜我们在雅典逗留的几个晚上都没有演出，晚几天来就有了，留些遗憾也不错。
