109个给homeless, 60个给veteran, 包括9个给有前科的老兵。项目将会在华人最多的
圣盖博(San Gabriel close to temple city），毗邻居民区和学校，规模比临近的同
类型housing都大的多。funding来自上次选举通过的mesaure M （就是增加sales tax
去给homeless建房）。
这次计划的选址很值得深思，是不是知道华人不关心政治，想神不知鬼不觉的蒙混过关
？目前当地的华人已经表示了强烈反对。

然后穿过16，15街，到BROAD，实验楼就在BROAD 上。今天早上9点多
，我们泊好车，正往BROAD 走，在 15ST 和 BROAD 之间。一个黑鬼
突然从后面grab my wife's neck，拿走了我们所有的 cash。 然后
松开我LP，让我们继续走。 一些在 BROAD 上的目击者还我们要不要
报告警察。实验室的老美帮我报告了POLICE，先是TEMPLE POLICE 录
了一些口供，还带我们去 Philadelphia police department 找
suspect.
早知道费城不安全，不过没想到有人敢在青天白日下学校附近抢劫。
TEMPLE POLICE 告诉我们还好我们身边有cash, 否则黑鬼不知会怎样
。
经验教训：1。 身边带点 cash 预防被抢

但是起码该看的都看了.看看我们走马观花的行程吧
Day 1： 晚上1030到达盐湖城，拿车接着往salt flat开。大概开了2个小时，一路75的
speed limit所以开起来很爽。晚上入住Wendover UT的motel 6 (by the way they
didn’t leave the light on for us and they charge 1.25 for shampoo! 但是一晚
才40刀所以也就不计较了)。 Wendover是在UT和NV的界上所以周围有很多大酒店。因为
朋友当天从北京到旧金山所以不敢订下午三点飞盐湖的飞机。
Day 2：早上起床吃了个麦当劳就去了Bonneville salt flat，如果是晴天的话非常美

发帖数: 14 | 13 昨天一天去了 temple square, Cathedral of the Madeleine，最喜欢这一带了，环境
太tmd的好了，话说这边的house大概多少刀？去temple square大家穿的也太正式了吧
，西装礼服的，我背着个背包过去太尴尬了。
然后州府、memory grove，也很清静。
接着去utha university，随便进了几个center，没看出啥，顺便看了会儿女子
softball球赛，正好遇到一个全垒打。然后主要是去了nature history museum 和
redbutte garden，都不错。
然后就是一些商场： creek center, gateway以及边上的clark plantarium, 这都还挺
繁华的. trolley square、fashion place 和 sugar house都没意思啊。
tracy aviary似乎在动工？没进去。 hogle zoo也没去。
中午在ho ho gourment吃点心，凤爪还是不错。晚上在神厨有富，大赞，难得有比较中
国口味的餐馆，可惜两个人就只能吃3个菜，啤酒买二送一，羊肉火锅... 阅读全帖 |

football program。
把Temple football拉进大东，对排名是没很大帮助，不过从市场上讲，绝对不亏的。

发帖数: 647 | 16 Day 3: 卢克索东西岸 （Karnark卡纳克神庙，再西岸Valley of Queens皇后谷，
Medinet Habu拉3庙，回到东岸，Luxor Temple卢克索神庙）
点评：
1. Karnark Temple理论上应该是最漂亮的，因为这座神庙是集整个新王国时期法老们
的辛劳所建，每个法老莫不在里面添砖加瓦，一般的神庙有一个pylon，最多两个三个
就不错了，卡纳克修了9个，当然相当都保存不太完整。但是我们前两天看了Abydos,
Dendara，以及后来看了若干神庙，有一些感想加总结，觉得Karnark就特点不突出了，
除了占地面积大了点，多了别的地儿都没有的方尖碑，既无保存好一点的雕刻，也无保
存得较好的建筑群，当然这里的多柱大厅还是最雄伟的，100多根呢，里面的介绍算比
较详细的，走到每个pylon前，都有方位和内容介绍，这点赞一下。
2. 西岸原本计划骑车走皇后谷，拉3庙，还有几乎没有人去的Seti I temple (其实保
存的质量很差，当然想去只是出于我个人情结)。但是最后还是租车到皇后谷，皇后谷
其实不止安葬着皇后，也有皇室其它成员（王子们）和一些位高权 |

以前去过黄石/大倜傥，这次是带父母去。父母岁数大了，所以整个行程安排比较松快
，也没有hiking的内容。住lodge/hotel，带oven/电饭煲做饭，也在外面吃吃。
大约提前4-5周开始预定机票和公园里的lodge。机票比较贵，旅馆相对比较便宜，8个
晚上，平均$100。在SLC住一晚，黄石里Lake Lodge 3晚，Canyon Lodge 1晚，Old
Faithful inn 2晚，Jackson hole一晚。
租车是在版上取的经，full size car, 9天，$277 (alamo),提前10天左右订最便宜。
汽油的价格在$3.43-$3.69/Gal之间，在盐湖城，Jackson hole, wy和Gardiner, MT加
的油，共用了$180的汽油。

发帖数: 13724 | 20 昨晚把主线搁置了，决定把个人问题先解决了，先在whiterun搞了套房，然后去riften
找牧师开光桃花运，买个项链戴上然后开炮，（网上攻略有误，这个牧师在教堂，不在
酒吧，我在酒吧苦等24小时没等到）。
第一个目标是whiterun的一个妞，先聊了聊发现她在找猛犸牙，正好记得刚去过的魔法
大学边上的城子里有卖，交给她后她就喜欢上俺了，真是容易啊...
再去牧师那里要求举行婚礼，牧师告知明天早上来，婚礼上来了几个以前打过交道的
npc，lydia郁闷的坐在观众中....
结完婚觉得这个到手太容易了，load之，重新再来，现在在苦苦追寻solitude里的一个
妞，条件很复杂，我一直在努力....
插曲，刚结完婚就回家，结果老婆不在，四处找不着啊，后来发现还在教堂里...
下面的npc是可以泡的， lydia在列， 不过现在好像还不能泡到手。

他们结婚的时候要求亲戚朋友也必须是摩门才可以参加婚礼，不然不能去教堂参加。。。
不过他们的教堂有时候开放，非摩门可以去参观。。。我去过。。。教堂有church和
temple之分，我们去的是temple，据说即使摩门也很少去，一般去church，temple貌似

mission得. temple 不是教堂. 传教地点是定好的,也有开车的,看情况.生活费是自己
出的,所以他们要存钱. 这个烟囱说我住了这么多年还是头一次听到.现在哪有那么多一
夫多起,纯粹瞎想的.摸门多的地方治安很好,盐湖城已经不是很多了50%都不是摩门了,
所以治安差了.
参观摩门教教堂时候就是一对台湾女生带领我们讲解摩门教的历史什么的。据小姑娘介
绍，出去云游的男生都是去往指定的地方，然后走路或者骑自行车，这两年的生活费用

其实, 十一奉献是旧约中的概念。律法规定所有以色列人把财产和收成的十分之一交到
殿中（利未记27：30；民数记18：26；申命记14：24；历代志下31：5）。有些人理解
旧约中的十分献一是一种税法，它提供祭司和利未人的祭祀制度。
新约中没有要求，甚至没有建议基督徒应该遵守一种法定的十一奉献制度。保罗说信徒
应该“照自己的进项”拿出收入的一部分用来支持教会（哥林多前书16：1-2）。
所以基督徒不必死守十一的奉献比例。他们应根据自己的能力奉献，“照自己的进项”
。这意味着有时的奉献超出十分之一，有时少于十分之一；取决于基督徒的个人能力和
教会的需要。每一个基督徒应该殷切地祷告，寻求神的智慧是否参与十一奉献或者应该
奉献多少（雅各书1：5）。“各人要随本心所酌定的，不要作难，不要勉强，因为捐得
乐意的人是神所喜爱的”（哥林多后书9：7）。
另外, 旧约要求信徒十一奉献是与当时当地的税率相对应的, 而当时的税率并没有今天
高, 所以在今天仍然强调十一奉献未必合理。

it is ridiculous to search spring fruits on fig tress in April. It also make
sense that some tree miss the spring fruit and have only fruits in autumn.

我們還是讀一段我們常常讀過的，已經重複過幾次，但是我們再讀一次；就是馬太24章
32節：「你們可以從無花果樹學個比方，當樹枝發嫩長葉的時候，你們就知道夏天近了
。」
耶穌為什麼在不是無花果樹結果的季節咒詛沒有無花果的樹？
我手邊有一幅圖畫，特別是講到無花果樹的。這一幅圖畫是很珍貴的，因為這裡給我們
看到的是這裡有一些無花果；而這個無花果，事實上是在「歌中之歌」第二章裡：「冬
天已經過，雨水止住了，百鳥齊鳴，百花齊放，無花果樹的果子也漸漸成熟」。那個果
子在原文是「青果」，不是最後的無花果。主耶穌當時就是因為到這樣的一棵無花果樹
底下，發現無花果樹有葉子沒有果子；主耶穌要找的其實是這樣子的青果！
以色列的無花果有兩次收成，一次是六月份，一次是八月份。六月份的果子叫冬果，因
為無花果成長是經過冬天的。到了春天的時候，樹上就慢慢開始長葉，很自然的，裡面
就有這種青果。如果從三月份到六月份，經過風吹雨打，它還能夠連在枝子上的話，這
就會變成美好的果子；但是假定被風吹動掉到地上，就表示這個是屬於永遠不結果子的

因为只是一面之缘，名字已记不清了，不过印象还在。
那是暑假，受朋友之朋友之托，照看一个到上海来签证的科大女孩。朋友之事，
我一向是赴汤蹈火，在所不辞的，何况本人天性好客，因此也就顾不上我这浪费
一天就是两三百块。当然，看看科大mm是个啥模样也挺不错，我这辈子还没见过
呢。所以相迎不道远，直至长风沙。这说法也不甚确切，那天天气可好的很，根
本没风沙的说。
好奇归好奇，我心力还是有准备的，交大的MM们见的多了，我想科大的也八九不
离十。见面果不出所料，只是觉得都要出国的人乐，也不适当注意注意形象，也
好在鬼子面前替咱中国人挣个脸。
开始寒暄。

2009年10月26日至27日，中国科大代表团访问费城，Temple大学校长Ann Weaver Hard
并设正式午宴欢迎侯建国校长一行造访Temple大学。
10月26日近午时分，中国科大代表团抵达费城，随即进行午餐会10余位来自宾州大学、
Drexel大学、Temple大学与NEC研究院等校友座谈。几位学者表达了回校工作的强烈意

晚6:30，中国科大代表团在宾州大学进行校友见面暨招聘说明会。窦贤康副校长向现场
的50余位华人学者与校友介绍了中国科大的发展态势与对人才引进的强烈渴求。宾州大
学教授李巨也来到现场。李巨是中国科大90级少年班校友，曾获得美国青年科学家总统
奖、美国材料学会青年科学家奖。他带领多位学生来到现场表达对母校的支持，他的数

发帖数: 195 | 48 Philae Temple在一个小岛上，我们是坐Felucca(三角帆船)去的，虽然慢一点，但是和国
内水上旅游的快艇比起来，还是这个比较有意思。
可爱的Felucca：
这个岛其实原来并不是一个岛，而是Lower Dam(尼罗河小坝，由英国人在1902年建造) 建
造以后的结果，而且这个神庙原来也不在这里，是由UNESCO(联合国教科文组织) 在1960
年把原来神庙拆了，估计是High Dam(尼罗河大坝，由苏联人帮助修建) 的结果，一块砖
一块砖的移了550米到了现在这个地方，我们后面的Abu Simbel神庙也是因为High
Dam的建造而不得不移动的。

这个神庙建造的开始时间已经是古埃及快要结束的第30王朝(380 BC-343 BC) ，请注意是
开始时间而已，埃及的神庙玩的都很大，建造时间跨度往往在几百年，Karnak神庙更是夸

发帖数: 9790 | 49 序里废话说的够多了，转入正题。话说从北美东海岸去一趟夏威夷还真是不容易，因为
是AA的里程票，没有直飞，从ATL一大早出发，辗转到了Honolulu已是夜里十点，路上
用了将近18个小时，羡慕西岸的同学啊。
以前电影看到了，以为到了夏威夷机场就有跳着草裙舞的土著美女献上花环呢，其实除
了扑面而来的湿气告诉我们到了热带，鬼都没有。从机场提了车，不耽搁直接开往旅馆
。因为已是深夜，除了路灯路牌，乌漆麻黑其他什么也看不清，除了车道窄点，跟本土
这边感觉不到太大差别。用spg换的旅馆位于Waikiki的卡拉卡吾啊大道（夏威夷的街道
名我是彻底地胡念，不是什么卡拉卡吾大道啊，就是什么卡拉你啊那喔洛高速，要不就
是什么卡呼噜噜，租车的小二在倾听我旅馆所在街道时的表情颇为喜庆）。快午夜了，
还是到处灯火通明，游人喧嚣。不过我和LD已经困得半死，无心细看，开车冲进旅馆倒
头就睡，一夜无事。
因为要去三个岛的缘故，考虑到精力时间有限，瓦胡岛没有作为这次旅行的重点，安排
的大多是老少皆宜的旅行团必备节目。因为时差的缘故，第二天还是早早就醒了，挂上
