do you homework, learn some lesson from practice and appreciate kind service.
Look for integrity, how agents do in their lives and how they treat people
are all indicators of quality of agents.
Dual agent or commission back are all good temptations to make a hasty
decision. But if you look for good service, you will look beyond this. |

The only warn I have in mind though, is to constrain the temptation to buy
the same thing across multiple eBay accounts (not just daily deals). I'm
sure laoyu is well aware of this, but other not necessarily.
There are some recent reports about eBay bucks being forfeited, I suspect it

也不是偶然的。
上UA除了省钱为将来上医学院攒钱，另外没说出来的，恐怕是在南部的州立小池塘里做
一条大鱼，比去Ivy League里做一条小鱼或虾米（不管从各种能力，还是social、
economic status, 在Ivy school里都要垫底了, struggle/catch up/fit in。。。）
， 对建立一个幸福的career & life
， 显然更有利 －－ the only thing to get over with, is the temptation of
halo effects from going to a Ivy school.
对比之下，很多老中的心态是，只要上了XXX school，将来就保证能XXX了，所以砸锅

但是他想玩别人玩具，你不让玩，最终他的desire没有被满足，你也没有给出solution
我觉得会有压抑的情绪产生。如果是我，我会像我前面说的先问问能否一起玩，如果被
拒绝，我会告诉他public library有一样的玩具，我们改天去玩，或者干脆妈妈给你买
一个一样的。因为玩玩具（play）对小孩来说很重要，即开发智力，又form social
connections，其他的一些benefit还是建议你读我上面推荐那本书chapter14。玩具上
花钱绝对不是浪费。
