I picked up running. No wonder LD makes fun of me all the time.
Cookies usually contain shortening which is trans fat.
Trans fat can raise the level of "bad" LDL cholesterol.
Have you read other posts about running cannot reduce
cholesterol, only diet can help?

Once you are a runner, you will natually pay attention
to your food. This self-control is totally happening
from within yourself not from outside. We are FREE.
There is an easy solution to this. I often do my recovery run on the
treadmill, to prevent myself from going too
fast. For instance, today I put an upper bound on my speed, 7mph, in my
recovery run. No faster than that,
doesn't matter how I feel during the run.
I never want to skip a run, unless I'm overtrained. Very often, I have to restrain myself from the temptation of
doing doubles.
Very nice quote! When I was running up the last hill yesterday all I was
thinking is "this is fucking insane, why am I doing this?". Now sitting
comfortably in my office, I need a strong will power to resist the
temptation to go for a run in the gym downstairs. I'm glad I left all my
running shoes home today so that I can give my sore calves a good rest.

just checked the room rates for harrahs ' four hotel.
i can get ballys room for all Xmas weekend for free. Ceasors free except
Saturday. wow. it is unthinkable just half years ago. it is impossible to
get Friday 's room, let alone holiday weekend.

Didn't play much this year until recently. I have been on vacation and tried
to go to most of the charity poker games close to my home. Below are my
problems and hopefully will be overcome next year:
1) Constantly won at 1/2 charity poker (~6 sessions so far), but lost all
the profits at a local casino 2/5 game(2 sessions so far). Next year I'll
avoid 2/5 games until I generate a bankroll from the charity game for it.
