1. 我从小就一直月经不正常。基本是30天到45天不等。不过以前不懂排卵什么的，现在监测了几个周期，应该是每次都有排卵。
2. PCOS的症状，我几乎都不觉得有，只是从年初开始，额头一直有几粒小包包，不会是acne吧？不会是吃 prenatal 维生素吃的吧？另外小肚子从三十几岁后就有点了，不太运动，会和PCOS有联系吗？
3. 测过两次 LH 和 FSH。分别是 LH/FSH - i)7.2/6.5 ii)2.7/5.3。
4. 第一次找她看时，她做了ovary ultrasound。她就是从那次开始坚持说我是PCOS tendency。因为她认为她没有找到优势卵泡, 还有她数出12(她好像说的是12)个泡泡。12个是偏多吗？（不过后来过了两周左右我自己用试纸试出阳性。）第一次验血出来后，唯一她认为不太正常的是free testosterone 0.4 (正常0.2-2.6)，她说我有些偏低，所以确实可能PCOS tendency。不过现在看来，free testorstrone 一般偏高才是PCOS.

I believe "sinful nature" roughly means the tendency or capacity to commit
sins. Please let us know if you have another definition for this term.
So are you saying, when Adam was first created, he doesn't have a sinful
