是昨天我不小心看到了一篇新闻文章，才惊讶的发现其实最早做出来的，有可能是
Wayne State University的潘卓华。虽然他的投稿时间和Deisseroth的类似，但是因为
他是一个没有什么名气的学者，而且他的文章包装得不对，所以他的文章被百般耽误，
最后比Deisseroth的晚了一年才发表。
在2004年底潘就做出了和Deisseroth几乎一样的文章，除了用的细胞略微不同：他做的
神经细胞是从视网膜分离的，而Deisseroth 做的神经细胞是从大脑分离的。然后他把
文章陆续投向Nature, Nature Neuroscience,Journal of Neuroscience，却统统遭到
了拒稿。然后大半年之后，也就是2005年8月份，Deisseroth 的文章发表在Nature
Neuroscience上。潘得知之后，心都凉了。

最重要的是，分娩是自然的过程，人体会调节自己，这不像例如人工心肺机体外循环，
那是纯人工，一刻也不能懈怠，你懈怠病人就死了。人体就像机器，胎儿出问题也是有
原因的，而且这个问题一定超出人体可以自己代偿的极限，这个时候需要人工干预。
什么时候干预，这是个judgement call。例如胎心自然就有波动，一般在110-160，那
么如果突然变成99，你干预吗？不一定。可以肯定的说低于90必须干预，因为低于90意
味着人体跟你说: 我实在是自己搞不定了，你来帮帮我吧。可是很短的99意味着什么？
这时候数值本身的意义要结合短期内的变化tendency，例如减速是什么样的减速，胎心
减速和宫缩是什么关系，这孩子有什么特殊的vulnerabilities，etc. 这一切都是医疗
纠纷的焦点所在。 |
