圆球的问题是俯仰大过一定角后会加速下滑, 因为调的TENSION 是衡定的,平的时候
HOLD 正好角度一大HOLD 不住. ELIPTICAL 随角度增大TENSION 自动变大不会加速下滑.
重心不对时必须要加大TENSION HOLD 住, 推动时用的力也必须大这个是PHYSICS, 随便
啥球都一样.
GIMBAL 角度大了滑回的TORQUE 也大, 区别在于IT 象是个球在山谷里滑回到中心最低
点, BALLHEAD 象个球在山顶越猾越远. |

comparing your two cases, water-vacuum and water-air, two parameters change,
water-air -> water-vacuum, and air-solid -> vacuum-solid.
u may need some detailed analysis.
btw, liquid can't stay in vacuum long, it's gonna evaporate anyway.
in this case, the problem turns to a water-vapor-solid system. |

住气crunch,到结束时呼气。到顶部调整一下，腹部重新tension，利用腹肌把身体收回
来，同时吸气。要点是用tension把所有腹肌锁成一块整体。恢复体位时用腹肌控制动
作，而不是靠重力， 这样你会发现腹肌作的功不比crunch起来时少。运动时意念要集

I did my expansion tank alone first. A few month later the water pump
was leaking, fixed it.
A few month later the belt tensioner start to make noise, this time I
learned the lession and replace all tensioner including the alternator
pulley.
BTW, where did you get the water pump? AFAIK, the plastic design
was an old design and has been replace by the stainless steel design. |

很奇怪的是A只对我儿子显摆，可能因为他要大1岁多，一直喜欢表现强势，而我儿
子并不认可他的强势，不愿意follow，而且他们身高一样，体育甚至我儿子更好。在成
长的过程中，可能A原有的优势渐渐没有，才产生了这种心理，为什么不见他对别人显
摆呢？这个我观察过，一群小孩玩，A就明显的盯着我儿子说“Look,Look”
所以我觉得A的显摆是有问题的，并不nice，在我接触的几十个7、8岁以下的孩子
中，A这样的只有一个，不论老中老美，人家show一下就好了，他是没个完，7、8岁以
上的因为没什么儿子的玩伴没注意过。

解决办法：
1）买古典吉他装low-tension的尼龙弦，这样就不会像民谣吉他钢弦那么割手。当然，
手指力量增加以后，就可以换regular或high-tension的尼龙弦以增加表现力。
2）买电吉他。电吉他的action很低，而且我看电吉他视频，发现很少有大横按，相反
，经常有大拇指按低音弦。
