右侧的fender，以及一些管子。（现在想来修的不值） 但是空调一直没怎么修好，
时好时坏的。由于冬天不怎么用，一直没修。
这次，吃苦果了。由于空调的compressor不转了，把带动alternator、power
steering pump以及water pump的serpentine belt磨断了，tensioner pulley也有
较大损伤。 现在由于发动机能转，但车不能开。
修车铺老板说要换AC compressor、空调的receiver driver（谁能说说这是什么）、
serpentine belt、belt tensioner以及pulley。加上labor之后一共760刀。
现在请问： 1.修车部的老板的报价合理吗？
2.这车还值得修吗？
本人穷学生一个，这个破车还不能缺，买菜买米还要用它。
请大家多多提建议，有good idea的有包子奉上。 |

Serpentine belt 超级好换。关键是找到tensioner. 但建议换之前拍张照片，生得忘了怎么个绕法（hood 上应该有简图的说)。
Drive belt也不难换，这种皮带一般借助alternator, 或者power steering作为
tensioner. |

要5分钟时间。如下图示，一般会有皮带走向的说明。
多条皮带的设计日车比较多见，没有tensioner，使用比如alternator之类来拉紧皮带
，一般皮带的绕法非常简单。如果松了，通常还可以手动调紧一下。更换起来需要换的
时间比较长一些。 |

把皮带摘下来喷了dreassing。把idler pulley拆看下来，轴承里面补了点润滑油。
high temperature lithium + moly-graph， 反正就是手头有的油都弄进去点。
拆tensioner未遂，因为需要15mm long socket 或者长把open wrench，我的不够长，
拧不动。
肯定有人觉得我闲的蛋疼。东西好好的，拆下来干啥？这套皮带+轮子跑了30000迈，润
滑轴承延长寿命，争取轮子皮带再跑60000迈。
都是拆tensioner未遂闹得，都没拍照。下次工具齐了再弄一次。 |

run for the timing belt change.
One tip, you need to tension it right, too loose it will squeak, too tight,
it will damage other things, but some new car have self adjusting tensioner. |

从车前部传来哗啦哗啦的杂音，声音不大，持续时间也就几秒钟。加速以后比如20m/h
以上，或者开了一两分钟后，杂音就再也没有了。这会是什么原因呢？会是Timing
belt tensioner的问题吗？我原来第一辆车有过tensioner的问题，不过那是踩油门后
有持续的杂音，跟这个不太一样。 |

用。换alternator不需要拆tension，只要拧一下，把皮带松开就可以了。

engine oil & filter, brake fluid, transmission fluid/oil pan（麻烦是自找的）, power steering fluid, coolant( with water pump change), windshield fluid.
spark plug, brake pads/shoes(纯属闲得没事), driving belt & tensioner,
interior light bulbs, PCV valve, new stereo with .mp3 and .wmv
排查时还发现了tie rod end(outer+inner,第一次操作时犯了很低级的错误)和AC relay. 还准备再换一下timing chain tensioner |

这车的water pump死了，所以发动机过热，车主是个傻叉，不但傻叉，还是个
最具中国特色的傻叉，啥叫中国特色呢？就是相信闭上你的眼睛不去想它，问
题自己就消失了（咱胡锦涛也是这样子的，看当年大使馆被炸，楞是7天7夜不
啃声，第八天才电视上显身说极大愤慨之类的，你愤慨个鸟鸟啊）。
因为这车的water pump恰好是timing belt驱动的，所以由于water pump不会转
了，造成timing belt拖带产生巨大的热量，这个热量烧掉了一切，包括crankshaft
pulley(因为里面有橡胶damper),烧掉了tensioner,我估计tensioner的螺栓都烧死
在里面拧不出来了。所以，第一次我觉得车铺开价1000给这样的车擦屁股收拾残局
是非常合理而恰当的。
如果不出意外，估计这车就是toyota，这里就出现了车铺的问题，车铺技术不精通，
以为toyota的所有发动机是non-interference的,结果全部修好一开发现里面valve
断了，才知道这toyota也生产interference的发动机，于是再要2k拆开head换气门。

不用换。整这玩意什么都简单，最难的是你只有2只手，怎么把tensioner装回去。这玩
意轰大的设计比土又大简单多了。

车又啸叫声，所以昨天刚刚换了tensioner，车也不叫了，所以现在估计belt应该是没
问题了。
不过我昨天刚换完tensioner，借朋友的充电器给电池充了电以后，就让车跑了5分钟而
已。如果是这个问题的话，是不是应该让车多跑一点时间，让电池充足够的电，然后过
段时间看还能否启动？一般要充满电的话，需要跑多久合适？ |

04年的toyota celica, 开的时候在不平的路上有点声音.问题不是太大,但考虑到之前
被别人小撞了一下刚修了body,所以为了放心起见送到dealer那里去做了个检查(请大家
不要拍我有钱没地方花了,感觉那里的检查应该全面一些).
检查回来说人家body修的还不错(appears to be done well),我的车有些别的跟被撞了
不相关的问题:
1. Timing chain tensioner slight oil leak.
2. Drive belt squeeking
3. L/Front strut and mount, and both front end links.
其他的都没啥问题.
