probably the toughest division.
Even now you still can’t guarantee that PM will win the three teams he lost
-Falcon, Texans, Patriots. At least AR and TB had outstanding performance
against Texans.
It’s hard for any QB to adjust a new system, but reality is PM didn’t win
no matter what. |

at all. People put too much blame on Schaub. Texans' running
game was shut down in the 2nd half. Given 2TO, 2minute warning
and around 2'50" left, it wouldn't haven been too hard to
have another TD drive after Texans D were completely beaten.
ps: it wasn't really a 98yard drive. It essentially started
as 2nd and 11 at 1 yard, and had 15 yards penalties, including
a TD nullified.
With a non-existent OL, an "OK" QB had no chance for

have to look at the overall impact.
Sherman this year was targeted 37 times, 19 receptions and 4 interceptions.
His close to 50% reception is probably higher than a lot of Revis's seasons'

Bucs最后一节过于保守了，Glennon为了不丢球，放着V Jackson这种牛人，也不敢扔。
跑攻就James一个，Seahawks扛住了。
Texans没看全，感觉正相反，3rd and 3那把。当时Tate状态不错。还是扔大的，没有
要1st down。这就是成也Keenum，败也Keenum了。有魄力，但是某略不足。当然Kicker
后来miss责任大大的。
最后一个drive，Keenum就更加头热了，如果及时spike了，至少能多扔两次。 |

今年一共现场看了四场，算上电视转播，全年除了Jaguar之外全看了。看了对Titan,
Viking, MNF对Saints和NFCC对9ers。这几场里面最好看的比赛是NFCC。估计也是今年
最好看的比赛。
回头看这个赛季，有几个地方是转折点。印证了万事之间的因果关系如何微妙。
Panthers那场是第一场，第四节长传TD，否则Panthers最后就是13-3。我们就是12-4。
Texans最后Matt Schaub犯傻被Sherman pick 6。那场追得很辛苦。
打Colts是不应该输的。压了全场最后被超。这场和Texans那场可以中和掉。一胜一负
是应该的。
第八周打Rams，因为隔壁在World Series，圣路易斯主场球票最便宜的还没块做的好的
点心贵。Stacy跑疯了那场，最后竟然搞到Rams红区能扔进就赢了。好在对方是替补QB
。否则就是12-4。9ers NFC第一主场优势，就可能没有最后的43：8了。
接下来打海盗，上来0：21。海盗还是年轻，丢第一个TD就感觉要尿了。这场不该输，
最后也没输。而且追的时候还是很有信心的。

any more. So that pick6 wasn't pure luck. Texans looked like
Bucs with one TD lead at that point. Otherwise Schaub wouldn't

Patriots的linebacker在连续两次超级碗中都接Tom Brady传球拿下TD——历史上只有
不到20位球员生涯在超级碗中拿到Catching TD。出身Pats的Texans主帅O'brian将Watt
用于进攻估计也是受了这段历史的启发。
另外主力Cornerback或safety在特攻队担当returner也是常有的事情，早期球员老了之
后在重要位置当替补同时Punt/kick的例子也很多，比如生涯长达26年(史上最多)的
George Blanda——后期主要作kicker的Blanda在43岁时还在ACF Championship game赶

However, since passer rating is only measuring the passing part of the QB,
not including the rushing, the sacks, the fumble, ect., calling it QB rating
is a bit misleading. Therefore people usually call it passer rating.
ESPN invented their own formula called total QB rating, or QBR, trying to
including everything in the rating, like sacks and rushing. Extra weight is
