是否有买房取代租房的可能性？有什么风险和收益？

标 题: １岁半女儿身上长 小红疹不痛不痒，可能是什么？

前天开始长了１些，昨天越长越多了，就是一些小丘疹，也不发烧，也不见她抓挠。其
他都很正常。今天儿医诊所关门，去了urgent care, 结果是个护士看的（后来我看她
签字才知道，是np），她也说不清 为什么，就是说喉咙有点红，开了点抗生素治咽炎
用的。也没有确切的说疹子是不是咽炎引起的。
想请问各位有经验的父母要不要吃他开的药，还是等两天去看儿医。小孩看个医生真折
腾，不停哭，反抗，看个喉咙都搞吐了 |

事情起因就因为我同事给了个graco 22得car seat,我看graco literider stroller在
amazon上说accept all graco car seat，我就入了一个。寄来了才发现他和22不配套
。然后lg怒气冲天要我去把22那个在ebay上卖了，再买个新的。我现在每天带娃，半夜
要起2，3次，每次都要喂奶后泵奶，宝宝睡觉还时不时大叫，晚上根本睡不好。宝宝白
天睡不好，放下就哭，基本都要抱着，白天也是我带，妈妈就做饭，在我泵奶时候抱一
下娃。宝宝一切东西都是我操心，从研究要买啥，到找deal，因为老公比较ws，我只能
买必须要买的，否则被他训斥（其实都是我出钱的。。。）。我妈妈最近还走路上被人
撞，对方没有保险，申请补助联系律师都是我操心，我实在累死不想多折腾了，就说我
不想搞。老公出去不久后突然冲进来冲着我和宝宝大吼大叫要离婚，还从我怀里强行抢
走宝宝。

发这个贴子的目的是为了提醒大家，以免类似情况再次发生，再看看大家有什么更好的
建议。大家都有小孩。有些人说话很冲，希望你以后说话注意分寸，
没有人能避免不犯任何人为错误。
任何事故都应该有lesson and learn，结合大家的发贴，我总结一下：
1）坚决不要给孩子玩钥匙
２）夫妻最好每人拿把钥匙。
３）孩子被困在车里，如果大热天，警察都不要叫直接砸玻璃。
４）如果天气不热，根据两位网友的经验，看来应该马上叫警察。当时之所以没叫警察
，最主要原因觉得天气还好，以前对AAA开锁的速度印象很深。现在回想，从接通AAA，
到AAA问明情况，调车，回匮估计到达时间，大概花了４－５分钟。车的确６－７分钟
之内到。孩子被困车上应该１０－１５分钟左右。另外，church有一off duty警察很快

在下一直有个困惑，怎么现在父母都让小孩学琴什么的？我lp也打算等小孩大了学钢琴
。想请教下学琴有什么好处呢？首先，我不是很希望小孩能以此为生，投身艺术界。学
艺术的和学体育的差不多，能有成就的凤毛鳞角。所以，这也就是个爱好。那每天花这
么多时间精力练习对小孩的成长是不是很有利呢。有人提到这时间玩就玩过去了。我觉
得在玩的过程中，小孩身心都得到了发展。比如很多小学都有篮球队，足球队什么的，
大家在一起玩可以从小锻炼体魄，增强团对精神。又比如，把这个练习的时间用来看几
本她感兴趣的书，历史地理什么的，也可以增加她的见识。
我记得以前认识几个音乐学院的学生，他们的知识面其实很窄，可以说除了音乐就不知
道别的东西，我觉得这样也不太好。

最近回武汉度假１月，４年多没回去了，变化非常大。很多地方修得都不认识了。下面
分类说明
衣：大商场里面衣服贵。国际品牌比以前多多了，不过价格都是美国这里的一倍以上。
国内的休闲品牌价格还是相对便宜的。
食：这点国内绝对丰富。别说餐馆，自己在家吃的品种也是多得不行，活鸡，鱼，鸽子
，蔬菜太多了。不过菜价也涨了不少。基本上每天都去餐馆吃。大餐馆现在也都涨了，
不过比起美国还是好多了。去了香格里拉，华美达的自助还可以，金色池塘的品种还要
多点。去了大家推荐的红鼎豆捞，觉得也很一般啊。现在做这种豆捞的海鲜火锅好象很
流行啊。
住：房价涨得多，东湖附近都是１万多一平了。不过我认识的人大多都有两三套房子，
挺爽的。有的高挡小区，象我家附近的东湖天下，环境真的好，不过听说物业也要２０
００一月。还有一些同学在郊外买了别墅，修得比美国这边的房子要好。现在可能要５
－６０００一平。 |

很多可能都不知道，chiefs的前身是达拉斯的texans，于1960年创立，1963年，为了保证

那个热啊。朋友家yard两个空调主机24 小时non-stop. 休士顿只能更热吧！

话说俺老开车二十有年，屈指前后遇上五次车祸，直接导致两辆车报销户口，
包括那辆1997年的Taurus。最玄的一次是下雨天在高速公路上被失控的十八
轮大卡车拦腰撞来，幸亏旁边车道没车（那个地点共有五六条车道，包括
carpool lane），俺老紧急规避，最后只是车尾靠近油箱盖处被卡车保险杠
划过，有惊无险。
其它四次，清一色是在停车或减速状态被人追尾，其中两次是在高速公路堵
车时三辆车首尾相撞，一次是hit-and-run，被俺记下了车牌号（it was a
Texas plate...&%$#@% Texans! :-)。想想俺老当年每年照例收获超速罚单
一张，却成天被人追尾，实在有些ironic。
