Raw talent不是这届德州球员里最好的，但是技术是最好的，而且完全高处高中水平的
好，所以基本上一上来打比赛是没有问题的，这也是他为什么长期霸占这届球员里德州
头号的位置。
预测八盖，因为八盖这几年DB的选秀实在是太吸引人了，次选门森，同样因为门森今年
的DB选秀很好。备选长角，一则他要看看今年长角的成绩，二则，家里人给点压力，让

1．Texas期望优先日期排到的I-140 及I-485申请能在4个月内完成(虽然目前Texas仍有
一些2007年7月的NIW还没审完)。Texas真正的期望是除了因为Security及文件不足的案
件外，能90天内审理结束I-140 及I-485的申请。
2．如果I-485已经申请超过180天，公司取消了I-140，Texas不会马上否决I-485，而会
发出RFE(其它Service Center往往会马上否决I-485，然后申请人还要上诉或Motion to
Reopen.)
3．虽然RFE只有30天的时间回答，一般Texas都会再等15天才会处理RFE。如果时间还是
不够，申请人要以书面要求延长RFE的回答时间。

485, I-765, I-131）。因此，Texas 可以很快的处理整个申请。今天我们看到一个特
殊的情形。我们之前为客人申请NIW，而且是送到Nebraska， 同时公司又同时为客人申
请EB-1a及I-485， 而且送到Texas去。之后我们的NIW及I-485被转到Texas去。
我们并不知道case被转到TX的原因。当然Texas很有可能想测试他们的新的措施。后来
我们看到申请人的EB-1a及NIW同时批准，但是NIW申请的I-485被否决，EB-1a的I-485批
准。理由很简单，一个人只能有一个I-485的批准。因为NIW的优先日期没有到，所以
Texas就干脆否决到NIW的I-485。如此CIS可以把申请结束。这种同一个移民官审理一个
人的申请是有很大的好处的。之前我们也遇到过好几个Texas的案件也是类似。移民官
对某些案件有疑问，他们不会浪费时间送RFE，只是打个电话询问一下律师便解决所有
的问题。
