2016 (possibly earlier).
Proof:
1) Many people got foreclosed.
2) Therefore, their credit score is doomed.
3) Therefore, they can't get a loan in 7 years. (Maybe 10 years?)
4) Therefore, they won't buy another house in 7 years.
5) Therefore, housing demand will be low until 2016. -- that is,
if the credit report rules don't change.

上大学新生入学体检的时候第一次检查出来，众目睽睽下几个肝感觉阳性的同学给点名

再来看一看所谓１５％的录取率增长。去年（２０１１）是哈佛录取亚裔较低的一年（
２００７－２０１２）。今年恰好是哈佛录取亚裔较高的一年。七年中，录取率就在
１７.６－２０.７％的区间波动。
从这个数据比较中，你能说今年的２０.７％是因为一个有始无终的调查吗？

看了前面几个帖子，感觉大家工作压力都很重，天天都有朝不保夕的感觉。这里大部分
人已经是白领，拿着美国前20%的收入，为什么会这样呢？美国几十年前，一家一个人
工作，就能有房有车，每年度假，养一堆小孩。现在两个人工作，还觉得紧巴巴。
看看美国中产收入，富人收入和通胀的比较。看看美国的基尼指数，一切尽在不言中。
这是一个恶性循环，富人过去要靠穷人的消费来赚钱，穷人没钱，不敢消费。没有需求
，企业萧条，失业更多，大批人力资源浪费。富人靠华尔街，自己画大饼充饥，不断制
造泡沫，从中产身上圈钱。
政府每个月往银行系统注入巨资，但是银行不肯贷出去。因为穷人拿不出抵押物，也没
有还贷能力，银行就把这些钱继续投入股市造泡泡。贷款的都是富人，象甲骨文老总就
拿股票抵押贷了好几十个亿。这样通胀损失的政府的钱，自己股票是硬通货保值。
这个制度本来就是这样设计的，钱生钱。富人的欲壑难填，希望自己的钱继续为自己产

下面是一封申请EB2 NIW I-140的petition letter的范例。这是多年前公开发表在
MITBBS“落地生根”版上的一个帖子。现在重贴于此，供大家参考。
个人点评：EB2 NIW的申请是技术活，满足NIW的三个方面都必须论证到位，否则就通过
不了；而且论证过程中，有些关键词必须出现在移民官的视野里。这封petition
letter基本上达到了这几方面的要求。更难能可贵的是，这封petition letter的后面
，还列出了所有的exhibit，值得参考。

的petition letter，开始准备NIW。看了几篇模板，发现有些疑问。
1. NIW 不需要列表格，油灯图等吗？为什么我看到的模板都没有这些，只有Exhibit？
2. EB1A的petition条理比较清楚，比方说我要claim三项，就从1，2，3几方面阐述。
但是NIW怎么感觉条理比较混乱呀？
请有经验的前辈指点迷津，小女子不胜感激！

传的短篇，还有自己写的“创作感想”。看到TRENDS那一篇，居然发现他在1938年（当
时他还在读大学）成功预测成两件事：1）1940年第二次世界大战，2）1970年，人类登
月。
两件事都只差1年而已！
