好。那个年代，不仅华人即使出生在美国也没有公民权，而且华人也没有资格出庭作证
，许多华人被白人杀害，凶手却逍遥法外。
出生公民权的实施是多年来无数人斗争的结果。出生公民权是维护公正和平等最简单有
效的方式，不论什么种族，父母来自哪个国家，出生在什么地区或社区，只要出生在美
国领土上就是一样的美国公民。
如果没有了出生公民权，那么出生在美国的人，谁有公民权，谁没有公民权，这个问题
怎么解决？谁说了算？难道还要倒退到过去，白人在美国生的孩子才是美国公民，华人
再美国生的就不是？

连孔圣人都搞不清楚，我去想个毛。
从科学的实证态度，科学共同体的宇宙观已经为我提供了即使不完美也是足够的理解世
界的框架。局部的质疑和诡辩，就算科学解释不了（科学也不是全知全能的，不然就成
了另一个上帝），并不破坏整体的统一和有效。
而科学更牛逼的是，它不断的在更新自己，改正局部的错误而实现整体更加接近全面的
真理。
至于什么是无，很多定义：真空、人的思维所不能触及；佛教的定义我也接受：色即是
空、空即是色（《心经》）；一切有为法，如梦幻泡影，如露亦如电，应作如是观（《

白人至上分子取消出生公民权的目的是推翻14修正案。14修正案清楚定义了美国公民，

什么是言论自由
首先吐两个槽。在网上一旦有人批评中国缺乏言论自由，总会有人说，美国也是如此，
还不如中国等等等。我就十分糊涂，因为我想问题的关键在于你认为言论自由好不好，
如果你说好，那么中国有没有言论自由与美国有何关系，难道因为美国没有，中国就可
以没有，美国是中国的榜样？我以为正确的做法就是不管哪个国家没有言论自由都应该
批评，这才是所谓的公正。可见有些人逻辑混乱到了什么程度。
记得有一回我反感有些人以祖为阴，马上有人就说：那我骂你祖宗八代，你难道可以无
动于衷。我觉得莫名其妙，因为我的意思是对历史人物要开放评价，不要搞什么诽谤罪
。我可完全没有料到有人会心里这样恶龊，首先想到的就是骂人，讨论应该就事论事，
