实际情况，我对他在学校吃中饭的 情况已经是睁只眼闭只眼了，我只求一个星期能对
付过去，下个星期再重复，我给他带的东西有香蕉，apple sauce，cheese stick/
babygel, trader joes cereal bars, yogurt, potato bread sandwich (with a
little butter or cream cheese), corn tortilla chips, wheat thins, trader
joes organic mini cheese cracker, trader joes mac and cheese and other pasta
（用预热过的thermo装），就这些了，每天从单子里取3样往lunch bag里一扔，晚上好
好吃就行了。
就他这晚上好好吃也只是相对的，蔬菜只爱5,6种，加上鱼，steak，其他的就比较难入
他的眼。我比较懒，水果也不是天天吃，偶尔想起来才吃颗儿童维生素。但就是这样我

发帖数: 4035 | 4 有thermo就好办啦，各种热菜热饭都能带啊，只要吃起来方便就好。我家小子的thermo
基本就用来带蛋炒饭。不过我绝大多数日子都是带三明治，人家百吃不厌的说。另外带
点小块的蔬菜，水果，营养就够了。
不喝果汁是好事啊，我家小子在学校坚决不喝水，我只好给他带果汁，然后在家里尽量
少喝。酸奶可以带，用那种管子的省点事。
chicken nuggets不用配什么，另外煮点蔬菜放一边好了

Pre-warm the thermo cup with hot boiling water for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Then, put the food (microwaved, or freshly cooked) into the cup. Get a good
thermo cup, there should be no problem to keep for a few hours. |

我今天在walmart买了Thermos Steel Vacuumware 16 oz Food Jar， 结果里面是有接缝
的，听国内的老人说这种用时间长会漏或是产生异味。
10oz是不是有点小呀，我家18个月宝宝是个小吃货:) |

学校里去陪吃几次观察一下别的孩子都带什么。
美国学校因为安全问题不配Microwave，所以你家孩子如果要吃热的只能带保温饭盒去
。如果要带保温的，先带娃去Target试一下它家的Thermos Food Jar，看你家娃能不能
自如地打开关上。你网上搜一下Thermos Food Jar就知道大概长什么样了。Zojirushi
的那个，一个个都长得很大个儿，娃这么小的手，我估计打开难。不过说实话，大多数
保温的都需要拧紧，小孩子自己打开都会是个问题。 |

午蔬菜都变黄了。。。因为thermo效果太好了，菜在里面被持续加热，到中午就变烂菜

well, afaik, all products from Zojirushi use non-stick material (thermo pot,
rice cooker, etc), even for those specifically made in Japan and sold in
Japan.
My question is: Is non-stick so bad? taking Zojirushi thermo pot as an
example, daily use won't scratch the inner at all if following the
instruction.
Zojirushi is considered the top line in the kitchen appliance market, and I
just can't figure out the reason why they changed from stainless steel to

其实蛮难的，特别是那个大滚筒，很重很重，最后thermo fuse倒是装好了，结果门上
的switch锈住了被我piaji给拽坏了。。我就想说：一般哪里坏了，按照症状网上搜搜
大概能猜出来，但是在修的过程中，很容易失误，也可能弄坏其他的parts。。这个人
到底会不会修啊 |

过。
要先用开水灌满把瓶子热5分钟，再把刚加热好的饭放进去。可以保温5小时。
娃小时是打不开。都是老师帮忙。现在老大还偶尔打不开（他爹装的），就叫lunch
monitor帮忙。
我给他们带米饭， pasta, pizza, 馅饼都是在thermos里。 |

但他们被Thermo吞下了
所以现在的是Thermo的
有单孔的，8孔的，读荧光的，不读荧光的
不过说实话我觉得单孔的就差不多了
而且用nanodrop做protein assay（BCA，Bradford之类）的话就比较不方便了
因为一样的做标准曲线，一样准备样品
然后还要一个一个点上样测
比较累
虽然用的样品少
nanodrop最方便的就是用于核酸测量
像Agarose Gel回收产物，就上1 ul就可以
简单的蛋白UV reading也可以
但如果做protein assay
最方便还是大的那种spectrophotometer
一排六个holder，自动的那种
还有一些用比色法测酶活性的assay也是
还是大的好用
不过两者不可互相取代 |
