昨天上午，又重新打开了thermostat housing。
把上次弄坏的sensor/valve换掉啦。同时终于用"S"形扳手打开了
thermostat housing的一个固定螺钉!!!!!!!
ft，太不容易了。
从去年的10月份开始就想修它，结果一直没有拧动。
让俺砸坏了一个塑料卡子。把螺母弄花了一点。:P
上上周换coolant的时候，也是没有拧动这个家伙，特别的郁闷。能
想的方法都用了。什么套管子加长力臂，用crawhead wrench等等。
都不行。主要问题是地方太小，被EGR pipe给挡住了，
根本没有办法上socket，只能用wrench。普通的直扳手，
又会卡在thermostat housing本身上，就实在是没有着了。
还好上次买的这个"S"扳手顶用。喷了喷liquad wrench，一下子
就下来啦。
然后就可以换掉了thermostat housing的seal了，那个旧的o-ring都老
化的象石头了，难怪会偶尔的漏。以后小破车再也不漏coolant了。
另外一个就是校正了上次装thermostat的一个错误。原装的thermos |

上吗？水温是继续上升到红线还是稳定在红线以下的某个位子？如果水温是稳定在红线
以下的某个位置，但是比正常位置要高，那极有可能是thermo的型号搞错了。没有确实
的证据，干吗要换水泵？他保证吗？如果水泵没问题，他不收费你还得担心他的操作会
给你留下后遗症－－－ｔｉｍｉｎｇｂｅｌｔ的张力过大会缩短水泵的寿命的。修车啊
，有时候便宜还真不应该是首选。 |

所以不是说就是thermo坏了！
我觉得应该像燃油修正值，有一个临界值trigger CEL。OBD有两种codes，error code
和pending code，error是显示出来的，pending是ECU在检测中的但不显示。 |

发帖数: 5080 | 18 省钱又省钱的玩法。我的第一辆车Dodge Colt, 10年旧，手动，无空调，coupe。内饰
都老化变质了，不过才900刀。油表不指示（开200mile就加油,貌似也没问题），水箱
温度总是最低....
后来换了4个轮胎，总共才40刀，后来的车一个轮胎就150刀。油表不指示是因为前车主
把饮料漏进去，后来我自己修好了（修的时候发现的，车行还想要500刀，没门）。水
箱温度低，不影响使用，后来自己换thermo stat就好了。水箱后来漏水，自己买焊枪
，焊锡焊上，材料才20刀而已，没用完的材料，现在还在。自己换油，但现在肯定不干
，修车铺10刀就换了，不过是自己换着玩儿而已。只有两年一次的smog check过起来有
困难，后来还换了一个催化器，100刀。其他的小修还有几次，都自己轻松搞定。有一
次，车轴损坏，10mph开到修车铺，说起来巧，开到了，轮子就自己掉下来了，100刀就
搞定了。
手动车还是挺好玩的，再加上车便宜，经常地板油，载2个人也可以有推背感。修车也
是玩，和攒计算机差不多，后来开的车都二三十倍的价钱了，也就那样了，而且也没有
修车可以玩了。车最后捐掉了，估价2800... 阅读全帖 |

你放掉调的是radiator 里面的水 放水的时候不能点火阿 ....
upper 是把热的冷却液送到水箱
lower 把thermo 打开 把冷却掉的水送到block 可能一开始的时候 你没有放掉block里
