If you have one of the thermostat that have a filter change reminder
functionl, you can just follow it. It basically calculate how many hours the
fan is running and tell you its time to change the filter. Make sure you
reset the reminder when you do change.
Some system use thicker filter (4 inch) that has a lot more surface area,
may only need to be changed once a year, most of the time once every 3 month
, I change mine every 30 days. |

the problems. If you don't have indoor coil frozen (need to confirm this),
and the ODU frost is on the vapor line/service valve (thicker copper tubing)

个人感觉wiper不好，我买的是pampers sensitive thicker,宝宝从医院回家开始
用，总觉得宝宝皮肤娇嫩，wiper太粗糙而且总觉得是不是有什么化学成分，果然没几
天宝宝的屁屁上有了片小红点，心里那叫一个着急，在精华版猛查啊，终于发现这个方
法非常有效，每次大便以后都用流动水冲洗，用棉手绢擦干，吹风机低档吹干，注意不要烫到，涂上rash cream,再上尿布。每次小便都用棉花球蘸温水擦，用吹风机吹干一样涂cream,再上尿布。千万不能嫌麻烦，保证宝宝的屁屁比小脸更光滑。有时晚上困的不行，我也不擦就换下尿布，偶尔偷一下懒也不碍事的。
我知道这个方法不是我新创的，只是分享下，希望对一些新妈有用，个人感觉cream的牌子都差不多，wiper适用于出门的时候使用，所以没必要屯很多。 |
