Beijing police seriously screwed up the case. It was already a difficult
case when the crime wasn't reported until more than 2 months after it
happened. Then they didn't do a thorough enough job of collecting and
protecting what evidence left, and they didn't explore enough of the
possibilities to either investigate further or properly eliminating them.
So now it's an impossible task to prove anything even if a new investigation
can be started. |
