后天的努力有用吗？有用。不过大概在20%左右吧。可对不少人来说，20%的改进可能也
是相当可观了。
组成屁股肌肉的大头是白肌，白肌得用无氧运动来刺激，也就是要用大重量。
常用的由于屁股训练的动作为：
负重hip thrash， 深蹲，硬拉，尤其是直腿硬拉，负重单腿深蹲，负重箭步等。
股肌和胸肌一样，分上中下，以上这些动作对股肌不同部位的target有所不同，所以要
换着做，或挑着做如果想对某个部位加强的话。 |

的。quake 2在网上玩了很长时间，那时还特地练过平移跳，圆弧跳什么的，还是觉得
很难。看到各种演示录像里的人跟飞一样就敬佩不已，还有那个thrash单挑德国人的录
像也是觉得非常牛。后来网上没有什么人玩quake 2了，就好长时间没玩了。开始的时
候不习惯quake 3的花哨。不过最近quake live免费了，终于又可以每天上网玩了（技
术发展的真是快啊，当初的quake 3现在变成网站游戏了）。一直还在玩的还有美国陆
军，接近于当初的三角洲部队吧，好处是免费，玩的人也不少。其他的FPS基本就没认
真玩过了。动作慢/需要组队/没有网战的FPS我都不喜欢玩，所以最后还是回到Quake上
的Free for All了。 |

But if just for practicing, sure, any guitar will do. Great player can
create convincing sound from anything. But even great play like Riffguy can'

摇滚，漫到Beatles， REM也可以是摇滚。什么感觉你体会不到的话，我多说无益。
二，人的接受标准一直在变。当年rolling stone，led zapplin主流就不能接受，后来
guns N' roses，metallica大家也觉得有吵又颓废。现在这些都是主流音乐。说到摇滚
教坏年轻人，呵呵，流行的东西通常都教人坏。听听现在流行的hip pop, rap都唱些什
么？享乐金钱，美妞party。justin bieber, miley cyrus之类的又给年轻人做了些什
么样的榜样。
三，无论谁自己不学好不要怪摇滚。本人常听重型摇滚宣泄感情，丝毫不影响工作家
庭管小孩。你显然得知道看batman和到电影院去shoot是毫无关系的。
