,说是rod halfway cut导致要 replace rack and pinion, left front upper
control thrust arm with bushing,零件加人工,要4000。dealer说rod被人cut了一半
,所以不在warrenty范围内。我觉得挺冤的,我什么错也没有, 车也有warrenty竟然
要付这么多钱。而且听上去也很离奇,就是有人要害我,也不用去cut rod,还cut刚好
一半。dealer还说他们也不能确定这个cut是什么时候发生的。cut后车也能开,什么时
候出事都是随机的 。想问问大家,这种情况有没有什么argue的空间。多谢了! |

我的W203 C240,97K miles, 德国生产一手加州车主,所有maintenance全部在dealer
做都有record。
1.Traction Control Warning Light (换过lateral acceleration sensor后不亮了,
但是经常会自己发神经好好地kick in没法加速)
2. Sunroof (天冷了很难关上)
3. Crankshaft position sensor (臭名昭著啊)
4. Driver Side Window (防夹功能坏了,自己上了一半经常就下去了)
5. Rear passenger side window (关40次有一次能关到底,其余时间永远一根缝,高
速很吵,洗车漏水,论坛上各种正方偏方都试过了无解)
5. AC Compressor (制冷剂压力正常,10分钟以后才开始冷)

那如果我感觉车子低速有震动,就像是轮子不圆的感觉,是不是suspension哪里有问题
了?倒反速度上去了,就不明显。当然30-50左右steering有抖动(这个可能是thrust
arm bushing的问题,这个不管)。
1)车胎是新的
2)road force balance过了
3)由于是原装rim,估计没有wheel hub central ring的问题(当然我还没有拆开看看
,但是我估计应该是74.1mm的)
4)costco说我没有bent rim
我只是想知道,低速抖动是什么问题。如果不是很麻烦同时part也不贵,我很想折腾一
下。
本周末会将后轮往前轮rotate,如果是bent rim,按理说rotate后就能知道。 |

既然没有bent rim那就可以排除轮子的问题.找个靠谱的mechanic给你彻底检查下底盘
就知道哪里有问题了,在这里猜没啥用.很多时候一个问题是由好几个部件的松动造成的
,维修的时候要把不好的部件统统换掉,只换一个的话由于其他部件不好,会造成你新换
的这个部件很快损耗,得不偿失. |

请大家看看,这个情况有必要做ALIGNMENT 吗?
2个红色的地方分别是:
RIGHT FRONT TOE: 0.12 参考范围是(0.08 -0.08)绝对值超出不算多
FRONT STEER AHEAD: -0.05 参考范围是(0.05 -0.05)刚好临界。
1个灰色的地方:REAR THRUST ANGLE: 0.08 没有标明参考范围。

从最开始的换灯泡开始,一路自己买工具,看教程,捉摸修,感觉很多设计还是为后期
的维护考虑的,只不过很多需要专用工具,Bolt Torque自己到TIS上查。换过Valve
Cover Gasket, CCV, Spark Plugs, Tensioner, Idler Pulley, V-Belt, A/C Belt,
Window Regulators (2X), Crankcase Positioning Sensor, Brake Pads & Rotors (
4X), Lower&Thrust Control Arms, Drive Axle, Struts & Shock Absorbers, HID
Conversion (w/ Projector).
暂时能想起来的就这么多。其他的像换油之类的就不赘述了,想必大家也都动手能力很
强。总体感觉一点:大毛病没有,小毛病不断。所以只要有时间,有工具,加点儿机械

个关于proposal writing的疑惑,憋在心里struggle很久了,这次的review comments
里也反映了出来:当描述proposed research的时候,如果一个research thrust讲的很
细很清楚(比如好比写paper那样描述建模以及解法的idea),那么reviewer就会说你
proposed research is incremental,因为他看懂了,然后感觉根本问题已经基本上解
决了。如果讲的很high level,reviewer又会说idea not convincing and solid,
lack of insights, more details are needed, etc.
感觉proposal 根本就是悖论啊,本身就是一个ill-defined的东东。不知道版上的大牛
有什么经验吗?或者我写proposal的套路和理解根本就是错误的? |
