1。 我母亲有Thyroid disorder。 所以遗传是一个原因。
2。我从小到现在30岁几乎只吃海鲜，在美国来了又吃碘盐，所以
有可能是吃碘过量！

我担心treat了会不会人变得脾气暴躁啊？
我姥姥就甲低，然后吃“优甲乐”，天天发脾气
但是医生说不treat就是新陈代谢慢，长胖，头发干等等
我现在也体会到如果我不运动，那一天都不饿，不想吃东西
所以想请教版上懂这方面知识的人！
如果我要找医生咨询，要找哪方面的医生比较好？
还是就打电话给妇科那边就好了？

从去年8月停吃妈富隆以来，一直MC没有正常过（基本没有）。
3-4个月前，想怀孕，医生建议查内分泌，说甲状腺有些问题。
吃了快3个月synthroid 50mcg，现在查出来的不正常的结果如下。
不知道这些情况严不严重，需不需要回国看？家长门也比较急。
因为现在是在校医院看的，感觉医生有点拖拉。
最近（一个月以内）测试结果如下

发帖数: 658 | 9 以前的诊断是hashimoto's thyroiditis吗? 如果是，给予甲状腺素治疗是对的，治疗
后TSH应该在0.3以下，应该也是对的。泌乳素（prolactin）有些低，可能是治疗引起
的，TRH低，prolactin低。
big concern是雄激素高，可能要考虑多囊卵巢综合症（PCOS)或肾上腺功能亢进或垂体
的问题。应该要再看医生查查。 |

exercise and short of breath? Smoking will also cause artherosclerosis.
Thyroid panels since you felt tired and unable to sleep? and thyroditis can
happen post viral infection like flu.
Sleep apena could also cause your symptoms.
smoking for couple of years doesn't mean you could have lung problem right
away. |

淋巴结，这是看片人的结论，ultrasound of the neck demonstrates slightly
inhomogeneous thyroid gland. Inferior to the left parotid gland, there is a
3cm*2cm*0.6cm lyphm node. it does have a fatty hilum. No other definite
lymph nodes are appreciated.CT scan of the neck would be more sensitive.

which usually presents as Hyperthyroidism and then to hypothyroidism.
Occationally, euthyroidism can occur after the acute, subacute phases.
It is related to auto-immune, and the molecular mechanism is still not so
clear. It has its own clinical course. treatable but not curable, unless the
nature takes to.
I will be more than happy to know what kind Chinese traditional medicine
helped you. It could be a huge hit. :)))) |

个药用起来应该很安全的，但剂量不太好调整。你叔叔最近刚得，大概需要半年多的时
间才能找到适合他的剂量吧。美国这边是每6周去查一次血，根据T3,T4,TSH值调整剂量
。你叔叔要是现在觉得不舒服，可能是剂量的问题。 |

specialist让我去做了parathyroid ultrasound和Scan，发现有甲状腺内部有一个类似
parathyroid或者belign tumor的东西over-reacting，然后让我吃vitamin D，8个星期
后再次验血，parathyroid hormone含量从110多下降到80多（仍然稍高于60多的正常水
平），然后
calcium level还是11，所以specialist让我去做biopsy，下个星期才知道结果.不过他
说告诉我可能是overreacting parathyroid或者bilign thyroid tumor之一，都需要做
手术。在版上看了一下,好象大家都甲状腺瘤的情况下可以做手术也可以不做.

发帖数: 165 | 30 甲亢就是甲状腺分泌激素过多。一般有多重原因造成，但比较常见的是“grave's
disease",是自身免疫系统出问题造成的。一般可以用“radio active iodine update
”和 “thyroid scan”来帮助确诊。 治疗方法一般有用药物控制，即控制甲状腺素的
分泌；有时用放射性的元素（比如你提到的碘131）来杀掉一部分甲状腺细胞来减少其
分泌；然后就是用手术去掉甲状腺，然后病人需要终身服用甲状腺素。 我身边有人是
做手术的，之后一直服药，基本对正常生活没有影响。 |

老婆今年28岁，二月在UCSF确诊是papillary thyroid carcinoma，四月做了total
thyroidectomy，冷冻切片符合papillary，但是是diffuse sclerosing variant比较
aggressive，而且是moderately differentiated，所以当时已经知道复发的可能性很
大。七月份做了RAI，剂量是100 millicuries。RAI后的全身PET scan没有发现I-131
uptake，TSH在0.1左右，但是因为thyroglobulin antibody (TgAb)非常高（>3000），
所以thyroglobulin (Tg)指标虽然接近0，但是基本没有用。一直以来除了稍微缺钙其
他基本正常。
令我们非常意外的是，上周的颈部超声波发现一1.1x0.4cm的钙化结节，长在气管上，

老婆最近被诊断为thyroid cancer, 需要手术+碘131放疗+endocrinologist
我们已经约好肿瘤外科医生准备12月手术
我过去的几年里一直使用学校的student insurance, 老婆来美国以后学校要求她也加
入我的insurance plan, 所以我老婆也在我的insurance plan里面.
但是最近收到保险公司的信, 说需要证明我们过去的12个月也一直under insurance
coverage, 否则的话,这次的claim就要算作pre-existing condition 然后以后所有
subsequent claims都要被deny.
我担心的是, 我老婆在这个保险公司不够12个月, 保险公司不cover医疗费用. 虽说就
算保险公司deny我的claim, 可能手术可以正常进行. 但是因为所有的这几个treatment
都要在同一个cancer center, 手术之后的放疗会不会因为我的insurance 一直deny我

this is actually in the normal range for your stage of pregnancy. you cannot
use the general numbers for pregnant women, or even women preparing for
pregnancy.
The hypothalamic–pituitary–thyroid axis happens to be something in my

早孕期甲减的问题：
我现在孕８周半。备孕期间查处有甲减，一直吃药。上周突然想起问问ＯＢ需不需要调
整剂量。ＯＢ才想起这回事来，让我赶紧去看endocrinologist。 验血结果如下。我
担心TSH太低，但endocrinologist坚持说很好，不需要调整剂量，一月后在验血跟踪就
行了。约了另外一个endocrinologist for second opinion, but the appointment
is 10 days later. 心里很是不安,怕ＴＳＨ太低，甲减搞成甲亢了，很当心影响到孩
子的发育。所以来这里问问这里大家的意见：
9/17/2013 (孕７周６天)：
T4=10.4
TSH=0.1
T4 Free=1.4
T3 Total==114.

脖子两侧有胀感，但也不是很严重的感觉，很容易累，这些都和医生说过了，找的是比
较有经验的在美行医的中国内科医生，我这情况是疑似桥本甲低么？多休息减少压力不
吃药会好起来么？查了网上说的那两项值偏高只是说以后患甲状腺病的几率高，并不是
说一定会得，请问是这样的么？有的人又说这种情况医生就给药了，如果早晚要得上是
不是早吃药比较好控制住？个人情况是孩子一岁。谢谢！ |
