malignant unless medullary thyca is suspected. also biopsy should be
performed, however, depending on the location of the lesion it could be
difficult to biopsy given its size of 3mm. the patient could also choose to
watch and wait given the slow growing nature of thyca. i also saw an
article that says 70 percent of calcified thyroid lesions are malignant.

对怀孕比较好，这个是甲状腺荷尔蒙吗？有办法降低吗？就是调整心情吗？

as a secondary hypertension. you should look for the cause. if she wasn't
taking drugs before having hypertension, then the common causes are kidney
problems, adrenal gland problems or thyroid problems.

变化。今年检查的结果是大小没有变化，但是边缘不清晰了，而且好像有轻微钙化，影
像医生给出的分析是“考虑恶性”。有几个问题想请教各位：
1. 因为我父母本来定好6月份要来美国，不想改变计划。我咨询了一下我的家庭医生，
这边可以做thyroid ultrasound,定期观察，所以想请问大家这种情况如果延迟半年到1
年做手术，有没有什么问题？如果定期检查发现问题，肯定是会直接回国做手术的；但
是如果结节没有变化，是不是可以再延期几个月，会不会有什么影响？
2. 我听说甲状腺只要做手术，就需要切除至少半个甲状腺。请问是不是这样？是不是
只要切掉，就会影响甲状腺功能？
3. 是不是只要做过甲状腺手术，就需要终生服药，和定期检查甲状腺功能？
4.甲状腺手术的恢复期一般有多长？如果万一是恶性的，是不是也像其它位置一样，需
要进一步化疗？

今天孩子早上起来头疼，腿无力，腋温98.9，发烧，还说dizzy，每天晚上入睡都比较
难，关灯后40多分钟才能睡着。符合网站side effects, 网站说副作用一般是药物过量
的结果。给医生的助手护士打了电话（没机会跟医生通话），护士不认为是药物的副作
用，还说这个药不会引起fever，可网站上说过。护士说因为最近吃药后6周查血TSH T4
的结果很好，所以不认为需要调节药物剂量。 我还是比较担心。因为孩子以前不会头
疼的。

我过去的几年里一直使用学校的student insurance, 老婆来美国以后学校要求她也加

说宝宝在26%左右，也没说是体重还是身长。B超师当时只告诉我宝宝310g, 没说身高
所以这个26%应该算是体重比例吧？那天是20week+3days, 宝宝的大概19week+6days
这孩子是不是真是有点小？
我thyroid的水平现在是0.22, OB说正常值在0.3-5.0之间。但考虑到我第一次血检只有
0.02，现在看来正在增长，所以也算正常。和第一次一样，OB没有要求药物治疗。
这个说法可信么？有没有准妈妈有类似的情况？
还有，这个算甲亢还是甲低？ |

是甲亢。本来医生说周五打电话告诉结果，可是昨天也没有接到电话。

我记得去年母亲节的时候有个妈妈来发帖说她的女儿的甲状腺激素严重低下，你搜搜看
。治疗方法就是服用甲状腺素。
你自己有没有thyroid antibody?这个东西如果在血液中的话会阻止甲状腺生成。你现
在甲状腺激素可能正常。但是这个东西有可能传到宝宝身上，所以宝宝T3低，TSH高。
具体的我也不知道了，真心祝福你们全家，希望虚惊一场。

我也是3次流产+1次宫外，系统检查后是甲减，其他正常。但是我知道的可能导致多次流产的原因还有：
abnormal uterine cavity (比如双角子宫、双子宫、中隔子宫、鞍形子宫等等)，
abnormal chromosomes (父母双方需要查染色体)，
abnormal immune system (查血就可以了，治疗的话应该就是楼上MM的信息了)，
abnormal blood clotting system (查血)，
abnormal egg or sperm（女方验血，当然还有其他查的方法；男方精液分析），
exposure to toxins(怀孕的时候抽烟，激光辐射，酒精摄入，或者吃了不该吃的药)，
uterine infections(这个只要吃抗生素治疗就可以了)
chronic uncontrolled disease (比如thyroid, diabetes, polycystic ovaries,
prolactin problems)

由于我第一次怀孕，宝宝基因不正常导致流产。这次怀孕所有的检查都是针对于基因的
检查，竟然忽视了甲减的这个问题。
按说，我的病历上有将近一年的甲减跟踪检查报告，这次怀孕应该一开始就检查
thyroid指标吧。竟然没有查，而且愚昧的我也没有向OB强调这个事儿。
我都懊恼死了，宝宝会不会因此低能啊~~~~好害怕啊。。。。。 |
