，学校不说。我昨天写信，很委婉柔和地问他们的timeframe，说有个tentative 的也
好。SCC回信及时、客气，说他也很希望能快点搞完，但是就是不说timeframe，"but I
am sorry that I have to be vague about the timeframe." 请问这是什么意思呢
？哪怕他们是在和top choice谈判，也应该有个deadline吧。难道SCC真的不知道
timeline？但是我问的是tentative 的time，难道连这个都不知道？哪怕给一个vague
的time也好啊，比如3-5周。为什么喜欢用"I hope that you will hear from us soon
."这种话呢。 请问做过sc的前辈，这是什么情况呢？ |

timeframe，for TSC, 目前是２０１４年１０月２０日，而我的receipt date是２０１
４年１１月０６日，notice date是２０１４年１１月１２日。目前我等得非常辛苦、
非常吐血，很想现在就做info pass和让议员催促移民局双管齐下，可以吗？还是要等
到processing timeframe到了再做效果会更好？可以明确的是，service request必须
要等到processing timeframe到了，律师说的。

另外还有个问题，律师说如果h1b renewal case 在过期前没有结果可以继续工作240天
，问题是如果在过期后被拒了，是不是就没有身份了？我觉得在过期后再重新申请一个
h1b renewal 不行。

，对onsite后的timeframe不了解。希望知道的同志帮助。我3周前在澳门面试的，我第
一个面试，面试一天完成。面试应该在2月27号全部完成。在我看来，大家聊的愉快，
job talk做的也不错。其间被反复问到忠诚度，问为什么不去别的地方。我都很礼貌、
职业的回答了。我真心觉得澳门大学没啥不好的，所以心里也很坦然，如果澳门真的是

1 year chart. So that doesn't prove "Diversification works until it does".
From the charts it sounds to me like "Diversification works in 5 years , but
less effective in 1 year", because 1 year is too short to show the effect
of diversification, since market system risks of various (equity) markets
are more converged/correlated in short timeframe, but the converging/
correlation would weaken as timeframe increases. |

1. There are two different application timeframes that are important in this
offer. Citi only allows 2 applications for ANY Citi card within a 60 day
timeframe. Citi only allows 1 application for a business card every 90 days.
So if you apply for a Sears card and an AA Visa, you have to wait 60+ days

1. 卖pick的还是要支持的， 大多数买pick的是比较有经验， 也比较热衷分享的， 对
介绍的pick关注也比较久， 对走势有一定的把握 （nothing is garranteed of
course),
2. 主要的问题出在
a. trading timeframe. 对买pick的人来说，这点非常关键， 直接关系到expectation
. 几次比较大的争议都出在这个问题上。
b. cut loss limit. 意料外的事经常发生， 在应变上， 买pick的经常clueless. 这
点上卖pick的有责任事先说清cut loss的limit, 或者及时(as soon as reasonably
possible)announce.
c. feedback should be based primarily on handle of communication,
illustartion of outlook in the appropriate timeframe. ie, whether a

Period. KE indicators are subject to same drawbacks. It is a balance of
sensitivity v.s. security. In order to reduce risks, multi-timeframe
corrections are needed. The concept is simple. The directional trading

3年前我还是青蛙的时候看郎教授写了篇大势判断的三要素，经济怎么样？fed支持怎么
样？还有个啥不记得了，不过也没关系了，自成体系才能成大师不是吗？嘿嘿。
言归正传，上次就说了美国经济是太好了，被低估了，你们看看经济数据，你们看看这
个季度的ER，好日子一眼望不到头啊。青蛙先别高兴，经济好不代表股市要涨对吧？
先说说现在最关键的是啥吧。现在股市能保持强势的根基是fed funds rates的hike预
期还是明年中，而且看不到很大的inflation威胁，主要是wage growth太慢了，穷人消
费不起哪来什么inflation。但如果随着经济持续起速，就业持续变好，inflation的短
期overshoot也就越来越可能，这样fed funds rate的hike预期会大步向前，对股市和
债市都会产生极大的负面影响。
这里给个个人观点吧，看2,3个月的timeframe，现在处于这波从2月初上来的rally的比
较后期的向上阶段，我觉得SPX2000是要上的，2050也不是没有可能的，大概从这里也

我说过可以练习DT找找这种感觉 对higher timeframe的操作有好处 但很多人都不认同
DT
从练习盘感的角度看 highter timeframe比如日线图上的操作可能更难 因为时间跨度
太大 还拿球赛举例子 如果你一场比赛跨度1个月 中间每天休息一次 可以想象这个比
赛的节奏会多么难把握 但如果比赛90分钟，中间休息一次，就会容易很多 一样道理 |

I am fighting with my lawyer, I am asking them to do PP for me, which they
were strongly against in January. I cannot wait for 4 more months.
But after checking the cases, I know that the USCIS timeframe is not
necessarily true. The current processing time is Aug 21, 2010, but as you
can see, many after that are processed, which means your case still have the
chance to be touched even it is after the timeframe.

用我的No.src1080029421前后查（其实方法很简单，一个个地加减，也不知道140是不
是都是这样编码的？有不同的兄弟姐们告知一下），涵盖9月21日到27日case No是从尾
数29390到30050，共660个case。这里面包括116个I-140（无法区分是来自Eb1还是Eb2
）。其中，26个case被批准了，7个被RFE，4个杯具（占总共已处理case的10%左右，难
怪那些律师号称自己的通过率90以上）。
