首先，我觉得你的车座椅一定要有adjustable lumar support. 没有的话可以去买一个
放在腰后面 主要是你的lumbar spine一定要有support。也就是inward curve的部分。
另外保证你的膝盖跟hips尽量在一个高度，减少lumbar压力。
prolong sitting肯定会加重low back pain.这也是为什么现在大多数公司都提倡sit
stand workstation. 坐在车里是一个道理。
结合你的情况， 如果你已经感到low back pain， 如果平躺抬脚感觉臀部和大腿有
numbness活着tingling， 有腰椎间盘突出压迫神经可能， 建议去骨科拍片。 mri和
xray都很容易看出来。
肌肉酸痛是腰椎压迫神经时候， 肌肉代偿性的承受更多压力造成的。
建议同时咨询pt。 会有些stretch 会缓解， 但不会根治腰痛。只有保持neutral 姿势
才会阻止情况变坏。 |

续续做了不少物理治疗，也不见根本好转，很象是肌肉劳损或pinchednerve的症状,估
计和这些年在电脑前紧张忙碌上网太多有关,但这如何才能确诊呢?
具体来说说我的历史:
最初的时候大概6,7年前了,有一天突然觉得左脚底前外侧麻痛,象蚂蚁在那里面
爬,于是我开始了我的求医问药路程,该做的检查都做了,象X-Ray /CT /MRI /EMG,
查血,查尿等等.后来就开始做了一些物理治疗,断断续续的,也没啥根本好转.有那末一
短时间,好像左侧lower back的肌肉也常麻痛.
后来这几年症状有些变化,麻痛感主要沿膝盖外侧,延左小腿外侧,一直到脚踝外侧上面
一点的肌肉,然后穿到脚底板,在脚底板中线靠左一点的一条线上麻痛,burning,
tingling感觉,有时脚底那个叫地筋的还有微微痉挛的痛感.紧张疲累焦虑的时候症状加
重.(有时我的左侧gluteal也紧痛,对小腿,脚底板的症状有加重现象).只有极少的时候,
我感觉我的左小腿,脚地板基本正常,更多时候是如果不是
明显的麻痛,也总有隐隐的麻痛感.

or is it tingling, ie as if pins and needles pressing over your finger. The
4th and 5th digits are innervated by ulnar nerve. If it is a strict
pattern only in the 4th and 5th digits, it is likely your ulnar nerve
irritated at some point, usually by compression. I think you should check
with your PCP for better evaluation.

This product is great. I used it on myself (arm) and it caused extreme pain,
numbness, and a tingling sensation. I would say a good shot to the neck,
hip, or reproductive organs will drop any attacker. Although, you would need
to hold it for 2-3 seconds. And, I recommend to use on bare skin, however I
used it on my stomach and it shocked me pretty bad. I highly recommend it
