old. Most moms cannot sleep overnight for months - even after going back to
work. Maternity leave is not a vacation. Though mom is at home during
daytime, there are endless things - way more tiresome than work.
Taking care of baby every 2-3 hours is way more tiresome than working full
time + somewhat interrupted sleep. When you can turn on the bed trying to
sleep, your wife has to hold the baby and feed.

GPS and make hotel and lunch arrangements. 1200 miles for two days would
mean 600 miles/day. It's about 9-10 hours driving w/ resting in between.
That's quite a bit if you are not good at driving. I know it's nothing for
many forks in the forum. However, it could be tiresome for a newbie.
I would suggest LZ break the trip into 3 days. Only 400 miles per day would
make life a bit easy for the first road trip.

点就是一定要有好的before bed routin，这样宝宝自己就知道应该睡觉了。放下去的
时候一定不要已经睡着了，宝宝要学会自己在小床上睡着。知道睡觉是解决tiresome的
最好方法。
我家宝宝现在5周大，我从周一开始给她训练的，现在已经不用哄就能睡觉，而且哭得
也比以前明显少了。
推荐这个，不是的cry it out方法，越早训练，宝宝以后哭得越少，大了以后，力气大

看书之后发现了之前的几个重要误区。
sleep training和cry it out是完全不同的两个概念。四个月正是小人开始形成规律睡
眠的时候。闺女越来越利害的哭闹其实是overtired的表现。而训练的核心应该是让小
人可以在（1）正确的时间（2）自己睡一个（3）有长度（4）有质量的整觉。总结起来
就是right timing，self soothing，sleep duration and sleep consolidation。Cry
it out是解决self soothing的有效方法。但是更重要的，也是我们一开始没做到的，
是知道小人应该睡多少，应该什么时候睡，她的drowsy signs是什么，什么时候她已经
overtired了。
overtired是个很重要的问题。一旦过度疲劳，小人就会分泌激素自我激励，看起来可
能反而更精神了，但是会有如脾气暴躁（irritable)、注意力下降、凶（aggressive）
，爱哭闹等诸般恶行。更重要的是，长此以往，fatigue可以积累，会有种种长期不良

improve to intercept some shots earlier and higher to be more offensive,
though that would be tough for your current condition.

Also the right manufacturer was extremely hard to come by. Too many people
are willing to cut corners. Also sourcing the right fibers was a PITA as
well.

from Maryland to AC couple times and paid the lodging by myself. by playing
cash game, besttime i won $1200, most of time winning $200~$600, lost once i
think. and I have to pay like $90/night for lodging (and have to stay outside of AC!) and $50 for gas, and $$ for food. The trip is so tiresome and the reward is just not worth it. So I stop
doing this.

纯赚钱的角度，AC并不适合咱们，路比较远，一般情况下$200/day(10 hours)已经算不
