那个Silver在公布处罚举措之前肯定已经咨询过律师，对于有没有3/4的NBA owner投票
支持踢出Sterling心里也应该有数。
Sterling不认输，但他要打官司也赢不了，顶多拖时间，最多是来个庭外和解, 然后还
是得走人。
Silver的根据是NBA宪章，Sterling加入NBA时认可的条文。他继续当快船的老板对整个
联盟在商业上，形象上，对球员的负面影响都是没有疑问的，NBA当然有权赶他走。

他的话被公开，不是NBA造成的， 但他的言论对NBA损害则是实际的。80% 的球员都是
黑人，对此不满； 已有广告商撤资；他如果继续当老板， 会有球迷抵制， 教练球员
不干等等等等， NBA当然要制裁他， 要不然整个联盟都受连累。
再看看JK， ABC有80%的华裔雇员吗？ 有广告商撤资吗？ 有重要人物扬言JK不走他就
不干吗？ 他给ABC惹的麻烦跟Sterling给NBA惹的麻烦一样大吗？
所以， 别管JK， Sterling 还是Mozilla CEO， 最后怎么解决，说到底都是钱说话，

第一个问题你觉得NBA缺乏authority， 我觉得如果银总宣布举措， 并且说这是根据
NBA宪章，他一定已经咨询过律师， 法理上是成立的。
第二个问题就难讲了。 咱们都同意这事说到底还是Money Talks， NBA又不能直接就把
Sterling的所有权一把夺过来，那就得这棋看两边怎么下了。要打五年八年官司的话，
那80岁的老头，又有癌症，能活多久都难说， 没准就一了百了了， 或者就服软了。要

大概就只有轮框中心那个罩子那么粗而已。
Camry车祸就不同了，那条路是35mph的路，迎头对撞就相当于以70mph的速度撞击静止
物体。事实上那条路上很多车的速度都远大于35mph，这意味着Camry以80甚至90多mph
的速度受到撞击。
我算了一下，以桦树作为例子，15inch粗的树干，20ft高的树（这个尺寸远远比
Carrera GT撞的那棵树大得多），质量才只有1700磅左右。你想想看一辆Camry有多重
？——起码有3000磅。所以具体到Carrera GT撞的树，我觉得撞Camry比撞它惨得多。
事实上Carrera GT车身结构就是脆弱，早在2004年这个车开始发售前，保时捷就发布了
一个官方memo，里面清楚地写着这辆车子就算碾过一个啤酒易拉罐，都会使得底盘结构
