fucking constution gives me the right to freedom of speech, but it doesn't
mean i can say i want to kill the president, or yell fire in a movie theater
, or go to a newspaper or a media outlet and defame people. there are
defamation lawsuits, lawsuits against tabloids...
every constitutional right comes with fucking restrictions!

now if u look at the dog and the dog owner, the dog seems to be too small
to be a service dog. and the owner seems to be too healty to need a service.
I read that some psycologist can write a letter and stating that the person
