tourney中后期，乱抡的人基本上都被bust out，对桌上对手也基本上有了定位，这时
候筹码优势就可以充分发挥作用，配合你的牌风，dominating chips leader的位置会
让你在桌上如鱼得水。
tourney的一大核心思想之一，就是拼range，太多的短筹situation，太多的shove，如
果害怕被suckout，那真的是没法打了，你说是不是 |

。EPN的fish也很多。虽然还比不上live fish那么差，但每天打的手数多很多，应该也
能弥补fish之间的差别。
很早以前在ps打micro tourney的时候，那个fish绝对比live多很多。
一堆拿56,34跟你preflop allin的。但是ps的micro tourney是我遇到最难赢的。基本
上每天打完，bankroll跟开始一样，都差不到一块。 |

不敢跟，筹码没了补不上来
在我看来在small stake cash game 拿个 middle pair min 4 bet 不 make sense。
很多人会跟，运气好就 stack 你一把
，最糟就 reload，不像 tourney 就是 do or die。
实际上 bb 拿 AK 这把打得奇臭无比，bluff on double paired board really
represent only AA or KK. Pot 已经这么大了对手很难 fold 这么 safe 的 board。
还不如 shove pre 可能更好一些，对手 JJ 以下都 call 不了。 |

赛水平比ACVB A组要高. 2004 ACVB A组 冠军是其中一支队, 全是ABC, 那也是他们唯
一一次打ACVB,他们有自己的比赛,一般不跟大陆的一起.

Jordan, 6'4", 据说打D1, Brian, 在OPEN 里打二转, 但在BB打主攻, Andrew, 最近应
该混到RUTGERS校队了, 这些人PATPAT都认识. 据说他们三每个月都打一个BB TOURNEY.
REAGAN, 论坛里很多人都知道他的球了, NJ FUSION 见了他就要电话,EMAIL. JERRY

算下来缺个副功, 我们队的两副功, 1米88 回国和2米05没空.

也没什么消遣，所以下班以后杀去AC玩，输赢每次几千，赌一夜，第二天风风火火再回
来上班。
老美里面，俺头儿他表哥真是靠这个付清了mortgage，应该>100K了，呵呵，而且真实
性也强很多，俺头儿也是个恶赌棍。
还是打tourney比较厉害，昨天 偶然在网上逛，看见附近的一个老美，在AC的一个
tourney拿了$58000，也不是什么大比赛。前10名(最少的$1300)看着都是普通人，基本
牌龄3年左右，干地产的，IT的，销售的，什么都有。

美国立法不允许online casino take US wage了, 就没法再玩了. 后来朋友介绍full
tilt poker网站, 居然这地方还可以用real money. 不过我现在在这个网站主要玩free
的tournament. 这地方每天有很多pre-qualify的tourney, 主要是七月份大家都知道的
那个main event的round 1 game. round 1 game的1st place进入每周六的round 2
game, round 2 game的前九名进入周日的final round. final round 的winner会得到
main events的free seat. 有时间, 闲的无聊的同抓们可以去试试玩一下round 1 game
. 另一个round 1 game是poker after dark 的seat give away. poker after dark 是
一个电视播出的节目, 也是个tourney, t |

么牌该扔该根什么的，Card Player上老有广告)，复杂的记不住。扑克不是21点，多少
点该hit，多少点该double down那么相对机械的。
你玩cash还是tourney？差别大了，市面上的一般都是针对tourney的，只有少数专讲
cash的，比如Professional Texas Hold'em (Vol I)。
实在感兴趣借来翻翻就是了，没有必要太认真，看看别人的思路什么的有一定帮助，拿
来当指南一样跟从就麻烦了。道理很简单，以前也有人发过一贴，说其实打牌最怕的就
是你打的不是自己的牌/风格，而是“书上”“别人”“潜规则”该怎么怎么着。扑克
是很实践性的东西，不是打牌，是打具体“人”“对手”。 |

one major diff. between cash game and tourney is for cash game, you want to
play the way you mentioned (choose better starting hands, avoid big
commitment in multi-way action pre-flop, etc..), so actually you play tight
to be safe, or wait until you know your opponents well enough. yet for
tourney (especially for turbo ones), you have to lower your standards
somehow and be more active, yes you don't lose "anything" or "survive" by
not entering a pot, but with time tick |

tourney (no re-buy) may involve more strategies at different blinds levels,
if your or your opponent's tourney life is on the line, lots of interesting
things could happen, hehe, for example, the bubble effect.
that's why many top cash players, like kenny tran (regular game is $1000/
2000NL), only got his first WSOP bracelet recently. tom "durrrr" dwan, who's
a top online cash game pro and wins/loses pots of quarter millions, got
busted on day 1 in the main event |

online for a long time.
but once you record every tourney/cash game played, get some statistics in
like 2, 3 months with enough numbers, you'll see (i have to say at least i
am convinced).
i have records since the first tourney i played a year ago, now over ~4000 (
maybe 200k hands) games, i comment on bad beats/bad plays, and collect a lot
of weird hands.

melonli plays cash games a lot and said he made $22000 last year. melonli
said his friend made $100K last year. KKRUN plays tourneys and made $17000
this month. pokeryjj and ilovepoker make some decent money too.
in general, i guess for 半专业, if you can make 平均一个月 $1K+ (tourney
only), it's pretty good already. not big $$, but you make $$ from fun, :)
the above is just for online, if you play live too, a general good player
makes $20/hr in $1/2 games. |

公司和同事家里举办的poker tourney和 cash game都是不可避免地要见面，更别提上

我LD心里有数的，比如他发了bonus，还有很多事情，老板都亲自交代不能告诉这个极

，羞死了。这样吧，针对在 Lincoln Park 钓 Pink Salmon，我去找些产品来，这些都
是我有的或者很类似：

上面网页里有好几种规格，上次我说了，在 Lincoln Park 是一寸长一寸强，所以建议
8'6"，9'，10' 那三款。再强调一次，竿子越长甩得越远但也越重，当你使用路亚（
lure）的时候因为需要不断地操作竿子，太重了会很累。所以这里有个 trade-off：长
竿子甩得远但容易累，你自己判断。
那三根竿子粗细不一，8'6" 的只能承受 12lb 的重量，另外 9' 与 10' 都可以承受
20lb。同样地，越粗的竿子越重。我把三文鱼的平均重量重贴在此文最后，可以参考。
至于竿子的软硬程度（台湾大陆称为调性），建议硬一点。

还真有人问能不能把西羽买球的服务落实到广大各位远方而来的朋友和豺狼（？）们。
经过组委会研究，决定开展买球业务。这样，就省得各位大老远来还要带着自己的N筒
球。
但是最近球源紧张，所以现在广而告之一些注意事项，有不周的地方，还请各位多担待。
咱们打比赛，对比赛用球是希望有一定的质量保证的。所以，我们希望比赛用victor蓝
胜利或者绿胜利，也就是victor Tourney No 1,最好是Victor Champion No 1.这样最
大限度减少打球时因为用球不统一而发生口角或者手脚的可能性。
组委会已经准备了5筒绿胜利和50筒蓝胜利以服务大家。这个是以服务比赛为目的的。
目的是起码保证耕者有其田，基本上以零售为主。不过如果最后有富余谁要就都给谁。

发帖数: 3928 | 42 世锦赛风波已过，牛人们都平静了，又轮到我出来骗人了。
前几天ebay上冒出来个卖主，卖winex special球。我就没事折腾了几下。以前听说过
，但没用过这个牌子。拿回来看看，羽毛很整齐，毛杆也比较硬。试着打了几个。飞行
还不错，但球头声音不脆。耐打一般。顶不住一场双打。
但是，我是$6拍下来的，包括邮费。所以性价比还是说得过去的。两个球打满一场双打
还是可以的。当然球感远不如黑航空了。
后来又拍了一筒winex global tourney。这个应该是更高档次的球，但是羽毛看上去明
显不整齐，不如那个special。耐打也不比special强。
还试了一下winex 的球线。BS70看上去还可以，比较耐用的样子。只是击球声比较闷一
点。其他性能感觉还不错。经济实惠。另外一款Ti80估计也差不多。如果真是Ti线，应
该还是不错的，0.70mm线，所以应该比较耐用。
我知道badmintonian.com代理这个winex牌子。最近看到winex special $99 for 10，
加上邮费多少不知道，应该不会超过$11/tube。这个球超过这个价我是不会买的。 |

But they lucky thing is maryland will face kansas if they both advance
to final 4. Unless major upset happens in the conference tourney,
it's almost for sure kansas will take the midwest No.1 seed, Maryland east,
Duke south. Midwest No.1 will face East No.1 in final 4 if they both
survived till then.
In a final game, Duke sure can beat anyone with the experience. But to advance
to the final is no easy task for any team. |

绝对是ACC top 几名。
对Indiana, 乱站可不一定对maryland有利。 Indiana的强项是防守，
靠好的防守来带动进攻。这样你maryland还要靠自己的TO来搞乱比赛，那
不是主动提高对方防守往对方的路子上走么。
再说谁也没说blake对UConn表现就好了，难道非得大家次次都想着他
骂着他才行？反正他常规赛季一直很impressive的（尤其进攻相对以前），
但ACC 和 NCAA两个tourney都表现不好，肯定跟关键比赛对方防守
加强有关。另外gary williams关键时刻显然还不信任他，这个很伤自信心的。 |
