H1估计还能在美国再呆3年，3年之后不得而知。目前单身，估计明年2口人，后年也许3
口，看运气了。
现在纠结中，要不要买近处的townhome,10年的，3室或者2室的，1500 ft, 23万左右，
就是上下2层，左右都有邻居的那种，写的是 townhome type condo.到office 10 mile
左右，开车到办公室15分钟，位置比较接近商业区。single family house在周边地区
呢，15 mile多，车程半小时，房子较新，5-6年的，3室的，面积类似，（有带地下室
的），30-35万可以买到。再就是半小时车程比较荒凉的新区，可以买到新房，不到30
万。
现在动心想买因为住满3年，有8000 tax credit可以拿。买townhome 好处是抽身容易
，位置出租容易些，HOA $150左右，但是基本不升值,邻居中也有出租的，看重的那个
似乎左右都是租客。SFH呢就是维修费用等等，有升值空间，但是3年不知道如何。
downpay不太够，也就将将够 付 25万的房子。

想租个single family的townhome/townhouse，不知道为什么在windhaven地区的选择那
么少呢？
另外请教大家几个问题:
1) windhaven 附近治安如何 （zip 63368）？家里有两个婴儿。
2） 联系的这个agent好像是个很小agent, 感觉他们的态度不像其他的那么热情，这个
会有什么问题吗？比如说以后要maintenance的时候。
以前都是住apartment, 第一次换成townhome, 最担心的还是安全问题，请大家多提提

去外州工作，整个6月2 bedroom townhome将彻底空出。
1）就是 VILLAGE 185 APARTMENTS, BEAVERTON 97006，是2 bd/1 bath townhome.
2)我室友是一男博士，刚刚找好了工作，大概5月31号离开Portland去加州湾区工作。
我们在这住了一年多，很方便，我们 Lease是6月底到期。
3）你如果住进来，只能住到6月底，所以只方便你在这里过渡一下，因为我们6月底退
房。不需要你的名字上Lease,就是我5月20号搬出来，你搬进来。
4）5月25号-6月30号，房租500美金，整个townhome一切全包，包括网络和家具，床垫
，当然，在你搬走后，我负责处理家具和打扫退房。
5）如果你6月底还没找到合适的租房下家，你可以到我的新租公寓再将就一二个月，新
公寓就3 miles的距离。当然，我这个就纯属帮你忙。只是希望你能尽快找到新住处。

SUNNYVALE的新TOWNHOME基本去看过了（看了６处），ZIP CODE 集中在 ９４０８９ 和
９４０８６ 地区。请问这两个ZIP CODE 有什么区别吗？ ３BED－ROOM， ２.５（OR
３）BATHROOM的户型价格在 ６２万－７５万之间， 不知道为什么价位这么不同，是因
为不同的BUILDER还是因为有BUILDER乱标价格？请问什么样的价位是合适的呢？
SAN JOSE的还没有去看，但相同户型看到有价为在５５万到６０万间的，请问是否因为
SAN JOSE的房价要比SUNNYVALE便宜？

townhome，还有community house可以在组织活动的时候租
2层，楼下客厅，厨房，dining room，一个bathroom，一个进门的储藏室，一个大的储

楼上3个房间，一个full bathroom,一个木有淋浴的小bathroom，每个房间都有储藏柜

因为急着搬家，如果愿意take over我们的lease,图片中我们全套IKEA家具（很新，几
个月前买的）可以低价转让或赠送，另外40'HDTV也是新买的。还有blender，

free。这个转让是会和leasing office签的。
从2.7到8.31，可以续签。有小区免费shuttle去Green D Reservoir站。parking 30$/
mo。

发帖数: 75 | 38 09年建的4b4b（每个房间都带室内的独立卫生间哦）的townhome。具体分配是一楼车库
和一间大卧室，二楼一间卧室以及厨房客厅（lz是一对couple，住在二楼），三楼还有
分在两边互不打扰的两件卧室，一间是master bedroom面积较大，closet空间也多。另
一间是guest bedroom，面积大约是11*11也足够一个人住啦。
地理位置是101和880的交界处，交通十分便利，基本上是1分钟到101，3分钟到880，然
后房子并不直接对着freeway，所以无需担心噪音。具体位置是Luna Park，窗前就是公
园，环境优雅。附近有San Jose State University（2miles），Santa Clara
University（4 miles），SJC机场（3miles），以及诸多软硬件IT公司。
lz是刚毕业一年目前在sunnyvale工作的年轻码农，3月底会把妹子从国内接过来住。现

第三层：三个卧室，一主(自带full卫生间)两副(共用一个full卫生间)
第二层：客厅+half卫生间+饭厅+厨房+Deck
第一层：洗衣房+储藏室+full卫生间+活动室+通后院。
后院再下去是一个漂亮的小足球场。
