以前有一箱kinect估计是太重了label掉了，中间就消失了，最后还是给找到了。
我今天还去附近的那家fedex试图找到那个driver，未果，应该今天给自己寄一个包裹
，这样明天那个driver就会送上门，也好当面质问，上次就是这样的，上次driver反正
就是说放在门口了，不过这次我有录像，可以反驳他。

有点莫名其妙，说我unusual payment activity. 并且是所有的citi卡都被关了。其中
一张，很久没用，
有一张，2个月没用，
有一张，用了2-3次，上个月我姐帮我还款一次，checking bill pay的，本月自己citi
checking transfer还款一次
有一张，也是2.3次，上月自己还款一次，本月ld bill pay一次，也是citi checking
最后一张用了次数较多，也是一直常用的卡，自己还款2次
我一般都是在账单日之前还大部分，中途如果看到用的比较多，就会先还大部分，总是
会剩点不还，省的账单为0.
要说这些卡，去年曾经经常用cash连续还款，不知道最近都没怎么用，就说我不正常，
太奇怪了。所有的typ点都没了，有一张卡有cb，也没了。不知道能要回来不？
大家分析一下是怎么回事吧，另外也提醒点多的，早点换了，别存着，避免无妄之灾。

说第一二笔serv没收到钱。第三四笔，serve 收到钱了。 后来一查帐，chase 共收了$
800。 而serve 只收到$400。 当然dispute。 小二把最后两笔dispute了， 造成两个
serve account 成了负200， 而钱又没有回到chase ink. 再电话chase, 小二这才把
第一二笔dispute了。 可问题是怎样把错dispute的钱放回serve.
Chase 说把钱会原路返回到你的serve去的。 问题就出在原路返回上了。 打了无数次
电话，chase 愣说钱已汇出， 自己去Serv 查。 serve 就是查不到。写信去dispute了
，被据，说已经付款了，无法dispute. 最后American express accounting 要求chase
提供electronic transmittal form 来核对。 chase 说没有，他们查了，付款是有效

胞，蛋白质，葡萄糖是50mg/dl，trace的ketone。ob说还好，没啥大问题
然后这也月又验了一次，把能注意的问题都注意了。这次应该没有污染了，但还不是清
澈的，没有鳞片细胞和蛋白质了，但是葡萄糖上到了300mg/dl。。。还是有trace的
ketone。。。
这两次第一次是早饭之后，第二次是午饭之后，午饭也没有吃特别甜的东西啊。。。我
这样是不是得又去找ob了唉。。。是不是现在就要少吃糖了啊。。。 |

他们作业，有描字母，有trace 迷宫，有涂色，是影印的单子，我看页脚可能是
preschool还是k的啥教材，有时候还有数数，分辨形状啥的，我娃都是打酱油。他唯一
能做的就是trace个迷宫，画几根面条，其他都不行，我也不太操心，先把拿笔姿势和
坐姿搞好了，能坐住再说。
这种work book我估计很多书店都有，大同小异吧，都是挺好的纸，挺贵的，我觉得乱
涂挺可惜的，有电子版打印最好。
我们现在都是用橡皮擦干净再画的。 |

第一张，trace道路的，很简单。贴纸是往蓝天上贴白云。。。
第二张，trace狮子的头发，还有生气的小猪的表情，贴纸是自己用剪刀把旁边的图片
剪下来，就是方块，比较容易，然后用胶水贴到图画中。
这套书不知道是画风还是纸质的关系，感觉不像其他手工书那么明快亮堂鲜艳，有点乌
乌的。
个人觉得作为入门书不错，但是如果做过其他类似的，就不用买这本了，3岁半以后也
不推荐买了。 |

发帖数: 2053 | 26 我家也在上pre-k，每星期就一次作业，读书30分钟，加几页非常简单的数数或者trace
字母数字啥的。除掉读书，那些写写画画的也就5分钟就搞定。娃以前就很喜欢
workbook之类的，网上免费打印的也很多，我有时为了清净会儿就打出很多让他自己玩
去。我觉得lz先不要强迫孩子了，先培养培养孩子的兴趣，我娃一开始是特别喜欢数字
，就买了本connect dots的书给他画，孩子不觉得这是作业，就觉得好玩。后来就是买
些trace的，数数的，很简单的workbook，五彩缤纷的那种。跟学校布置的作业很像。
lz挖掘挖掘娃的兴趣点，对症下药吧。 |

一开始不肯说话（现在也基本没啥进步），被叫去谈话，要我们找儿医做评估看是否有
自闭倾向。其实娃在家话可多了，我们儿医也说娃挺好的，在学校不肯说话可能是性格
问题。后来跟老师说了，老师也就没再说什么。
后来又说娃不听指令，该睡觉时不睡觉，老师批评她也无所谓，还嬉皮笑脸，很不礼貌
，叫我们回家训练她听指令。这个可能跟爷爷奶奶在家里比较宠有点关系。
再后来说娃不会trace，笔都不会拿，总喜欢倒过来拿着玩，叫我们回家给她练习。在
家里教了教，好像确实进步了一些，不过她就是贪玩，不愿意练这个，所以进步也不是
很明显。
今天老师又跟我唠叨，说娃字母都不认识，只认识自己名字的首字母S，其他都不知道
。上课教trace的时候还是不听话，老师一走开就倒拿着笔玩。其实26个字母娃早就认
识了（当然是按我们自己的标准，觉得她认识了），只是在学校不愿意开口而已。不过
她确实贪玩，我们在家里也放养，让她乱玩，没推过。比如看人家两岁多可以玩puzzle

蒙特梭利有自己的著作，你读一读。可以国内网上买中文的，一套也没多少钱。
我不喜欢给孩子上蒙校，首先蒙校都比较贵，另外，你要多观察课堂才可以确定这些老
师是不是按蒙氏理念教学的，可能很多就是凑数。最后我的方案，在家尝试蒙氏理念，
学校就选普通的，不出冤枉钱！家长自己最了解孩子！
还让检查是否自闭倾向？！感觉能找到一个能懂她的老师很重要。
我大女儿4岁，以前也是很害羞；老二现在2岁半，也是"明哲保身"，在集体情况下比较
少说话和表达。老二还没上幼儿园，但一人多，就一个字也不说。但后来随着年龄增长
，老大在学校表现越来越open。我送她普通学校幼儿园，她在学校越来越善于social了
，老师们极其nice，使得她越来越愿意放开自己。我们非常喜欢这学校。在家，我们有
很多蒙氏教具，尽量希望给她有安静时间自己琢磨，自己玩中学到东西。家里也有
trace的书（多湖辉迷宫练习），被刚满2岁3个月的老二trace无数次了。老二很早会认
字母，甚至2岁3个月就会写一些字母，是由一个玩具自学成才，我只在她感到很挫折、

发帖数: 1447 | 31 我比较赞同这个观点。家长不必刻意花很多时间培养小娃，小娃时期的能力很多是和年
龄相关的。比如我家孩子，给他入的3岁的cutting、tracing、maze的手工书，最开始
推荐了几次，人家不感兴趣，但是三岁刚过一点点，突然就变得很着迷，maze和
tracing的书不到1小时就做完一本，把家里的存货都做完了，还要。入的积木lego等，
以前一直是能玩，但是兴趣不大。若是强压着，能按说明书拼完，但是明显不喜欢。三
岁刚过，突然间就开始自己乱搭了，搭桥搭房子什么的。
所以，我一直以来所做的都是随着他的兴趣来，最近发展到幼儿园发动，我配合，再给
加加料，感觉效果挺好的。

15am to 9:45pm is posted. Slight increase in activities are noted which may
be due to many reasons from actual increase from Japan to differing

比如我们饮用和洗涤用的自来水，如果仅仅是trace amount,那就还好了，但是如果某
个地方的自来水因为某种原因富集了某类放射性物质，则可能会产生问题。同样的道理
可以适用于这里产的各种农产品。降落的雨和灰尘总是会流入食物链的。所以要安全起
见的话，至少这里的水和农产品也应该定期检测一下。 |

，体重在+-1磅左右浮动，怀疑是食用过多高热量食物的关系（包括培根、cheese、鸡
腿、pepperoni等）.
于是开始使用Ketostix来监测。在网上搜索了一些资料，我的理解是，Ketostix对于监
测Atkins之类的低碳饮食是不准确的：
1、Ketostix原本是给糖尿病人使用，如果不是No Trace，就代表有危险，颜色越深越
危险；
2、对于Atkins人群，总体来说颜色越深说明身体消耗的脂肪越多（Diet越有效）；
3、但Atkins人群的个体差异很大，很多人一直是No Trace，但diet是实际有效的；
4、饮水量、运动量对Atkins人群的Ketostix Reading会造成很大的浮动。
基于这些信息，我感到很迷惑，请问各位如何理解自己的Ketostix Reading。
另外，在其他论坛上还看到一个有意思的讨论：Atkins人群如果严格限制carb,但不限
制热量（高蛋白、高脂饮食），减肥效果会有什么影响？大家怎么看这个问题啊 |
