师不给PP，她跟manager， HR， legal磨了好久，最后律师免责，说PP的一切后果由她
自己承担， 她自己出了PP的费用还有律师费，上周把PP递出去了。我自己的case是12
月2号RD，刚换了部门，实在不想去跟所有人都打一遍交道。也bless自己一下吧。看了
trackiit上的汇总，TSC的140真是龟速啊... |

昨晚10点收到短信，忐忑地查了状态，approved。在本版混了好久，看了好多前人的经
验，受益无限。我也写写自己的。
大公司R&D，高分子方向
paper： 13 （5 first author)
引用： ～530 （提交的时候）
推荐信： 5 （4 封独立，老板1封，分别来自美国2，加拿大1，中国1，欧洲1）
review： 20 （都是RSC的杂志）
专利： 3 （provisional）
总结一下经验
1. 找推荐人 - 第一方向，把引用自己paper次数最多的教授都骚扰了。大部分没有回
音。我曾经参加过一个比赛，有个法国教授当过评审，他也引过我的paper好几次。我
觉得应该能拿下。结果他第二天回复说，Thanks for your request, which I have to
decline. 当时郁闷至死啊。然后只好挺住继续找。后来找到2个，都特别nice，推荐
信只改了表述他们自己研究的几个字。第二个方向是找老板帮忙。老板推荐了一个同领

前几天怀疑USCIS又搞错了，刚才又查了下EB2I6月的数据，没有改变，说明数据没有问
题。
又查了下EB2I 3，4，5月的数据，老印四月份就用完了自己的配额，等着吃spillover
也就是说他们前七个月，每月得到450左右。
老中头几个月慢，头七，八个月才批1900，这几个月多了一点，心里很美？是不是这里
有猫腻？
trackiit上看，三，四，五月还是有EB2I批准，难道连续三个月EB2I的批准数正好跟EB3I的升级数一样？

will be less and less as more people just wait for EB2 to be current.
an unpleasant surprsie will be PD earlier than 07/07 but not filed I 1485,
mostly PERM applicants with PD from 07/01 to 07/07, and spouse married after
07/07. For I&C, my guess is 3K, but it is just a guess.
last EB3 to EB2, hard to guess. but i think someone said 3K for EB3I based
on trackiit. |

several weeks now. chances of seeing online approvals are less, i had called
NCSC today and spoke to a Level 2 officer (for my wife's case) and she said
that the online system is not Live right now and the updates from Mainframe

I would like to share some good news, I called the USCIS and spoke to an
officer they told me that my case was approved in July Ist and my card was
mailed out on July 5th. He was not able to give me my wife's status as he
said that she had to be on the phone.
I confirmed with USPS online service that my card in in the mail. I will
post updates once I receive my card. My online status has not been updated
except for my EAD has a soft LUD on 07/05/11. |

Trackiit is ~ 10% of over all filings, and I guess this would give some idea
to guage I-485 filings, till USCIS/DOS release the numbers, The new filings
are very less compared to previous years, hope we will get better clarity
by this month end and people with PD till 01/09 will be filing this month. |

站，一个周末就搞定了。关键是这个网站要长期host下去，个人（比如说我，因为我比
较WS）host，那人拿到卡后怎么办？我实际上就是说给某些组织听的，揪的几个人搞这
个事都每个提供host的组织都是好事，可以直接掌握第一手材料，而且还是免费的，等
“股的八个”那样的拿了EAD，干一小时还不得要100刀呀，这还是友情优惠价。

cutoff date movement for Eb2 I/C. Attorney said lot of Eb3-Eb2 porting would
be rejected due to lack of 4 year bachelor degree or lack of 2 year Masters
