很多情况下它就是叫你去local兜几个口再回到high way上，如果traffic不是非常严重
的话你兜一下可能还不如慢慢在High way上挪来的哦快。如果你熟悉local的话traffic
功能至少可以告诉你路况，你可以自己选择新route. |

项，直接选最便宜的traffic school就可以了，9.5$，接着可以输入coupon
Referral Code"X52-M25-56B" 可以减去2美元
注册完以后就可以开始了，里面有十几个章节，你没必要看，每个章节以后有三道练习
题，这个对错没有关系，错了回去再做就可以了，结束以后，就可以直接做final exam

8电0左右， 法官晃晃悠悠进来了，开始受理各种罚单，
每念一个罚单都高声读出来， 说此罚单很贵，你要不要 fight？不要就减少，还有
traffic school 可以上。
晓之以理，动之以情，快点plead guilty.
麻痹， 他为什么这么煽情让你认罪啊？
难道如果你不认罪， 下次fight可以赢的把握大吗？
这个逼一个早上收了那么多钱， 不费力气， 不需要动脑子，体力。财源滚滚啊。
老子今天认罪罚单从500降到300了。 |

前段时间给警察抓了一次，说我improper right turn，行进路线详见图1。 说我turn
from middle lane, 而且illegal crossing single white solid line。当时刚下高速
，ramp只接到local drive的middle lane上，换右lane再右转的距离不多，看起来像是
直接从middle lane转。我其实尽早减速而且换到右lane了，但是警察躲在那里专门抓
这个，只要是高速下来右转的，不管怎么转，都被抓。
罚金100多，和cell phone, safe belt violations同档。

If you go to court, the judge will first ask you to plead either
1. guilty. you get reduced fine (bail) and can go to traffic school
2. not guilty and go through trial
Judge prefers (1)
If you choose (2) and lose your case (very likely), then, usually you will
pay full amount of fine without a chance for traffic school. |

They told me if I hurry up paid and signed up within 30 days from the last
traffic school, Their computer might not have a record for the first one
and let me sign-up for the second time and it works when I did it.

traffic school免点就不找律师了.
因为我听人说过, 如果有point保险会涨很多比律师费还贵//汗
就是罚几百块；如果是第一次罪还可以用traffic school抵消point。除非你是point多
到差不多要suspend你的驾照的话，我觉得不值得。 |

且很多警察都不理Trial by Written Declaration；那样你就赢了。
3. 可以。每个traffic school收费都不同；还有时候会给你“折扣”。你到时候从他
说可以上的traffic school每一个都看看，选最便宜的那个。有时候他们的收费是不同
county收不同的。一般可以找到一些20快以下的。有时候甚至还有10快以下的。别忘了
上traffic school也要交多五十几快给法庭的。而且不知道对外州有没有用 |

NOT GUILTY.法官就说OK啦.罚款少点,但是要加上COURT FEE.最后结果呢,差不多钱.好
处是,没有点.
是罚款信上说,我们不收点的,只要钱.罢了,从了吧.那些吸血鬼.
小时的车程,就说算了,不亲自去了.请了律师.250刀的费用.最后也是没有点.罚款130,
加上什么COURT FEE 250刀.总共花了我5-600.好处是,没有得点.我要是亲自去呢,就能
省那个律师费.不过律师说了,你是AAA会员吗?要是的话,可以申请100还是150刀的LEGAL
FEE补偿.我申请了.AAA寄来支票.好得省了点.

从小不喜课本却爱画画，躲着画藏着画，可父母命难违，非考重点非拿前十，这样一直
到拿到博士，科目却是当年填志愿跟爸妈赌气说一辈子也不要学的--计算机。
一路苦笑，我这个CS的博士在软件公司说话毫无底气，抬不起头。
道理都懂，父母为我选择了条他们认为是最不会饿肚子的路，就跟当年很多高中同学的
父母让他们选择学医一样。我无话可说。

on the other side, ISP may have some filter by as-path list or community-
list to filter out by accepting routes from customer.
the traffic goes different way is very normal, simply the ISP PE got
different ways to deal with traffic.
