school之后可以dismiss record.
注册了online traffic school，但是没有上完后来就忙忘了。

用Google map就很好用，Google 用的是waze traffic, 而且UI也是GPS的界面，可以指
示某条lane。
如果舍不得data plan, 30刀买iphone app Tomtom. 或者干脆iphone 越狱装免费
Tomtom. 手机GPS好处是地图upgrade方便 |

发帖数: 282 | 3 waze没那么大能力，Google 只是部分导入了waze的驾驶者报告信息
Garmin的买的手机app上的包应该还是主要是NAVTEQ信息，加上少数不知道从哪里来的
实时信息，好处是和你GPS自带的3D traffic相比，因为不是用fm数字/模拟广播，可以
更新频率更高，覆盖范围更大。
Google Maps和Waze基本等于没有离线地图，买Tomtom的app还不如买Garmin的app
总结，如果你的是3系列的带所谓HD traffic也就是数字广播的GPS，不建议买；2系列
的，可以玩玩。。。 |

To goFan, 你说的ticket,是警察给的citation notice吗？我没找到eligible那项。警
察告诉我可以上traffic school.
To Enrica, 警官开票时，我没问清楚，还以为以后会收到mail我可以follow。现在才
知道。court的mail是courtesy，我现在还没受到. 法庭的电话打过n次，没有选项 to
get a human.
To fakeshawn, 我online付ticket时，有一个选项是pay bail and request traffice
school, 大概多交了60刀。有这个选项是不是说明我是eligible我不需要等approval. |

对于普通人，slow traffic keep right不但不难，反而是自然成习惯的事情。就像是
不要随地大小便一样。
对于以下几类人，slow traffic keep right可能是他们永远也不理解或者不屑去做的：
* 脑残，手脚不灵便，不理解交规，没有安全意识
* 脸皮厚，不懂羞耻，卢瑟，破罐破摔
* 没有公德，自我为中心，意识里根本没有他人
* 等等。。。
对于这样的人，生气上火也没用，就像是你着急一头猪看不懂STOP sign一样。就让他
们去作猪吧，自己绕道，该干嘛干嘛，别耽误正事，呵呵。 |

一个超速，一个block traffic
抓后面的顶多搞个超速还要扯皮，尤其有记录仪的上了法庭就废了，因为可以说自己
follow traffic
当然，最牛逼的警察可以抓一串，我见过一辆警车，前面停4辆车的，没见车祸痕迹，

里说明了500美金以下不涉及arrest，alcohol，drug和人员财产伤亡的交通罚单不用提
供相关文件，但律师说只是不用提供文件不是不用交代这样的traffic violation，而
且关于犯罪记录的那三个问题必须回答yes。我也觉得这么回答很不好，但律师说不这
么办就是故意欺瞒造假。所以我想问问版上大家有类似情况的都是怎么办的。 |

我的理解是最后这个case是以civil ticket为结果，不会有criminal traffic ticket
记录。不太清楚具体这个arizona的code具体属于什么归类，但我查到的code注解如下：

最近很是倒霉，1月份吃了一张speed ticket，当时夜里一点，路上车很少，在一个下
坡路，看见前面的signal灯是绿灯，所以没有踩刹车，限速40的路开55，给了一张100
的罚单。这是第一次吃ticket，所以要求上庭argue，安排在5月上庭。
昨天又吃了一张 fail to yield 的ticket。在麻州，一个TOWN CENTER，traffice
time. 前面的那辆车开的很慢，大概20码左右，我的车跟的比较近。在一个十字路口，
对面有个行人刚要过马路，但还在对面的lane，没有走到中间或者我这边的lane。前面
的车没有刹车慢慢开过去了，我也就跟着开过去了。
然后警察就把我跟前面那辆车都pull over了，给了我一张200的罚单。

and the time to find a parking spot.
Not to mention, when you drive, you are wasting time, because you are
sitting in traffic and unable to do anything else. Where if you take cta,
you can read a book or do something productive, or if you ride a bike you
get to burn some fat, build some muscle.
IMHO, CTA and bicycle is your best choice.

traffic jam. Below are details.
Basically there are alternatives from exit 259 to 254, and then from 252 to
228, finally from 226 to 221. To sum up, you will never need to worry about
the traffic again since there are only 9 miles without alternative route
between 259 to 216, which means you can sleep to whenever you want and then
get on I-70 without any worry now.

罚单以后， 有两个影响:一个是有没有point,有几个points against你的driving
licence。 另一个是你的driving history会有这次violation 的记录，这样当你renew
保险时,保险公司会看到这个,这样你的保险费可能会涨。
我所关心的是在driving history里有记录。 这样保险可能要涨好几年(pay罚单本身是
个小事)。在driving licence上有一两个points也许没什么大不了的，难道有一个
point就suspend driving licence？ 况且这网上说一般的traffic infraction， 是没
有point against driving licence， 唯一的影响是driving history 上有记录。
听说在有些州，你交了罚单后，再多交几十块钱参加一个program像traffic school 什
么的，完成这个program后，你的driving history就不留记录。这样保险公司也 |

昨天吃了个ticket，当时的情况是，开在限速40的路上，经过一个school zone，
减速了，但是后来看到牌子上还写着限速20mile，已经开进去了，
而且school zone后边接着就是红灯。
等红灯的时候警察出来了，说在school zone的速度是31，超过了限速的50%，
开了张204的罚单。 :(
罚单上有三个option：交full罚款，上法庭，去school
第一次吃ticket，不懂这些手续。
一般这种情况大家会选这三个选项里边哪一个？去法庭会要很多手续费吗？
听说有online traffic school，比上法庭和罚款都便宜，而且不伤points
但是网上搜出来的不知道可不可靠，有谁有经验吗？

时间，而且当时警察说已经给我打了5折了，如果上庭输了我可能赔得更多。

to show your intension and further action to go through this case even you
extend it no matter you win or lose the case.
If you plea guilty, pay it online if required then go to tracffic school. If
there is no such a choice online, then make a court day and appear then,
plea guilty and just ask judge for traffic school there.
If you plea not guilty, then extend it to the most, pay bail online at last
