跑步的话，我一般是5迈的速度，跑45分钟，消耗450卡，比较累。做trainer反而比较
轻松就能坚持45分钟，消耗480卡，不太累。请问跑步为何更累反而热量消耗少呢？
请大牛们指教。 |

我sign up 是属于 master trainer 说是比personal trainer 贵
也才 50 不过我已经是会员 十几年了

发帖数: 1845 | 6 上个星期在Costco进了个spinning bike，想起来run trainer不支持speed/cadence
sensor。另外经过测试发现软件做的有问题。显示GPS锁定的时候，实际可能还没有找
到足够强的信号，这个时候的位置计算误差比较大。有若干次我看到GPS锁定就开始跑
了，回来一看，开始跑的一段距离偏离实际位置很远。过几分钟才正常。这说明软件为
了加快锁定卫星的速度，把信号强度的阈值调低了。中间个别时候也有系统偏离。另外
workout不能删除，每次都重复下载以前的workout也比较异类，这是device agent的问
题。
我认为不是硬件问题，一定是firmware水平不够。可惜了一个物美价廉的好硬件，配上
一群满脑子浆糊的程序员真是没辙了。不是他们时间太紧，而是水平问题。
好在LP通情达理，在我犹豫310XT和910XT的时候敲定了后者，一步到位了，多余功能后
来再说了。通过内部渠道，最终价格比310XT贵100出头，比Timex Run Trainer贵160（
Garmin要8块运费，真小气），出血了。
这两天好东西应该就到了，焦急等待中。 |

这个发音），说现在已经可以看出来了，我听了还挺高兴，可是劳工说trainer说的时
候好像不是在夸奖屁屁，好像是个贬义词，我就不知道是什么意思了，版上有人知道吗

不要让两只狗互看，她说小狗有eye contact可能是想玩，但是长大了后有eye contact
，就有可能看着看着就打起来了。山山出现爱惹事的现象后，我一直按trainer说的要
求他，感觉挺有用的 |

因为我搞不懂艾迪发飙的原因究竟是哪个： fear? territorial behavior? dominance
? lack of social skills?
on leash的时候她很明显看见弱小的狗时反应比较小， 大狗/彪悍的狗的话反应比较大
，我分不清她究竟是害怕呢， 还是纯粹的protective, 觉得需要保护我...
off leash的时候她会和别的狗“一言不合”就打起来， 我也搞不清她是dominant呢，
还是因为我天天带她去那里玩，导致她觉得那里是她的地盘了。
而且她现在几乎不和别的狗玩， 我也不知道是不是正常，还是socialize有问题。
弄清原因的话，我觉得不一定要用那个trainer提供的方法的。 他倒也完全没提用什么
方法， 只是说先要搞清楚原因。 而且他上来就问我Addy是哪里来的， 德牧的哪条
line, 感觉应该对德牧比较了解。
之前找的那个trainer上来就和我说她们完全不用physical的方法， 用clicker和treat
， 然后说什么出门谁先谁后... 总之感觉是完全 |

trainer 比较便宜， 易于携带。如果还想参加短距离的公路自行车比赛， 做热身时候
就需要一个trainer.
从提高技术来看， roller 比较占优势。更接近实际的骑行。 |

枫叶都开始红了，冬天也就不远了。以往冬天我几乎都冬眠，但今年冬天我希望能保持
我的fitness level。
有一个trainer（Kinetic Road Machine），但是买了３年了也就总共用了两次。另外
这个冬天打算keep我的gym membership，可能会去尝试一下spinning class。
希望这两方面经验丰富的前辈给大家分享一下。 |

Fitness 很方便，with good facilities 不过要1000 多 HK $一个月。。。我在纽约
时都是用公司和apartment 的免费gyms... 而且去的次数也不多，所以觉得简直是贵啊
。。。如果不加入gym，在香港怎么work out啊？多谢了 |

车练。有谁知道哪里可以买到那种有permit就可以买，贵一点，然后一个月内考了
license就可以换回普通的保险费的保险？
或者实在不行，谁知道Chinese driving trainer 的电话和收费情况呢？这样我可以用
他的车学，也会学得快点吧。找英文的教练，怕搞不清楚他说的专业词汇。
