了。 看到不少妈妈很心急， 也有
许多问题。 我家宝宝 sleep training 算是成功了， 一路走来，有一些经验。 希望
写出来对大家有些帮助。
1。为什么一定要train?
我和老公都是一和宝宝睡就睡不好。 汪汪一晚上醒2－4次， 多数时候拍拍就能睡。
陪睡的人却经常整晚不能睡。 最后
严重到我需要每天吃安眠药才能入睡， 老公也需要借助药物。 宝宝的睡眠已经严重影
响我们的生活质量了。我们这才痛
下决心一定要train. 我们的底线是如果train了两周， 汪汪还是大哭不止的话，老公
就要陪睡到底。
2。戒奶嘴
汪汪从小就吃pacifier。 白天玩的时候可以不要，但睡觉的时候一定要吃着奶嘴才能
睡觉。 他晚上经常醒的原因就是因
为奶嘴掉出来了。 自己会闭着眼摸奶嘴， 再塞回去。 但许多时候，找不到就会哭，
大人就得起来满床的一起来摸奶
嘴。 试过多扔几个在他周围， 但是小人家经常左手拿一个， 右手握一个， 嘴里叼一

发帖数: 103 | 14 我们train的头两天都是娃哭20分钟入睡，中间醒来1，2次只哭1－2分
钟就睡回去了。后来第三天入睡之前给喝奶，结果睡着了。后来半夜醒一
次，哭了1分钟就又睡了。从那以后每天入睡的时候我就喂奶或者抱着哄
到娃睡着或者困的不行了，眼睛基本合上的时候才放crib，这样入睡的时
候娃基本就没怎们哭了。而中间醒来不进去管，她基本哭几声就自己睡
了。后来到现在train后1个月了，基本每晚只醒一次，或者一觉睡10个
小时了。
我觉得放crib的时候要把握好时机，在娃很困的时候放会哭的比较少。另
外，之前要有好的routine，比如洗澡，吃奶，睡觉。让她安静下来，哄
哄就困了。
坚持就是胜利。train之前我们娃一直是1个小时就醒，醒了要吃奶，或者
抱才能再睡，一直从4个月到7个月都这样，大人都累的不行了。最后不
得已才train了，结果一train发现一下就好了，娃睡好了就比较不那么闹
了。

然后就是看着困极了的时候放在床上她自己哭一会能睡了 或者就是哄睡 睡眠好像比以
前也差了点 不过现在在慢慢变好中 整觉时间在向以前靠拢 一半时间比较困了放在小
床上 自己挠挠脑袋哼唧哼唧哭几声然后就能自己睡着 如果到了该睡的时候她不睡 哄
着 我用手遮着她的眼睛晃悠一会 她哭一会也能睡着 我觉得总体来说还是好很多 虽然
牺牲了一点整觉的时间
btw 那种很大的健身球很有用 我一般都是坐在上面上下颠 哄睡也不费劲 你可以试一试
宝宝从出生到现在六个多月了，每次睡觉即使NAP都需要抱着哄加不停抖动才能睡着，
实在太累人了。听说4-6个月是TRAIN的好阶段。很想试试。可是听周围一朋友说如果
TRAIN不成功，下次哄她入睡更加困难。想问问TRAIN过的有啥经验之谈。是不是就是让
她哭，她总会自己睡着的呀？如果答案肯定，今天周五，是个TRAIN的好日子啊，呵呵

有时候被人问，自己家娃该不该train，
发现其实可能不少人对training并不了解。
sleep training的原因是很多宝宝不会睡觉，
宝宝的睡眠是深浅睡眠交替的，在深浅过渡的时候，很多宝宝过渡不好，就会醒来。
比较典型的问题就是不适当的睡觉关联，比如要吃着奶（或奶嘴）睡觉，抱着睡觉，拍
着睡觉，推着小车睡觉，开着水龙头睡觉等等，
恶果就是，好容易哄睡了，放床上睡半个小时一个来小时睡眠过渡的时候找不到自己原
来要的关联，就会醒来哭，于是一个晚上要哄好多次。
因此sleep training最重要目的不是为了把娃放床上他就自己睡，而是要他在稍微醒的
时候还能睡回去。
所以我觉得吧，
如果宝宝只是入睡的时候需要你哄，哄睡了之后可以睡很久，甚至睡整觉，那就哄一下
吧，哄睡是个很甜蜜的过程；
如果宝宝以前可以睡一觉五个小时甚至是整觉，只是最近开始，一个晚上醒很多回了，
那么基本上不需要sleep training了，因为他是会睡觉的，只是有可能别的问题困扰他
了，找找原因，说不定过阵子又可以好好睡觉了。

知识，但是对于作息调整还是比较有用。宝宝只有作息调整规律了才能慢慢training.
另一本是healthy sleep habit, happy child.
这本是关于睡眠理论的，我比较喜欢这本，是因为作者对小宝宝的睡眠有理论上的阐述
，通俗易懂，而且举出实验和统计数据。
再加上读一下精华区里的文章关于sleep training的才可以开始。
我个人认为如果没有任何知识，没有任何准备（比如调整作息，协调家里意见，特别是
有长辈在的）就开始training,是对宝宝的不负责，你有可能忽略宝宝的需要，而且也
容易打退堂鼓。sleep training虽说最终是要宝宝哭，但是也不是一位要宝宝哭。
最近看有些妈妈没有准备就开始要training有感。
比如很多人对于什么是睡整觉这个概念还没搞清就要training的。
sleep through the night，实际上能连续睡>6 hr就算睡整觉的开始，你不能对宝宝要
求大人意义上的整觉。

我家宝也6个多月了，按说，好像也是睡整觉了。他晚上8点吃完，9点左右睡觉，可以
一直睡到5点左右，然后吃一顿，再睡到7点多，起床。这个过程是从来没有TRAIN过的
。当时，我LG想TRAIN他，我舍不得，我说，哪怕我晚上起来再累，我也不要他多哭一
声！结果人家从有天开始，突然就一觉到4点，然后到5点了。
唯一的问题是，他还是要哄睡。从他开始揉眼睛要睡了，到最后睡着，要哄30分钟，中
间还伴随着几声狂嚎。就是困了，但又不肯睡，但又不得不睡的不甘心。
我要不要训练他自己睡呢？或者说，这个包括在SLEEP TRAINING中吗？如果我不TRAIN
，他会不会就能够自己入睡了呢？JMS给我点意见和经验吧！ |

，nap training用了一个月。我觉得大一点应该会好些。先要让宝宝晚上自己会睡了，

（我这是个人经验，未必应用于所有人）
当初没生小孩时候，我就琢磨着这个问题了。为啥。当然是为了自己轻松。
另一面，也是考虑我9月回学校读书，我和LG都路上要COMMUTE 2小时。
不TRAIN不行。
孩子生下来后，就开始等小孩长到一定体重，来TRAIN。恩，等待的过程
是漫长的，我家娃5个月的时候，一个还11LB多，一个才13LB多。又因为
我家娃有ACID REFLUX，根本没有办法好好吃饭，天天就为吃饭烦心的很。
而父母又在，真的无法TRAIN。
但每个小孩发展自身的SLEEP PATTERN可能是不一样，我家小肉虽然体重
小，但2-3个月的时候就可以自己睡5-6小时，就是小肥每几个小时哇哇叫。
只是每天哄睡时间很长，都要1-2个小时。因为那段时间用来BURP，换尿布
什么的。（我妈妈对洁癖的习惯：哪怕娃在睡觉，也要时不时换尿布。晚上
娃都安静要睡着了，我妈妈想到要换尿布了，因为看不清，要开大灯来换。
你说她，她也不听。总是说，女娃娃，一定要勤换尿布。不然太脏).一边

但从3周开始，每天晚上6点半到9点，仿佛闹铃响了一般。从天使变成恶魔
哭，斯心裂肺的哭。喂奶也哭，不喂也哭。抱着也哭，不抱更哭
惦着，小跑，晃着管点用，但过不了一会儿，继续哭。
一定要把力气耗干了，到了9点左右，才肯安静下来。然后吃了奶
就睡觉了。夜间表现还不错，吃了奶就直接睡觉，不怎么闹。
可是白天，睡前也会大哭一阵。
看书上都说4个月可以给宝宝sleep training了。 我就想等她哭闹吧。
到4个月再开始训。
没想到，2周前开始，哭闹加剧了。每次睡觉前，死命的嚎，那个真是
哭的气都接不上来了。小脸憋的通红，小拳头攥的紧紧的。
我就死命把她抱着，摇着晃着。小家伙在怀里还不停打挺，一个劲挣，
我们就这么抗衡，她拼命挣，我拼命抱。几个回合后，小家伙放弃，
慢慢就睡着了。
但上周末，小家伙开始变本加厉了，以前哭闹后还可以放回小床上睡
现在睡着后，一放下就醒。醒了就死命的哭，抱起来就好了。
夜间吃奶后也放不下了。

禁地跟别人夸夸娃，回头还得赶紧敲木头。实在是因为这个成果来的太不容易了！
我是在娃四个多月的时候就开始蠢蠢欲动，想要sleep train他了，但是没敢轻举妄动
，来版上问过好多问题，看了一些成功的，不成功的帖子，观差了一段时间宝宝的作息
，那个时候知道我家宝宝不是天生的精力充沛，脾气急躁，而是over tired了，于是先
下手调整他的schedual，调整了大约半个月，慢慢的宝宝有了比较规律的大的时间段，
一天总计入睡的时间从8个小时不到到能睡10个小时左右了。 但是夜醒和夜奶还是家常
便饭，入睡困难，夜里醒来总要哄好久才能睡。必须抱着晃着才能入睡。恰逢圣诞期间
，假期比较多，正好那时胡椒妹妹也在用PUPD的方法train她的宝宝，在版上发了一个
进行时，看着还是很鼓舞人心的，于是我也下决心开始train了。
我家先生是听不得宝宝哭的，我自己虽然知道训宝宝睡觉避免不了哭，但是对于那种歇
斯底里的嚎哭还是心有余悸的，所以毫不犹豫地选了PUPD。说实话PUPD真是对妈妈体力

我是用了过几分钟进去拍拍的做法，前两次还能拍好，后面根本没用，怎么都哭。
后来娃大了，自己就肯睡了，虽然入睡前还要大人做crib边陪着，但是已经不用抱着哄
了。
我娃开始也是12点左右会醒，哇哇哭，我们只能陪着熬。大了就好了。
反正我的观点是，既然没有大人要人抱着哄睡，那么早晚娃会自己睡的。train就是早
点实现，不train就是等娃自己ready。能train最好，train不了就算。 |

发帖数: 63 | 29 我家宝宝8个月了，睡觉一直成问题，也养成了很多不好的习惯。入睡需要抱着，走，
抖，唱小星星（耗时10分钟到一个多小时不等）。nap要陪睡，最近一个多月，我实在
是抱不动了（后背从脖子疼到腰）， 就只能靠喂奶入睡，（一直胸喂，因为不吃奶瓶
，唉，说起吃的问题得重开一楼…）。不过喂奶有时候也不管用。她爸有力气一般就是
抱着走（她爸一周才管两天，剩下的都是我）。 入睡后很容易醒，迷迷糊糊喊加哭，
如果不喂奶就彻底醒了，然后这个nap就结束了。不过跟爸爸nap时好像可以时间长些（
知道没奶没盼头？）。白天一般是两个nap， 9-10， 12：30到2：00。不过经常skip，
哄不着就只能不睡了， 等下一个。她倒是到时候就揉眼睛，可是感觉就是很困但是无
法入睡。
晚上co-sleep。晚上7点喂完奶睡着了放下后，基本每30分钟到一个小时哼唧或喊，需
要妈妈（爸爸哄不行，因为只有妈妈晚上陪睡，爸爸要上班所以单独睡）上楼唱歌，拍
，或是抱起来才接着睡，如果不见妈妈就声嘶力竭然后就彻底醒了。（感觉是因为不会
自己入睡和co-sleep的原因）。就这样一直到12点，真正的醒一次，睁开眼睛很清醒的

宝宝每天睡下后，每一到两个小时醒一次，一晚上醒个七八次，九十次，不是要喝奶，
就是醒了要人哄。有时安慰奶嘴管用，有时安慰奶嘴不管用，要抱，放下就醒，有时只
有喂奶才能让宝宝安静下来。非常不consistent。宝宝很容易入睡，所以我了解到，其
实宝宝是没有自己入睡的能力。而不是常见的overtired，也不是作息没有规律。娃妈
，也就是lz我，白天还要上班，开车五十分钟单边，精神压力极大，老是发脾气。这种
情况断断续续的持续了好几个月。
sleep train的精神动力来自于一本叫healthy sleep habits，happy child这本书。
Train前总共读了三本关于宝宝睡觉的书，另外两本是no cry sleep solution和the
happiest baby on the block。其实no cry sleep solution是本挺好的书，教你怎么
循序渐进的改掉某种习惯。比如戒掉奶嘴，比如断掉co-sleep等等。书里介绍了很多方

Sleep training好不好呢？当然好，娃睡得好大人省心。Sleep training work吗？当
然，我知道不少人家革命成功的例子。那为什么大家不都train呢？除了个把乖宝不需
要以外，半途而废的父母不计其数。我来列举一下 sleep training的几项困难，给准
备革命的同志听听。
第一，不是所有的宝宝都trainable。如果你牛刀小试，宝宝就严格按照textbook大哭
然后睡着，那么恭喜你，你拥有一个trainable的宝宝。人品较差的父母，比如我，就
会摊到这么一个主，足足哭了一个小时，好容易停了，小睡片刻，哭声又起。书上说一
天比一天哭得短，我们是一天比一天哭得长。哭到吐，磕到床帮子上满身是血暂且不提
。最长的一次坚持了三天，到第四天，小人到了睡觉的时候，可怜巴巴地小手抓着妈妈
不放，老妈我当场丢盔卸甲，举白旗投降。
第二，即使革命成功，也要做好敌人随时反扑的准备。有人说起戒烟，“戒烟是天底下
最容易的事，我都戒了无数次了。”Sleeping train和戒烟类似，不要以为小宝train
好了就天下太平。 |

看完TRAIN派观点, 也觉得有道理. 嗯. 骑墙啊.
我家宝大部分时间睡的不错, 所以我也一直没有认真想过自己的立场. 可是, 假如宝宝
睡的不好或是粘人要陪睡的话, 我会投降陪睡的. 理由和肚皮娘的基本一样. 这也算不
上溺爱吧. 再说, 宝宝大了自然就不要陪了. 只是一个成长的过程吧.
这个TRAIN与不TRAIN, 见仁见智. 每人的立场都是每个人各方面利益平衡取舍的结果.
有人觉得二人世界重要, 有人觉得建立规矩重要, 有人觉的宝宝休息好重要, 有人觉得
陪睡时体会到宝宝的依恋甜蜜也重要. 每人有每人的PRIORITY. 宝宝各不同, 家长的
PRIORITY也不同. 所以TRAIN与不TRAIN, 永远不会有统一的结论.
我的SLEEPING TRAINING立场, 嗯, 想明白了, 就是没有立场. 每个宝宝都是UNIQUE的,
而且宝宝随着成长又是多变的.
只要觉自己的做法对宝宝的健康有利, 也符合自己的PRIORITY, 就是对的了. 我总是这

1. the no-cry potty training solution. by Elizabeth Pantley. 她还有一本叫The
no-cry sleep solution.不过这本我还没拿到，估计也不错。这个作者的理念我还挺
接受的。本书建议家有9个月及更大的娃的妈妈可以看看。当然9个月之前的娃的妈想看
看也不错。因为作者觉得小孩哪怕是newborn都可以灌输potty的思想的。
（最近我家娃potty training中，因此我找了不少类似的书看。就觉得这本还不错。还
有一本Potty Train you child in just one day的，我觉得对于中国家长来说可操作
性不强。作者其实是开一天的potty party——前提是小孩要2岁以后的，本身也 |

他/她拉到裤子里，有不舒服的感觉才有效。
我们家老大刚training完有一段时间坚持把bb拉到裤子里。某一个星期在连续第五次之
后我发狂了，说不给电视看了，于是毛病就治好了
老二还没有开始正式的training，老师说马上放假了，如果我们不能坚持在假期也不穿
diaper那training就白费了。我想假期要是要去什么地方还是带着diaper方便些，于是
就还没有开始training。不知道training以后怎么样，这小子已经在浴缸里拉过多次了
，大的小的都有，每次都打pp也不顶事 |
