Controller主要是accounting的东东, 所有的分录还有报表,报表分析. 手下一大帮人.CPA通常都是coontroller这块的.
Treasurer是财务,主要是资金的调度,融资投资等. 通常Treasuer的group很小.这些人通常是金融出身, 有IB公司的工作经验. |

特别是10 years US treasure bills的yield.
现在SP downgrade US treasure bills, 处于风险考虑, 更多的人会卖手中持有的
treasure bills, 根据供需曲线, 这样市场上的treasure bills的价格会降低. 而
yield的方向恰恰与价格移动方向相反, 会升高. 从而, 以US treasure bill yields为
基础的US mortgage rates 会升高.
除了受US treasure bill yields的影响, mortgage rates 也受其他因素影响. 所以

实验室的作品果然手法新奇，但是成品离观众的欣赏接受距离甚远。多是创作者自己的

顺便再说几个小地方：
1、我们发现在高速上隔一长段没有加油站的时候，如果是快进城市了最先出现的那个加油站基本上是最贵的，接下来的出口会便宜一些，最多有便宜4毛。
2、我们每天的行程基本上都和GPS给出的时间差不多，很顺利，只有快到LV和LV的时候会堵车，I-40，AR、TX和OK限速是70，NM和AZ是75，我们一般都开到限速或者再多个5-10mi，还能省出加油的时间。
3、我们被警察叔叔拦过两回，一次是12月25日，一次是1月1日，看来美国警察假日也不休啊！

号。老妈说，是你自己想出去玩吧？小娃儿懂个啥。
非也。其实让小宝宝早点面对世界对他的成长有很大的好处，虽然他可能什么也记不得
。只要爸爸妈妈陪在宝宝身边，他就不会对迥然不同的环境产生惊恐心理，相反他会好
奇地观察这个世界并很快适应。当然，我也喜欢旅游，并不希望因为宝宝的降临而停止
自己的步伐；早点同时出游对于彼此都是一个适应的过程。我们选择了巴哈马。
加勒比海一直是我们钟爱的地区。靠近赤道，从东部不用飞多远就可以拥抱夏天。巴哈
马是群岛组成，其中Nassau和Freeport有大型旅馆和赌博业，游客很多。我们这次选择
的Abaco相对来说laid back多了，没有旺盛的旅游业，但海滩很美，缓慢的节奏足够舒
缓绷紧的神经。那里的Treasure Cay据说是加勒比海最美的海滩。

education, 每个位置干得都不错，都改进了职位的performance不少，大家公认能力强。
但是我发现，自己会对其他成员的表现和做事方式不同，或是对他们作的不够的指出来
。可能会对其他成员造成压力。
比如说，我做过treasurer,知道哪些事必须立即坐，而不是拖，但是俱乐部的
treasurer经常不出席会议，而且很多时候会拖事情。我会指出来，直接写邮件该
treasurer,咨询某事做得如何，是否该跟进某事。自己做过membership, 知道
membership要如何引导新成员，了解俱乐部的各项服务，而不是叫新成员填个表就了事
，而且要知道哪些成员会retain,那些成员不会retain,比如intern成员不会retain,分
析哪些职员会是可能的新成员。
我明白每个人的做事方式不同，而且这是个俱乐部，每个人都是义务参加和承担责任。
但是我不认同不好好做事，而且把工作标准降低。而且看不惯作好好先生，把所有存在
问题掩盖，表面一团和气，而且不作为。

上service fee和tax一共被priceline charge了189.16刀，今天看到credit card上又被
treasure island charge了44.8刀，打电话到treasure island，他们说是mandatory
resort fee,每个房间都要charge的，我们觉得被欺骗了，因为priceline和treasure
island
至始至终都没有和我们说有这个fee，现在被无缘无故的多扣了钱，请问哪位有经验的

账单寄送到原来的地址，我没有收到，所以没有付钱，city treasurer 就让 boa 直接
收我的钱。BoA 说他们就是收到 request 然后收钱然后给 city treasurer，不涉及到
credit score 的问题。city treasurer 说他们不发送影响 credit score 的信息，
他们所作的就是让 boa 收钱。这是不是说我的损失就是 100 刀的 legal process fee? |
