1. CRBC直接被收购不太可能，因为传闻中的收购银行Huntington （HBAN），
比CRBC大不了多少，也就3倍资产左右，不太可能吃的下整个CRBC。
如果真的HBAN真的介入的话，我估计是CRBC卖掉一些Branch给HBAN，
尤其是双方业务重叠区内的branch。 不一定非得卖300M还账，可能卖200M就够了。
前面有盈余了，有点底子的。
这种情况下，要怎么估值呢？
是不是要等下个季度才能正确估值？ 还是直接乘以一个百分数？
2. 还有一种可能，CRBC真想卖，放风出来，吸引更多的投资者关注，争取卖个高点的
价格。
这种情况下，我对现在CRBC的估值，应该是35$. 比PCBC被收购的价低10刀，因为
CRBC有300M 要还帐。
总而言之，当前的20$/share的股价应该是站得住的。
其实我也不明白，为啥急着还Treasure的钱呢？ 一堆小银行换不上，等着Treasure打
折呢，CRBC这时候还，其实有点亏了。等Treasure打个折，自己再攒攒，不要卖东西，

1. 你自己没什么钱，却常常捐钱，是自愿的还是迫于某种压力不得不捐？如果是前者
，那姐妹做的非常好，倾自己所有来爱主，但如果是后者，并不是出于你自己的心愿，
神不会喜悦。
2. 什么样的基督徒说你自私？捐钱这种隐秘性比较高的行为is kept between you
yourself and the treasurer of the church,别的基督徒怎么会知道？The treasurer
has got a big mouth? 正常情况下，不管你捐多捐少，TREASURER都会万分感谢你的。
3. 不能看表面，别人住大房子，可能一身是债，你住地下室，but debt free, 按照传
统观念不是更好？而且不同的人可能处在不同的stages of life, 可能他们以前有住地
下室或是连地下室都没得住的经历，但你不知道。
4. 教会里有不少的基督徒确实只爱给予lip service, 但真正的做给神看的基督徒是那

基督徒不在乎你在哪个教会，把自己的奉献捐给谁，只要你相信耶稣基督，把他作为自
己的救主，你的罪被耶稣的宝血洗清，得救，就好了。这是真正的基督信仰。
如果有人因为他而信神，那么这个人就算是他做的善功。神在天堂自然会根据每个基督

1, 什么test都有purpose的. 所以你inspect一个record可以是test of control也可
以是substantive test的.要看你为什么要inspect这个record的了.
substantive test是要保证某个balance是正确的,直接查.test of control只是说看有
没有好的control, 因为control间接的保证了某个balance的正确.
比如你查credit memo的一个record, 如果你是抽25个随机查,那肯定是test of
control了, 因为查25个没有办法保证credit memo的balance是正确的.但你查的recrod
要是占整个balance的很大部分,比方60%, 那么这个查这个record就是substantive
test了.
2.why treasurer who custody asset should authorize the credit memo? 这是不是
违反了segregation？

继今年4月美国联航暴力驱离越南华裔医生后，精神航空又传出(Spirit Airline)拒绝华裔钢琴家芮美(Mei Rui)一家四口登机事件， 由于当事人、部分乘客的陈述和精神航空的声明有出入，是否涉及歧视，颇受各界关注。
这起事件发生在8日上午的休士顿布什国际机场(IAH)。钢琴演奏家的芮美(Mei Rui)当天清晨3时多就起床，带着父母和两岁的儿子赶搭精神航空712班次赴新泽西纽瓦克机场；原定6时半起飞的该班机在完成登机后，因罕见的冰雪，航空公司未能及时化冰，逾百乘客在机舱内等候两小时后，全部被请下飞机。
精神航空712班次8日上午发生严重延误，二度登机时芮美一家四口被航警及精神航空地勤人员阻止登机，一名经理告诉芮美“我跟你保证，(此事)决不会发生在我家”。(芮美提供影片截图)
