想自己写个matching code
俩组 treatment，control
对于treatment每一个subject 可以找control里有木有符合条件的match 如果木有 跳
过 如果有 记录下 e.g. 1: 3,4,11,19 意思是treatment 1号跟control 3，4，11，19
都match。以此 可以扫完treatment里所有subjects
现在问题来了 我只想1:1 match 一个treatment配一个control怎么办 咋能保障sample
size最大呢
我知道有可能有无穷解，我只要一个解就好，其他打印不打印无所谓。

1.Cedar Shake的屋顶没有被很好护理，貌似没有做过treatment，在我们手上肯定是要
换的。
inspector建议找个roof specialist看看，是不是可以做个treatment+5年的warranty
，这样
5年之内也就不要换了。我们想既然怎么着都得要换，现在就可以把这个要换的cost考
虑起来。
2.Furnace有很大的crack，需要换掉。
就这两个大的地方，别的小的我们就自己管了。
不知道在现在价钱的基础上，是应该要求seller出钱做roof treatment好呢，还是让他
们给钱换屋
顶（我们自己当然想seller多出点换屋顶的钱，就是不知道让他们出多少合适）。
inspector说
treatment就千把块钱，换屋顶可是要一万多的。但是现在并不确定屋顶在做过
treatment之后是否
还能坚持5年。
我们其实并不像再很麻烦得找roof specialist来估价，因为现在过节，怕inspection
contingency时间不够再找人来看屋顶的。真 |

，二是有白蚁。inspection的人说要花大概5000块钱来修。不知道这个房子值得买吗？
我对这个gufas没有多大概念，不知道算是严重问题，还是属于常见的小问题？多谢了。

我们国人一听到麻醉这个字眼， 都有点恐惧， 特别是对小孩子做麻醉， 当家长签一
堆术前协议时， 常常会被一些字眼吓到。家长们觉得麻醉会影响孩子未来的智力发育
和记忆力而且有很高的风险性。而我们做儿童牙科的， 麻醉却是我们一种常用的手段。
在诊所里， 经常有家长会说“医生，给我的孩子动手术可以不上麻醉药吗？我的孩子
很配合，手术的时候你们按住他不让他乱动行吗？”家长的心情我可以理解， 但在多
数情况下， 麻醉还是要用。
其实儿童牙科的麻醉分很多种， 不仅仅是大家想像的送到OR的那种。
先来讲一下麻醉的作用。小儿麻醉最基本的可以说是：睡眠+止痛=麻醉。睡眠对小儿手
术非常重要，因为小儿对于手术会有高度的恐惧感，特别是牙科会用到很多工具， 如

今天见的一个牙医也推荐这种laser treatment治疗gum disease, 但并不是说辅助deep
cleaning,而是取代传统的牙周手术。价格是很贵，医生说为了帮助治疗之后的bone
growth, 他建议把牙齿固定在一起, 然后为了减轻个别牙齿咬合带来的压力，他计划对
个别牙齿作校正。
听上去是个不错的治疗计划，全套下来需要一年。花费一共是$10,000.
个人觉得gum disease是一定要治疗的，总好过以后植牙，也跟好几个医生讨论过，
laser treatment服务的诊所比较少，大多数还是提供传统的牙周手术。但是个人比较
不喜欢传统的牙周手术，因为过于“暴力”，而且从美观的角度讲也不可取。所以现在
几乎准备接受这个laser treatment方案了，前提是它确实很有效。 但是看到这里全
