1. 10-2003 确诊，07-2004终于手术切除，期间Jobs一直在试自己选的diet疗法。扫描发现癌变在扩大才动了手术，这段时间癌转移的多少不可知，但肯定越拖转移的越多。
2.手术后没化疗和放疗。Jobs 2005年演讲说这表明病情乐观，不知是哪个庸医给他灌输的。2004年手术是大面积切除，部分胰腺和胃和小肠，胆和胆管都切除，目的是要消除扩散，但不系统化疗和放疗怎么能最大程度减少扩散威胁？哪个外科大夫这么信自己的手艺？
3.2009年换肝，这在扩散性癌治疗是有争议的，因为换肝后压制免疫反应有可能促进别处癌的生长。也有可能当时肝已经不行了没办法。
这种癌正常治疗大多数可活10年以上，Jobs真该到东岸Hopkins或Harvard找个靠谱的大夫。

数据，我看见有的paper上是标a，b，c，d，然后说不同的字母表示两个group是统计上
有显著差异的。
比如他可以标说本来control 是a，treatment是a，但是六个月以后，treatment标注b
，control仍然标注a，9个月以后两个都是c。这样的。

我的问题是，我用2 way anova分析了我的data，但是他给不出这种结果啊。也就是说
他只比较treatment内部baseline，六个月，一年之间的变化，不比较在baseline两组
是否有差异，六个月的时候两组是否有差异。。。我应该怎么样得到上面那种各个
group一起比较的结果呢？

terms of its cause and treatment are less than satisfactory.
There is a couple points:
1) Tourette syndrome is more a social problem than a health issue,
especially in mild ones. The treatment is not necessary only when social
difficulty becomes concerning. Many people naturally get better after
adulthood. There are medicine that can alleviate symptoms, but not without

我最近找了一个牙医，做night guard。做之前我管他要treatment plan，他的前台给
我打印了一张纸，上面写我需要付100刀，insurance 另外cover 200多刀，这个价格我
觉得挺不错的。Treatment plan看起来挺正规的，什么code都有的。签字之前我注意到
treatment plan上写着小字”Insurance coverage is only an estimation. Gurantor
is responsible for all treatment not covered by insurance.”我就问前台mm，
我如果付了这100刀，你们会不会过一段时间又charge我。前台mm说，基本上不会有这
种情况，如果estimation和insurance coverage有出入，也不会再charge你很多。我于
是签了treatment plan，做了night guard，也付了那自付的100刀。
结果过了一段时间，来了牙医的bill，说还要再charge我200多刀。那我怎么办呢？

其实限制条件也是不少的。
petplan可以让你选coinsurance percentage和deductible。 比如coinsurance是10%,
deductible是$100的话。 去看一次病， 自己需要先付100块钱， 加上余额的10%。 有
些公司是一年自己只要交一次deductible, 而petplan是以病来区分的。 如果这次去看
拉肚子， 下次是去看皮肤发炎， 就需要交两次deductible。
需要注意的是， 不管你选的多少coinsurance（比如0)， 某些情况下，这个必须是20%
， 比如：
1, 去看specialized referral veterinary， 就是说换了家医院去看专家门诊的话，
自己也要付20%的钱。
2，非必要的急诊
3, 去看after hours vet
4，去看accredited school/college of veterinary
其中， 2，3，4的情况都不包括威胁生命的状况， 也就是说，若是紧急情况威胁宠物
